2021  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Skills vs Luck *poll* on: August 25, 2016, 11:36:01 AM
When trading What Matters More Skills or Luck?

Both are needed. As sometimes you have to be lucky to predict future and buy/sell at good time, and sometimes you need to have skills and knowledge for same reason.
Yeah you should have a luck so that your buy/sell is successful Cheesy but for me i do prefer skills in trading because luck is not always in there not like skills is that you gain that and that things is not going to leave you it stays on you forever not like luck it is not with you forever
altcoin prices such as bitcoin prices are difficult to predict, so we really need luck as well.
but if a someone who is an expert at least they know which direction the movement would go, let alone those who have a lot of bitcoin could toying price.
2022  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bank or Bitcoin Wallet? on: August 25, 2016, 10:36:49 AM
I have been using bank-related services for a long time now and I can't see myself stopping to use those services, especially now that things are easier with online banking. Although there's always some risks associated with online banking, as with everything nowadays, the most I could do is just make it as secured as possible. With bitcoin, I am only barely scratching the surface of what it can offer and what benefits it can give. Bitcoin for now is more of an experimental journey for me, something that I'm willing to explore further in the next coming years.

The great thing is that you can use both instead of choosing one of the two options. I don't understand why certain people force themselves to choose when they can have the best of both worlds. Internet banking and making online payments have never been this easy. It allows us to pay for things instantly. At least, that's the case here.
Correct. Using both is a good choice and very profitable. We can use the bank to save money securely, and we could use bitcoin for profit or a good short-term investment. Both are very beneficial if used properly.

I'm 99% sure those who bought BTC for $1200 back in 2013 didn't make profit or increase their investment. BTC is beneficial if used properly... as a means of transfer. Not as an investment in and of itself. Claiming BTC is "very profitable" is asinine, and anyone who spent $1200 for their coins I'm sure would agree with that.

otherwise when bitcoin prices at $200 many people benefit a very high, when the price rises above $ 500.
if bitcoin is not profitable, not many people use. bitcoin is a kind of new investment which profitable if you are smart to take that chance.
2023  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is your plan to get rich with Bitcoin? on: August 25, 2016, 10:26:10 AM
Plan is simple like everyone else, earn and accumulate some bitcoins to be used as a capital, and when reached a good amount start trading altcoins to earn good profits on a daily basis.
Yes absolutely the most important thing there is effort and hard work in order to be rich in bitcoin. We can sell our services to get a lot of bitcoin, if we succeed it will generate a lot of bitcoin. Trade could also be used to make a profit but must be careful and to be able to learn the trade properly.
simple to become rich from bitcoin, has quite a lot of capital and trade. continue to learn to be an expert trade. I'm sure it's easy to become rich, because I have a friend like that, even if lucky least he can get 1 BTC less than 1 hour.
2024  Other / Archival / Re: Do you use bitcoin as currency or investment? on: August 25, 2016, 09:44:20 AM

If we can use direct bitcoin be sure we could use the currency. But in my opinion is very risky because bitcoin is often fluctuate so prices will quickly up and down and inappropriate when used for currency. I better use bitcoin as a short-term investment because it can make a profit is quite good in my opinion.

It's not a problem if the company deals only with bitcoin services.

They don't have to worry the price fluctuations since overall they are using bitcoin as a regular payment to deal with those services.

I agree, if a currency is very risky because prices fluctuate. a little example when you receive a salary from the company, then the price fall?, so I think bitcoin suited to be an investment. but maybe in the future bitcoin will be used as currency, as this can help the growth of bitcoin in the future. I hope bitcoin in the future will be very stable at a high price, if it will be used as currency.
2025  Other / Off-topic / Re: If Bitcoin price would fall to the bottom, what would you do next? on: August 25, 2016, 08:59:05 AM
I wonder if you would jump into another cryptocurrency in case the Bitcoin price would fall to the bottom. Or what else would you do? Would you leave the game completely? Tell me Smiley

I'm definitely not jumping into another cryptocurrency in that case. If Bitcoin is dead all other cryptos would be dead as well. The good news is this will never happen. After all, there are no natural reasons for this.

