With that being said that new altcoins are being created every day, I'm sure that there are altcoins "dying" every day. There's not much fanfair for coins dying, but they may get abandoned by developers and their price goes to virtually zero. It's unlear how many cryptocurrencies we actually need... maybe just a handful or maybe we need to tokenize the whole world. I think it's a confusing market out there for someone looking to get started in crypto. It might be nice to see a few currencies and platforms become as well known as Bitcoin to the general public.
A lot of altcoins are dying every single day, recently, binance and bittrex delisted some coins and that shows that a time will come when shit coins will end up dead as long as they have no development, no volume and nothing to even show for it. And in such case and scenario, I wonder how anyone would want to be trading a shit coin on a shitty exchange when they know the risks involved except when we now get to see the likes of penny stocks for the shit coins later on in the future. The truth of this whole thing is that as much as the altcoins are increasing, not all of them will last eventually. many coins seem to disappear within one two months because they are just a clone of an idea and an attempt to collect a Fund, but there are interesting projects that are below the plinth. it is necessary to monitor them and when the signs of life can be sobiety. Shit has a peculiar growth of plants. Yes, many of coins was launched in ICO but mostly of them are disappear in just a few time. I hope that in your experience or you look below in plinth there will be more legit coin in order us to be more profitable. It's more than 80% from the total coins in the market have died. they did not do so. The SEC wanted to enter the market but its operation made the SEC helpless. The SEC needs the information and address of the investor or user wallet for easier management but this is an open source. It's anonymous and that would be detrimental to the SEC. They can not protect us anymore and that is the most disadvantage I have ever known. There is no problem that cannot be solve, the KYC will be required for all transactions or all crypto in the long run because whether we like it or not, we cannot do anything as we have a government who wants to control everything and so they can spy on us. I guess it will be applied to the US based exchange site. I don't expect the same rules will be implemented in another exchange site that not in the US territory. I disagree, we are still going to see prices similar by then and the level of adoption will be similar as well, it is not until the next bull market when we are going to see the market of cryptocurrencies gaining value and even more important gaining acceptance through the world and people will begin to accept cryptocurrencies as a way of payment especially since the LN should be activated by then. It will never happen, Even with LN and it will not change the situation in the crypto, Merchant has a lot of problem to adopt crypto due to the volatility. Currently Lot of ICOs conducting Sales failed to reach hard cap. Some failed at Soft cap leading to reversing of Funds to investors. ICOs Like Civic , Codex , trivier, decibles, etc. It was also observed that Most projects delayed token distribution and Exchange Listing. SHOULD I say they are scared of been dumped.
