When more exchanges?

To enter the new exchange requires profound changes in the project. Team HUSH now doing it. In the meantime, we use Cryptopia and Tradesatoshi.

Your pool and will work perfectly. The problem in Nicehash - pool which uses the Claymore to devfee. You can run the miner with the option -nofee 1, but hashrate fall slightly.
2023  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: What effects does underclocking do? on: November 16, 2017, 08:09:01 PM
Ik overclocking does wonders getting extra juice but how bout under clocking?

Specify what you mean. If the down voltage for the card 470/480/570/580 you need to use WattTool-0.92 or newer OverdriveNTool.
You also need to change the memory timings.

Thanks

Specify what video card you are using and the name of the miner. I recommend to use Claymore's ZCash AMD GPU Miner

2027  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Zotac GTX750TI 2G DDR5 mining on: November 16, 2017, 06:04:50 PM
hey mining genius, I'm looking for good advice. For a few days I researched about mining rig so I realize without big capital i cannot make a good mining rig. I cannot invest more than 300$ but I'm very interested about this project. here is the thing

i can buy 3 secondhand Zotac GTX750TI 2G DDR5 gpu card around 180$
my mother board MSI SOCKET 1151 Z270

so i need to know?

1.secondhand gpu is good for that?
2.which coins normally can mine?
3.is it worthy?
4.or invest that for trading

few of my friends told me not to involve with mining rig, I'm a little bit confused right now. Huh Huh Huh

Do you have a specific purchase offer 750? If not then it is better to consider the option of buying a pair of used RХ460/560 or even 280/280X
2028  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Difference between PRO and Gaming cards on: November 16, 2017, 04:48:31 PM
I understand talking about the collection Radeon and FirePro. The use of professional graphics cards in servers/workstations determines their form factor - they are usually single-slot. Cooling system of turbine type and therefore quite noisy. I don't know what cooling memory and VRM, but I suppose that is no better than the "civilian" models. Which are specially made for games, that is, assume a large load on the memory, core and power supply system. Of course they use premium components. But agree that leading brands(Sapphire, Asus, MSI, Gigabyte) will use in their cards got hit. They monitor the reputation. But the price have big difference.
For example, a feature of professional cards AMD: "AMD Eyefinity: Drive up to six 4K displays". They have a six port mini-DisplayPort that the average user is not necessary. Of course this technology was a regular card.
The situation is similar with NVIDIA.

In version 0.0.17 hashrate in devfee-mode increased from 22 to 25 MH/s. In the mode of mining in "my wallet" rate was changed from 20 to 24МH/s.
Version 1.0.0 is not yet possible to test.
Noticeable improvement in operation.

P.S. RX480 (1310/2000) with altered timings, but without a reduced voltage.
2030  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: EMBERCOIN [X13, POW/POS] on: November 15, 2017, 06:02:07 AM
At the end of August and then in late September there was a small pump to  5-6 satoshi and 10-12, respectively. I took a bit and now bagholders. Unlucky...

Oh, oh man I am so super sorry to hear that. Yeah I had something similar happen to me with 1337 and LDOGE back in June. 10, down to 1. But, at least EMB hasn't totally closed up shop after this massive of a drop, like most coins do, so there's something in that. But, indeed, for the time being we've all got some long term hold coins. At least it's a coin that stakes.

By the way, 1337 I also took a bit of Cryptopia)))

The lowest EMB/BTC could go was 1 satoshi, but the real price was like a quarter or a tenth of a satoshi.
For that reason some exchanges introduced another zero, making 0.1 Satoshi trades possible. I think Novaexchange and Coinsmarkets are 2 of them. Others introduced alternative trading currencies in parallel to BTC. Yobit and already mentioned Cryptopia have done that. There is however usually a minimal trading volume, to discourage such 0.1 Satoshi transactions. Yobit has a minimum value of 10 Doge per trade, I think that is as low as it gets.