I am quite confused with the question of this thread, because it could mean a number of purposes. if you mean the price falls to $1 so the sign will die, as well as other currencies will die.
but if the question is when the market price of bitcoin is experiencing a downward trend, I usually jump to another currency.
2026  Economy / Speculation / Re: What did I tell you? BTC will stay down under $600 on: August 25, 2016, 08:49:12 AM
just wait until the end of the year to make sure your prediction is right. because I think the potential to rise above $600 is huge for this year, even easy to achieve in the coming months.
2027  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you can control your self when playing gambling? on: August 25, 2016, 07:12:41 AM
I have had experience of a gamble for 2 years, results vary, but most are negative result.

and now I learned from the experience. I can control myself, I play with money can afford to lose on this day, and do not force to continue to gamble when it loses.
2028  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: August 25, 2016, 07:06:45 AM
It depends on the level of stability that you get in the activity that you perform.
yeah I think if you've got a fixed income in bitcoin and you get good conditions and circumstances in the sense that you get the feeling of security in bitcoin. it may be time for you to consider to working full time in bitcoin. maybe I'll do the same thing. but now I'm enjoy in real life jobs
a good choice to keep your real job. because it will be difficult to re looking for a real job, if one day you do not get good results from bitcoin. bitcoin be a very good for side job if you just do a signature campaign, mining or holding.

Right, for real jobs have warranty or we are warranted in some things that cannot be given by bitcoin. But if you are someone who wants to get out of work and want to be an entrepreneur then you can make a payment online stores that use the bitcoin. It's even better than the real jobs that must be hard work

Even if you are an enterpreneur or employee, they both need hard work. It is even harder to be an enterpreneur because you are the one thinking where to get the money to pay you and your employee. As an employee, you just do your job and wait for your salary. But an employee can never be rich.

yes you are right, be an employee will never be rich. if you continue to work for someone else. you should be able to work alone and began to build a business. I think bitcoin a great opportunity to become rich.
2029  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: what is definition gambling in your mind? on: August 25, 2016, 06:58:45 AM
What comes my mind with gambling it is all about winnings already and also having fun with the money you are going to earn. But also I am considering that I am giving value to money. So every time that I am going to gamble I just manage to make some portion and small amount of money for me to have limitations at all.
If you believe what you are mind is saying about gambling, then you must be in wrong track for the purpose you are going for gambling. Even you are managing your gambling activity profitable right now, it will not be possible always for the near future too. So, changing your thoughts might secure your future with better peace of mind and some satisfaction for your rest of life.
If you think gambling is just about winnings could be bad, but you also have to think that gambling also have about losing. change thinking about it.
because there you put your money, but if you put free money is not a problem.
2030  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin prices jump to $600+ in... on: August 24, 2016, 11:36:05 AM
Now the question is,  when will we be back to $600?  I honestly wasn't expecting us to drop below that mark after we hit $700, but that's ok.  And I could care less about the stolen money getting back into circulation.   It'd be ideal if it got returned,  but that ain't gonna happen.   I'm sure I've spent cash that had been stolen many times in its life.

I think $600 can be achieved in next week as price is moving up slowly now so if we don't come across any bad news till that point then $600 is not a problem.
Yes bad news has hold the price on the market not rising and i think we have played by the market only get the hope the price can reach $600 maybe we have think next weeks and after not thinking again next weeks and never get stop if the new investor not coming.
I saw movement altcoin fall, and bitcoin increased slowly, most likely this weekend should the price could touch $600 or slowest next week.
I see normally when altcoin prices are falling, bitcoin prices rising.
2031  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: what is definition gambling in your mind? on: August 24, 2016, 11:25:37 AM
for me gambling just a game that can earn money. but I just tried my luck at gambling, not really serious to make money from gambling.
2032  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can gambling be considered a "high risk investment"? on: August 24, 2016, 10:24:47 AM
anything related to gambling always has a high risk.

but if comparing a gambler with investors. investors may be safer, because the owner of the house always wins, and you should also be able to benefit from it. whereas a gambler has a risk of losing an instant.
2033  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: August 24, 2016, 10:11:53 AM
I would only quit when I see I have a good potential to earn more money than my present job, I know in my job I have a limitation so I would not be rich if I will focus on my job, right now I have a side job with bitcoin but I am planning to go full time with it once I know how to earn consistently.

That is how it should be. Do not quit your job without any assurance that you can earn more than you are currently earning. It is true when going to another company and also applicable if you are going full time on bitcoin. If you go out and suddenly you could not support your family, it will just give you headaches. SO before you quit, be really really sure you are ready to quit.

we must have plan before go full time on bitcoin, we must have other source, not only bitcoin, maybe we can build good news website like coindesk, the merkle etc. so if bitcoin price down we can hold it and use msalary from other job for paying each cost of needs.

is not easy to have a website about bitcoin, especially with good content, it can be said to be a hobby and some smart person in writing.
if you want to go full-time in bitcoin most important is being able to make a stable profit. but unfortunately, only Siganture campaign to have a stable income. but it is not enough if only from the signature campaign. mining risk as well. trading may be quite good, although not stable, but can get great results.
2034  Other / Off-topic / Re: Have you ever lost Bitcoin? on: August 24, 2016, 09:35:05 AM
That's not the only reason, they also never learn from their bad experience. They could continue to invest at similar ponzi/scam investment many times even though many people warn those newbie.
I even saw a newbie who got scammed in 7 ponzi cloud mining because he didn't learn from his bad experience.

