I make that 60 mins Mark, and i still have the shares. Some may say that would be scammy behaviour. I say you are a man who cant keep his word. Just saying. It's call running a business and having things to do.... You will now see all your shares have been purchased. Hope that pleases you. I would kindly request that you leave me and what we are trying to do alone and move on with your life. Once I see you have withdrawn your BTC I assume you would like to close your account ? Its call[ed] running a business? Leave you alone? Move on with your life? Listen to yourself, man. Self-important, much. Dont you dare let your precious investors down, now, and if there's any more dodgy shenanigans on that order book, i will send in NotLampChop/Crumbs.....and you thought i was bad! errrrrm in a way you kinda did say scam Mark said i accused him of being a scam. I most definitely did not. Mark said i was sounding like a big investor. Ive yet to be shown how/why. Mark publicly revealed how many shares an individual investor had. He was wrong to do that and he got the amount wrong. Mark said he would buy my measly 2btc worth of shares off me, in 60 mins. He has not done this. Mark has insinuated that my, and by implication, anyone, who has less than 2btc is 'hardly any investment'. How many people has he ostracised there? Whats more important, an 'my' at the end of a word, or the above? Shall we go on to talk about the order book?..... Wake up people. |

It says he has dug himself a big enough hole, that he is going to flee, when his hard-drive cant substantiate his claim/s of missing coin taken by customers, and/or bugs. How he is going to explain that he has never held the escrowed fund, is beyond belief.  |

As stated previously we are paying out early, therefore the dev work to make that happen has had to be brought forward. And what has any of that got to do with the price of the shares losing ~20%? the price is linked to BTC as you know and we have had people selling shares off cheaper. We were not sue to pay out anything until the end of this month, dev work to make the payouts through the exchange to people with BANX. tell me do you have BANX? If so i can understand the questions. seems moolah killed great project  Why is one after the other FUDder coming here to comment on SYS without any substance? Apparently someone likes to see SYS go down, but just posting nonsense does not impact people who think... However, it *does* expose all those accounts who like to FUD - even bringing the same message over and over again. Maybe time to see if all those accounts are the same person? About the only thing that put SYS in danger was Green returning 5M SYS to DEV's that didn't have any money and held the BTC, DEV's had to dump some coin in order to make ends meet which created a surplus of SYS in turn lowering the price. Green tried to kill the coin and screw the IPO investors likely to prevent blowback of his actions. As far as I can judge, Ryan "Alex Green" Kennedy could care less about SYS. Since he kept both SYS and BTC from the Syscoin devt team and they were getting mad at him, he tried to calm them by returning the Sys that he could not do much with anyway (if he tried to sell the SYS for BTC or dollars, then he would crash the market completely and not get much value as well as even more angry people). He kept the BTC because those are easy to sell - he has apparently been selling the heck out of them on Localbitcoin, because it reports that he has sold more than 1500 BTC and has access to 4000 more for large sales. Care to guess where they are coming from? Anyone wonder why he tries to declare the company "Bankrupt" and he has to close shop and walk away (with the money, of course). Oh and of course, MintPal got "hacked". (the money flowing into one address that has a balance equal to the BTC that he is able to sell on LBC) Coincidence? Within the context of the SYS funds, what you describe, if correct, is theft. The fact it occurred on a verifiable public record, will show how deluded and misguided Ryan has been. If a spotty fat kid, with form, thought he could just declare bankruptcy and walk away free of any consequences, im sure his legal rep is educating him that he cant do that without him receiving a visit from the UK police/court enforcement. Put it another way, if SYS does not get all, or nearly all of the funds back without consequence to Ryan, then we all need to delete our crypto bookmarks and find other interests, and this space really would be the wild west. I'm not legal, but I'm sure escrowed money cannot form part of a companies collateral......unless it can be argued its not escrowed, of course. And that would be dependent on what a liar is telling his own legal counsel! In any event, lets see what the next few days brings. Remember also, the SYS legal team has a huge interest/incentive in getting a resolution here. |

Either way you could have cold hard facts and in controvertible proof and still people will follow others blindly. Its just the nature of humans.
There is a ton of investment now in BLOCK and people trapped having bought the IPO. So of course they can't abandon it. They have to try and preserve some value.

- check the code
- check the devs reputation
- check if it is not a copy-pasta ( IT IS A COPY 1:1 OF SUPERNET!! )
- look at what kind of people invest in it ( noob account + sockpupets + serial scammers + ... )
- ask the people that didn't invest in it, what do they think of it
