3rd quarter Warriors are back! Down 17 at the start of the 3rd quarter and somehow they brought it down to just 2 by the end of 3rd. Mavs changed the way they played the first half, expecting Warriors to have found the answers but have gotten it very wrong. As I was expecting, that live by the three die by the three approach to the game backfired in the third quarter. Nobody is attacking other than Luka. Mavs is even lucky that Curry is misfiring but he's done well distributing the ball. To think that they managed to close the gap to just two points while Draymond is sitting the rest of the third quarter with three points. Luka and Brunson got it going but it surely wasnt enough to match the star power of Curry, Thompson, Green and Looney stepping up for both games. While the bench playing crucial role as well, with Otto Porter and Wiggins and Poole all getting double digit scores at times where Curry was rested and offense was lacking. That is why the Golden State Warriors is hard to beat despite of their lack of defense, I mean they have some defensive player which gives some hard time on the opposing team but mostly, majority of their players are good in the offense like the ones you stated. The same goes for the Phoenix Suns arena where it's one of having the loudest audiences in the league. Phoenix Suns' winning rate in their home arena is over 90% but the Mavericks are able to still play well against their large crowd. I'm sure Mavericks are already used to playing against the big crowd and they can expect it once they played at the Warriors' homecourt as we know how big the audiences are here and almost a big distraction already to the away team. If it's just a regular season then I would admit that the Phoenix Suns would be too hard to beat on their own court that's why they had that recent achievement on their franchise, but speaking of playoffs, it's a bit different and that 90% surely doesn't happen often. Maybe small ball weakness. They lack outside shots consistency and I want to see Cam Johnson shoot the ball more. His outside shot is at an average percentage but he lacks the capability to be confident about it. There will always be times when Booker and CP3 will be guarded well and this is where I thought they should shine most including Bridges. They have the advantage with their height and length but without the courage to shoot, nothing will materialize. Good luck with them next year and I bet the Suns' management will be looking for shooters. Surely the Phoenix Suns management are now disappointed because they've chose to draft DeAndre Ayton than Luka Doncic. They should come to a point to be more confident in shooting and not relying alone to Booker and CP3's capabilities because it's already expected that these two will be heavily guarded. So the rest of the roster should work their way off while the opposite team are busy giving some good attention to Booker and CP3. I guess they will say now that Middleton is a big loss for the Bucks. They don't have a shooter to rely on to space the floor and someone who can be a run stopper. Defense of the Bucks was not as high as they played in Game 3 where they shut down Tatum at 10 points and I don't like the idea of letting Grant Williams shoot outside while they block the paint, one of the reason why they loss badly. Adjustments is the big trick and then the bench points.

I believe that Crawford has no quarrel if he will just receive a 40% of the purse cut because he can still earn some good clean money on PPV's revenue as well as this fight will likely be with Spence's promotional camp, PBC.
Agree, 40% for Crawford is expected to be big as their fight is a much-anticipated fight long and many viewers will spend money on it. Much better maybe before that he will have a guaranteed $10M to receive if he fights Pacquiao, no set purse split. On the other hand, Spence can surely gather lots of viewers and will help contribute to the PPV being sold out again, as usual. 40% for Crawford, if he insists, I doubt Spence will still be interested in fighting him. The logic here is, Suns is the best team in the regular season, so if Dallas would beat them in game 7, Dallas has a decent chance of winning the championship. So that odds is quite a gift for me considering the chances Dallas had in this playoffs.
I think I have managed to get around @100 odds now for the Dallas Mavericks to win the championship. That was way back before the playoffs and 0-1 against the Utah Jazz. Since I have a bet on them no choice but to support them. Who knows they can upset the Number 1 Phoenix Suns and that is possible. I hope so - cross-finger. If I lose then just move forward. Simple as that. And prepare for another betting in the Conference Finals. Yeah right, it's a support and we never know if that lucky guess will win or not. If you lose that bet, there are still many available options that you can pick till the last game of this season. I agree with this, in my own experience my lifestyle change when I have the higher income now, which I regret so much in the previous year but then I am learning to manage my income now and I can tell that I made some improvements, I have a weekly planner in which I am following for my expenses, I need to do this because I don't want the past to happen again in my recent time. I came again and again to see some good strategies - and I have suffered so much because of not managing my finances properly. During COVID I learnt that managing finances is very very important and so is side hustle. So I started working for myself and saving up. It is better than working for someone else. Great mindset, working for yourself is like you are self-employed. Of course, working for yourself will make you enjoy the full benefits if you succeed, unlike when working for other people. Actually, we have a different status in life, some are employed, some are managing their business, but whichever side you are, it's very important that you learn how to live within your means and also learn how to invest so you will be able to grow your money. |

The last bearish market for me was when BTC reached almost $2k, it was after the $20k ATH, which was expected to happen in December 2018, 2019 to finally reach a new ATH but it did not happen, in that period what happened in that market was a big buildup and we were all hoping that it would at least get back to $20k or a little more. However, at the moment I feel that there is still an uncertainty in the market, and with the fundamentals of Covid-19 and the war between Russia and Ukraine, since the movements of the markets usually stagnate and sometimes tend to fall due to panic .
I can never forget that time, everything was so bullish when bitcoin hit $20k but after that, the market is slowly going into a bearish mode. So now, I would not be surprised if bitcoin will continue to dump and maybe $10k will come again, I'll be glad to welcome it so I could accumulate. |
