You see it more often with certain teams. They are successful in the Champions League and the level is a lot higher than in the national competition. We can't compare the Premier League with the Champions League of course. Liverpool are having a hard time in the Premier League. Last week's defeat is no longer a coincidence. If you often lose, then at some point you can no longer speak of bad luck or luck. I guess things like that are just enforced. Liverpool still have plenty of time to repair damage in the season, but they can usually forget the title. Still, anything can happen after the winter break.
Jurgen Klopp still has a lot to improve after what they've got this season. Appearing inconsistently, the defeat of a small team is an example of their poor performance this season. There was still time for them to change things up, but they had to do it fast. It will not be easy, of course, to find something they want in the midst of their busy schedule this season. But don't let the tight schedule be an excuse for them not to fix it quickly because other teams have the same busy schedule as them. I haven't seen Jurgen Klopp move to improve his team at the moment.
2042  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: October 27, 2022, 04:40:36 PM
What Barcelona has achieved (in La Liga) so far isn't that bad because they are still in 2nd place and they are only 3 points adrift of Real Madrid. But when compared to their performance at the beginning of the season, their current performance does look less promising and there seems to be something that makes them like that. I think this problem should be solved by Xavi as soon as possible because their chance to become champions is still wide open and Barcelona has a composition of players that allows them to become La Liga winners.
Barcelona achievement at  La Liga almost impressive with 3 points left from Real Madrid on standing position awhile, despite fail qualified to 16 round at Champion League I don't think with Barcelona team mentality drop. Barcelona totally can focus at domestic league only although have participants at Europe League but seems not competitive with Champion League. Still facing problem with Barcelona difficult against with bigger team after defeating by Real Madrid in La Liga and almost difficult to win with bigger team at Champion League from Inter until Bayern Munich.

Exactly if Barcelona want to get tittle at La Liga need have winning mentality against with bigger team, almost difficult to win against with bigger team with have match left with Atletico Madrid at domestic league and Real Madrid on next second half season.
It is true that the performance of Xavi Hernandez's men has decreased and is no longer showing the performance like at the beginning of the league. I feel it has something to do with the absence of a few players lately so that has an impact on their performance. They couldn't do much in the group stages of the Champions League and they even worsened their meeting record with Bayern Munich. In addition, their back line is always in the spotlight because it always looks bad and gives space to opposing players and also Xavi misplaces some players even though he still has players who are more trustworthy, for example when he made a mistake when fielding players in the line-up.

Age is the biggest concern of any player. Here Ronaldo has changed clubs Manchester United are desperate to get Ronaldo back. and currently Ronaldo's age has raised some concerns as to whether he will be able to play like his previous form. Because a striker is the biggest star of his team or club. I think Cristiano Ronaldo is 37 years old. This World Cup seems to be his last whether he will participate in the next World Cup or not The information is not yet available.

Even though Manchester United seems to no longer priority him in the main squad, I still have a lot of admiration for the Portuguese player.
Because at the age of 36-37 years, Cristiano Ronaldo is recorded to have play 3,220 minutes in 39 match (EPL, UCL, SERIE A and FA CUP) with a record 24 goals and 3 assists which brought him into the top three of premier league goalscorers 2021-22 season.

The news of Cristiano Ronaldo seems endless, after the issue of his conflict with Manchester United. Now I hear about the possibility that this will be his last year with Portugal at the world cup. So I wonder maybe Manchester United will also be the last club he plays for?
We know that the quality of this player is above average regardless of how he is performing now but he is one of the best players of this era and remains a legend especially to me.

At this time it is very likely that the opportunity to leave is even greater because apart from the inconvenience he is at Manchester United with this condition now it seems that Ten Hag also doesn't really want him and it is proven by several media reports that Ten Hag is currently asking the higher-ups to let him go.
For the last club I don't think so, because we know his ambition is still very big and at his current age for a Ronaldo to still play so this is not the end of Ronaldo's career.
2044  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2022/23 Season on: October 27, 2022, 09:58:27 AM

Barcelona will.be here finally, discussion about Barcelona in Europa will be finally here , Juventus, Ajax and if not Salzburg, they all have been moved to the Europa League in a week time. You can no longer say Man United and Arsenal will win the Competition.
Better competitive competition are here can they present already handle the pressure. Arsenal tonight will end with the both sides attacking and scoring themselves.
It looks like this season's Europa League will be a little different from the usual because apart from Juventus, Ajax and Barcelona for sure, there are several other names like Atletico and Sevilla who are indeed other strong candidates in this regard. But indeed there is a change now because the representatives of La Liga now have 3 clubs moving and this is a setback for La Liga because only Madrid are surviving now.
At the moment I actually expect last season's champions Frankfurt to also join but it looks like they have a chance.
2045  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: October 27, 2022, 08:08:26 AM
Empoli will not be too burdensome for Atalanta even though the Atalanta players also do not underestimate the Empoli team, because this season there have been several examples where teams that are considered trivial have overwhelmed teams that are considered strong so that the results are unexpected. But in this case I am also more confident that Atalanta will get full points when competing at Empoli.
Empoli are not ahead in this match, although Atalanta can't underestimate them, Empoli are 12th in the standings collecting 11 points, this is enough to make Atalanta less troublesome against them, their last three records in previous matches are bad, lost two and won one.
Although Atalanta will travel to Empoli, it doesn't look like a difficult match for Atalanta to get full points.
Empoli are an inconsistent team in the last 5 matches they did not get positive results while Atalanta now they are 4th in the standings and last week they suffered a defeat against Lazio, I think against Empoli is the time for Atalanta to bounce back.

odds @1.74 for Atalanta's win in this match, I think it's very worth betting considering the strength of both teams I think the risk is small which is worth betting on Atalanta's win.
Regardless, Atalanta must put this to good use because with 1 draw and 1 loss it is clear that they are now thrown into 4th position and if you want to make a breakthrough then this is the right time.

