Oh well i'm sure this site won't pay them Cheesy

2029  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Other Websites like Bitcointalk on: August 18, 2014, 03:34:39 PM

I think there is litecointalk and I remember hearing something like cryptotalk or something , what are some of the examples with highest volume of posts.

I don't think there are any cryptocurrency-related forum that as crowded as BCT is. Not even nearing it
But if you're looking for it, here are some other forum i usually visit for giveaway or something like that

I got my first 0.1, then lost it in the exchanges due dumb decission making and bad luck.  Cry

Well i guess you should bought it again considering BTC price is "cheap" at the moment Cheesy

Congratz on your purchase! Now let's hope that the price of BTC finally decides to go up instead of down. Tongue

Agree. i really hope it too. Watching BTC price drops from $600 to $400 in a few days is hurting me Sad

2036  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What to do with 0.0087 btc on: August 17, 2014, 05:59:41 AM
Maybe you'd like to try mining altcoin?
Rent a rig! https://leaserig.net/
https://www.miningrigrentals.com/
https://www.betarigs.com/

I never had a mining equipment and never mine anything before. So the first time i rent a mining rig is amazing!
I choose the coin i wanted to mine, put the stratum etc, monitoring my hashrate, difficulty and earning, and finally sell them on exchange! It was a great experience.

But don't expect for profit by doing this Smiley Cause in most cases you won't even reach ROI, but still it's an amazing things to do Smiley

2039  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How do offline addresses get known by the Blockchain? on: August 17, 2014, 12:57:00 AM
In that case, why are people not using meaningful names for addresses?

Because it's very hard to generate such vanity address + it's private key

The address you seen above is valid, meaning you can send bitcoin to them. But nobody can't spend coin FROM that address since nobody has it's private key.
So the coins that has been sent to that address is kinda like stucked forever.
