Landlord can choose a tenant. Let's say a tenant wants to rent an apartment for $ 1000 and decides to take part in an auction for 4 apartments.  Im little bit confused with this image. How can 3 tenants win an auction with 1000$? Isnt the point of auctions that there's just one winner? |

The current scenario accurately reflects the great usefulness and application of this concept, the lack of control by inexperienced and anxious people during devaluation, shows that the bots of this project will be very useful and will allow us to have more control and profits in those moments. An excellent investment for our future investments  Maybe :/ im kind a sad if bots be only way we will be able to trade  whats the fun then ? if everything is going by AI? off course the profits will be grater but still .. i will miss the human factor ,to bad its inevitable and sooner or later AI will concur the exchanges so i try to hop in now  The thing is that I'm a bad trader because I'm too emotional. And, I can't think straight in dips so, bots can help me. Tell me about it. whenever I see the market crash, my impulse is to go and sell everything. Luckily the "hodl" guys keep me from doing it. Right brother that what keeps me motivated. But, it's too much stress and I want to get rid of it. NaPoleonX might help. In the future this AIs will get better and better we will have no chance to compete against them so I think this project will be a great success if they manage to get it working. I dont know if they will deploy ai/Deep Learning technology for their bots. I asked this question earlier in the thread but it is unanswered. As of now I consider the strategies and bots as simple rule based trading execution management (and low freq). But image the future where only bots will be used for trading and investing, it will be much harder to even get any profit since everything will be precisely calculated and predicted. No human factor means low chance for error which leads us to pretty steady market. |

You wont actually buy a property with real tokens. Their team will buy it and put it on their platform (tokenize it as they described it in whitepaper). Then you will chose in which real estate you will invest your tokens in and get dividends from it. Basically you can chose also to hold the coin itself and wait for it to rise but in long term investing will be probably more profitable. |

We believe it was our original team that had deterred some investors, as we all are aware of now we fixed that issue and have upgraded our team tenfold. Also we have not received a lot of vc funding, which is cool in a way cause we are a peoples coin. We have had only 2 investments over 500 ETH.
But as we all know, we are incredibly undervalued right now and I am sure a lot of people on the sidelines see that. The way our token sale is designed as well so the market dictates the price per vibe, leads to investing in the final days or even hours.
We are have several BIG things in the pipeline we are working on to announce before the ICO is complete, hopefully we can get those deals done. If not the people who got in at ICO have truly probably made one of the best investments for the biggest returns they will ever make IMHO

Cant find this in whitepaper - Investors (token holders) will receive some dividends or no?
i think there is no dividends. i read whitepaper and understand what will be done when token in market. when maximum people will use token and pay rent in tokens and that means token price will increase on exchanges. if i am wrong please let me know. i will be happy if i understand more. thank you I dont see on what bases you should get dividends from just holding tokens, with that logic you should get it for every token you buy on exchange. I guess some projects offer you dividends if you invest those tokens somewhere. That a good news, they cant miss this opportunity to attract Chinese investors. |

How will the decline of eth impact the fundraiser? will token cap be raised or just stick with the volatility and expect to return to higher ground?
Would be a unfair regarding all the big investors who invested with their eth before. Think they will go on with the current token cap, prices will go up again sooner or later, so there would be no problem at any point. Ur right, the rules and conditions should be the same for all. Besides, judging by the pre sale, the interest in this project is huge and there shouldnt be any problems with reaching their goal. |

at the first look 2 things are coming into my mind if i was a landlord. one positive thing and one negative thing:
the positive thing first: because relest is auction based landlord will charge maybe higher fees than on a "free market"
but
the negative thing is that the landlord has less options to choose who should occupancy his estate. this might frighten a few landlords
I assume landlord will still be able to set some rules before auction who can rent his place. Like pets, kids, no smoking, age barrier and so on. So i guess if this demands wont be met, he can still turn down the highest bid and go for the second one. |

So the final round of pre ICO was sold out also, no surprise there It will be interesting to see if ICO will go so fast as well even thou crypto is in a little crisis right now. what will happen to the tokens after the crowdsale ends?
We intend to list those tokens on ideally 2 exchanges. Once done, you will be able to trade them first. Second, these tokens will generate regular income through the distribution of DAF tokens representing the 25% management fees charged to them for using bots. And third, if you like these DAF, you would have a privileged access to them when they are launch. So what will happen to the unsold tokens? Im guessing they will be burned. I haven't fount an answer in this thread. |

By the way, the first partnership with iFlyer got already released, which is great. In your Roadmap you wrote that the partnerships is a matter for 2018 Q1, which is much greater to have such an important announcement just some days ago. Will it be possible to buy tickets at your platform before 2018 Q2 when the beta will be released, or do we have definitly to wait until then?
Im certain this wont be the only partnership before 2018 Q1 so the road map is probably still accurate. The team is big and ICO is only in the start so i think they will attract new partners sooner then later. |

The only problem i see here is that usually people need a preview or a trial version of programs/platform they wanna use, that means you will have to invest in VR glasses to even try VibeHub out. Not everyone has few hundred bucks laying around just for a trial of this platform.

Im not gonna lie, needed some time and a lot of reading in the beginning to completely understand the technical side of this project. Of course until we wont have a proper working platform we wont know all the details but this team is really doing their best to promote their project which is great.