Coinmarkets also hung a warning about EMB.
And purchase requisitions there, and the last operation was November 11.
2031  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's Dual Ethereum AMD+NVIDIA GPU Miner v10.1 (Windows/Linux) on: November 14, 2017, 08:33:55 PM
Hi,
I am already posting this for third time, but no one helped me yet.
I am studying already for a month how to prevent these issues, but nothing helped. Sad
This is my current config:
https://gist.github.com/mmojzis/c9021b4277cf940f1653438f51ab6c91
Tweaked it a lot - had allcoins -1 and so on.
1) I am using miningpoolhub coin switching and sometimes when DAG is recreated by coin switch or devfee mining it ends up with all cards having zero hashrate.
Can I prevent this somehow?
2) In many of my rigs are last cards failing. Only last cards...Why? Even when there is different number of cards always last one fails after some hours.
3) Power limit is not working on linux. I know other things are not working in linux in other programs but power limit does.
I have RX 570 ASUS Strix 4GB in my rigs and MoBos are ASUS Z270-A PRIME.
Thanks for help.
Can give some ETH for helping me. Thanks!

Try -allcoins #  to specify the number of the current epoch.
And -eres 2 or more miner to reserved memory in the generation of DAG during the change of epochs.
Try setting -lidag.

What happened to Ember? Why Cryptopia closed the BTC/EMB market?
"Due to the inability to maintain a price higher than the market 1 St Emb/BTC is closed. Please use the market emb/LTC instead."

Ah, basically that market was dead, so they had to close it down for the LTC market instead. The lowest EMB/BTC could go was 1 satoshi, but the real price was like a quarter or a tenth of a satoshi. So nobody was using the BTC market, or if they were they were overpaying by 400%, so Cryptopia shut it down in favor of the EMB/LTC, EMB/DOGE market instead.

At the end of August and then in late September there was a small pump to  5-6 satoshi and 10-12, respectively. I took a bit and now bagholders. Unlucky...

2034  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Dell Precision 7720 - what is the best alt coins to mine that give highest ROI? on: November 14, 2017, 06:46:43 PM
hi, i bought a Dell Mobile Precision 7720 (mobile workstation)  with the following specs:

-Intel Core i7-7700HQ with Thunderbolt 3
-8GB (1x8GB) 2667MHz DDR4 Non-ECC SDRAM
- 256GB M.2 PCIe Solid State Drive Class 40
- Nvidia Quadro P4000 w/8GB GDDR5

i plan to use it to mine altcoins, may i know what is the best altcoin i should mine that give me the highest ROI, assuming i don't need to be worry about the electricity bill

i also want to know what OS and software to use so i can have an easy start here.

thanks

Hello!
I would recommend to start WinMiner (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2004875.0) and look at the results. It is actually a GUI-shell that automatically downloads the necessary miners itself.
Use Windows 10.

thanks, may i know which altcoins i should pick to mine so i can get the max ROI here? i notice winminer charge 3% , is it considered reasonable fees? thanks

I advise your to test is the speed test.
The best processor your can get Monero.
But on the graphics card need to look. Because it is specific...
Write on the forums that NVIDIA Quadro P4000 on Monero it gives you 450 h/s, and Intel Core i7-7700HQ 150-170 h/s

miningspeed is down for me right now
should work again! I had the same problem!
I just contacted the admin in the discord !

what is going on with the blockchain? i've been mining for 24 hours and my balance on miningspeed hasn't changed. all blocks seem to be unconfirmed still?Huh

The last confirmed block was on miningspeed: 204013   Mon Nov 13 2017 06:55:42 GMT+0100 (CET)    Confirmed
Perhaps the reason for a very long payout pool.
Today Suprnova came payment me.

Is the hash rate reported on the command line accurate or do I need to wait to see what the pool says after (say) 30 mins? I'm tweaking my settings and overclocking, but I'm not sure what to trust.

The trust should hashrate which shows the miner. Pool can display hashrate different from that of the miner in larger or smaller at different times.
The main thing is the number of received shares.
2038  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: 930~960w on 1000w psu. safe or not? on: November 13, 2017, 08:20:28 PM
It is better to use picopsu or low-power (350W) ATX power supply connected to the main power supply through the synchronizer.
Of course the more links in the chain the more chance of problems. But it's better than using Your power supply at over 90%.

On RХ480 speed comparable to the speed of the Claymore - 22,3Mh/s. Other things being equal - a modified BIOS but no setting of frequencies of a core/memory and voltages.
The interface is nice. But a bit buggy - it seems that the miner uses up all available memory.
