Is there any news about the negotiation? has been an agreement, they are going to proceed

Flutter coin team is doing this: - Wallet (+-46M fluttercoins) - Private Key - Customers FLT balance - Emails I think Mintpal is giving the devs all this, which means the devs will have to deal with redistributing the coins. Looks like a good idea? Here is the thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=752630.440This is exactly what mintpal v1, will give us. This is the so called plan B that we are going to do. But we could proceed faster, because we already did the form, as have the adress of most of the users (the others users will be able to fill the form also). In fact, after our negotiation with mintpal, i imagine that they thought that could do the same with other coins in similar situation.

Update: Mintpal V1 its going to do faircoin withdrawal as soon as they get the green light from their lawyer Why do they need green light? It seems that we still need to wait for a long time Holy shit. It's totally failure for mintpal. never successfully from mintpal. wait for long time.liar. Meanwhile some of you becomes desperate, the faircoin dev team continue working on the solution in continued contact with the mintpal owners. I wish that the next news will be already some action...

This is exactly what i meant. Why not just ask the data in first place instead of waiting for them to take care of legal stuff, and who knows what's next? With the balances data it is very simple to reimburse everybody via coin-swap and proog of balance from mintpal....
We are already discussing about this, that is the called plan B but still is not confirmed what data exactly are they able to send us with legal security (wallets, balances, usernames...username and password) If they send us only usernames but not passwords, we will need to setup a manual withdrawal managed by faircoin dev team, with the data that we already have of our forms - like faircoin adress for every user- (updating with a second round of people missing) If they send us also passwords, this process could be managed directly by the users... (but we would need to think about what is better because set up a way like this could be too much work for less than a hundred of users that have faircoins on mintpal) Anyway if their legal situation, not progress, this is the way that the withdrawal will be done, to be faster..

Update: Mintpal V1 its going to do faircoin withdrawal as soon as they get the green light from their lawyer Why do they need green light? It seems that we still need to wait for a long time Holy shit. It's totally failure for mintpal. why long time? their lawyer have a question on the table and is going to answer. But seems easy and are going to work... Because it seems that they have to do a lot work, hope I can get my faircoin back before the end of this year.... before the end of this year??? other 2 months?? argh! i can't believe! anyways, i suppose is better than nothing This "before the end of this year" thing was a Tequila personal expression, but i am pending day by day, and working for make it possible as soon as possible. Mintpal owners are conscient that too much time has past, and also are willing to solve the thing shortly.

Instead of all this mess, why not create a new coin, exactly the same, according to the balances of each FAIR holder? And divide them as necessary? Then destroy the existing FAIR....
I think it will be much simpler... This uncertainty as to whether mintpal will send the coins makes no sense...
This cant be done without mintpal collaboration, because the balances belonging the users there are in their hands. Anyway mintpal collaboration exists and if they dont solve the legal situation will give us the data necessary to do by ourselves. This is plan B,

To all the FairCoin fellows who had or have yet their FairCoins at Mintpal! We were talking with the Mintpal V1 team about how to redistribute the missing FairCoins, they don't have access to the Mintpal V2 system, but they have confirmed that Ryan doesn't control the FairCoins! Mintpal V1 is in control of the missing FairCoins and these are good news! So we are going to help the Mintpal V1 team by requesting additional information to help to quickly set up a working withdrawal procedure. lease fill in the form below to prepare a possible manual withdrawal. It is important to provide as accurate information as possible so we can correctly match it to your balance. The form is open! https://chain.fair-coin.org/rt/mintpal-recovery.htmlThis form will be available only until Tuesday, October 28th at 23:00 GMT. Yours Enric Duran (smartaction) and Thomas König (thokon00) I just saw the info in OP as I didn't login BTT since the 10th Oct. I had a FAIR deposit in Mintpal V1. And I missed to fill the form. Do I still have the chance to get my FAIR back? I am in the same situation ... Unfortunately the same situation for me. Any chance to reclaim our coins? With the current plans is not a problem because mintpal v1 have all the data. If some of the data becames needed in some moment, i guess we could open a new round of form for users that missed the first round. But as i said, i think that not will be necessary,

Mintpal owners only wants to be sure that moolah dont cant sue them for withdrawing the coins. Anyway i have seen from them serious intentions to do what is needed as soon as possible.

And also people collaborating from a big diversity of countries and cultures, from Xina, to India and USa, The people publically involved is a warranty https://fair.coop/the-first-counselors/(faircoin have already many people in wikipedia, like bitcoin...) And there are a lot of more supports and information that i already have, but pending to agree how to make it public with the partners involved

The faircoins are useless for ryan, he cant sell them or anything. there arent so many buy orders.
Yeah i agree, for now they are useless, and also they are not ... He has over 51% of the coins .. that is really bad news. No he hasn't! Most of the faircoins in mintpal are in hands of the mintpal owner, not ryan Perhaps he have around 1 milion of faircoin at most, but not more, this is one of the things that we was trying to know with the faircoin form. This are good news then. But if they are in hands of Mintpal owner why he can't release them? We have balances around 15.200.000 Faircoin and mintpal v1 have around 14.200.000 Faircoin they can not do the withdrawal by theirselves, because the last users in withdraw will not have faircoin Plan B is an agreement between Mintpal and faircoin dev team, about how to do the withdrawal, in the benefit of the whole faircoin community, and how to do this things if around 7% of the mintpal faircoin are in mintpal v2 Is not so easy but will be managed next week, be sure...