He must have been crazy then, something done thrice can be a mistake but something done more than 3 times is considered to be an habit, he must have been in habit of investing in those ponzi schemes or he must have been too greedy and invested everytime to earn quick returns without thinking about the loss he can get.

it sounds very bad, but it is not impossible he do that much, because he already had a high yield, because if not, he may not continue to do so, and it was really stupid.
as well as gambling, when everyone knows the risk and always loss, but keep playing, because there is chance of winning.
2035  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is there to do with bitcoins these days ? on: August 24, 2016, 09:27:30 AM
rather than just hold and wait for prices to rise, I better do a trading to grow. so I do not get bored to wait for higher prices. also I have many bitcoin when the price has reached the highest level.
2036  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: August 24, 2016, 07:38:28 AM
I think we need both, i mean we must save some money for the future, and in the other side we have to invest some amount to make long term profit, so both are needed indeed

It has been said again and again that saving and investing goes hand in hand. No need savings to start an investment and a back up to it. And if your investment bear fruits, you need to save again to have more investments and for retirement.

saving is a reserve of investment and vice versa. both can not be separated, even just pick one.
we must be balanced with both. that expenditures and revenues remain stable.

Yeah, it does save money it is the best thing to do you. because while saving money we can do something we can get quickly, in contrast to investment. Even though we are the results obtained from the investment is much higher than saving money, but I prefer to save money. let alone keep a Bitcoin, that I think the benefits are almost the same

Let the bitcoin do its job Smiley . Just to play safe your right investments now i days are really scam, so we cant trust or rely anymore on investments but saving our bitcoin is the best because while you save then the price of bitcoin keeps on rising then thats a good news Cheesy but you can't earn a lot but it is safer than investing Cheesy

Indeed store the bitcoin is far more profitable than saving money we have or use every day. because the bitcoin has a pretty good future and guarantees the extraordinary fun, how unpleasant. We have always given every advantage bitcoin is experiencing tremendous growth

bitcoin is currently very profitable, but for the future of bitcoin not guarantee, because anything can still happen. even if hackers come it will be worse. but take short-term profits always be the best choice for me.
2037  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: August 24, 2016, 07:28:31 AM
Burton Albion vs Liverpool, and Liverpool win big score with 5 goals, after this win I hope Liverpool also win with Tottenham Hotspur this week.

I cant believe this, they actually won the game and even more with a cleansheet. What you are expecting from liverpool that even lose to burnley, they won with 5 goals and that beats me up. I  expected them to win however not with 5 goals and a cleansheet, thought that the score will somewhat be 1-2
always good when place a bet on big teams that have a bad performance in the previous match and have an away game against weaker team like what liverpool did , as we all know liverpool lost previously and yesterday play on away against weaker team and they destroy them 0-5 without conceded , i personally just placed liverpool -1.75 handicap @1.7 , nice odds isn't it?
indeed nobody suspected I thought after Liverpool lost 2-0, but this time they could win 5-0.
Let's see when Liverpool against Tottenham and play away. This will be difficult to predict. but I would put both teams to score.
2038  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Europa League/Champions League Lounge on: August 24, 2016, 07:20:26 AM
my bets!
Roma vs FC Porto under 2.5 goals
Monaco vs Villarreal both team to score
Hapoel Sheva vs Celtic both team to score
Legia Warsaw vs Dundalk
Plzen vs Ludogorets Razgrad under 2.5 goals

really bad all lost and no one correct match.

Roma should on paper they can excel, holding a draw without conceding just had enough. but it is difficult when it loses two players

2040  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to quit Gambling for good? on: August 23, 2016, 02:16:41 PM
i think there is no better way in quitting it, than just making yourself some target.
For example, today you are not going to lose more than 10$. Next day only 5$. etc,etc and you will get well.

it only reduces the amount of bets, if you get a win or lose I think you'll continue to play.

quit gambling takes time for them I am already addicted and they must have a new activity for at least one day not playing gambling. perhaps slowly, if done continuously can succeed.