Empoli at this time is a club that can still be said to be good for a mid-table team but in terms of quality it is clear Atalanta should be better but sometimes it is difficult to destroy Empoli's defense when they play at home because of course their supporters can be prisoners for their mental spirit.
2046  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: October 27, 2022, 07:20:28 AM
Ajax is bad this year. Not only bad but also in a difficult group. Napoli are in great form this year and it is no surprise that they are leading the group.
Club brugge suffered their first defeat in the group at home against porto. This win opened the door for porto for the last 16.  Atletico madrid and leverkusen will compete for Europa.
It should also be realized that this season they are different in terms of players and of course the absence of the Ten Hag is also very influential because we know that the previous season with the Ten Hag with a tactician and several players who have now left such as Haller, Antony and even Martinez they can play very well in the previous 2 seasons but with their absence this is clearly a big change for Ajax especially they are also in a group which is a bit difficult with Napoli and Liverpool.
It's been difficult for them this season but there is still a Europa League that they have to get their position on so they don't lose too much because they don't qualify for the knockout phase.
2047  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2022/23 Season on: October 26, 2022, 06:59:37 PM
Among several groups in the Europa League this season, only Group F has the most exciting level of competition, because the four teams in Group F all have the same five points. Which team do you think has more potential to qualify for the next round? Because obviously they all only have two games left before the decider to the next round. Strange but true because each of the teams in group F has the same level of achievement with one win, two draws and one loss.
It is very difficult to predict who will be at the top of the standings at the end because their competition is so tight and they compete against each other, the only difference is the productivity of goals. I would probably say Sturm will leave the championship early because they don't have a good goal effectiveness. Meanwhile, among the remaining teams, I personally hope that Lazio will probably finish the standings better. But at all that is my prediction and maybe it will be different from what will happen considering the fierce competition between the 4 teams.
2048  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: October 26, 2022, 06:28:05 PM
Inter - Plzen game is very critical for Barcelona. Unless Plzen defeat Inter, Barcelona are out of the Champions League officially. The result of their Bayern Munich game won't matter in that case.

Considering the current condition of Inter and Plzen, there is no way Plzen are getting a win of course. Inter should be able to destroy them by a clear score. I didn't even bet on Barcelona - Bayern Munich because I want to see how Inter's game will go on first. But if I bet on that game anyway then my preference would be both teams to score. This time Barcelona also should be able to score at least one goal in home stadium. The odd for that is quite low like 1.43 maybe but it can still be added to a parlay.

The fate of a big club like Barcelona must be decided by Plzen is an irony. Now that Inter Milan have led 3 - 0 against Plzen, it is certain that Barcelona's chance to advance to the next round of the Champions League is increasingly impossible. It was a bad day for Barcelona and after this they had to go to the Europa League.
They depend on the weakest team in Group C and that is something that is completely impossible. Inter Milan will certainly win this match after being able to lead 3-0 and the game left with less than five minutes in normal time. Barcelona must try again next season because this season their hopes are very slim after Inter Milan ended this match with a win.
Barcelona are still not quite ready for the Champions League and their team still has to make some changes.
2049  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: October 26, 2022, 06:04:04 PM
Ronaldo is a good player, but not for Napoli. Spalletti already has a solid squad, he don't want to spoil it with the presence of Ronaldo who can break the concentration of players.
Napoli players have put in a great game, Spalletti is very satisfied with the performance of his players. Without Ronaldo presence Napoli can dominate the Serie A standings, I think Ronaldo is not in Napoli plans because Spalletti is very satisfied with the squad they have at the moment.
Actually I'm not too sure about things like this but when there is no club that wants to bring Ronaldo and the desperation of wanting to move can actually be another factor for him, but indeed this is a frustrating step because I personally expect him to move to a bigger league others even though things like this are still difficult now.
Actually I quite feel that this is indeed a difficult thing because I don't want to believe he will move again but with the condition he is at Manchester United it is clear that moving is the solution.
With the problems he is facing now, indeed leaving Manchester United is a solution if he does not find a solution while staying at a team that has made his name. It was a shame when he came to help this team and in reality it wasn't what most people expected. I think if he would have known it was going to be like this then he would have chosen Manchester City even though a lot of his close colleagues didn't like him. Honestly, I don't see that his situation at Manchester United will improve.
2050  Economy / Economics / Re: government hampers the country's economy on: October 26, 2022, 05:31:00 PM
Indeed such is the case on the ground that we are witnessing today many state governments no longer want to build an interest that is regretful to the whole people, even though all countries have a budget in building every need but it cannot be achieved because of the constraints of administrative management that runs not according to procedures, to overcome this problem is very difficult because many humans today live greedy and do not care about the losses of others they  it is only selfish, so to be able to achieve a justice is very difficult to realize.
"The rich get richer, the poor get poorer" is probably the right word to describe how government works. They get paid from our money and we facilitate their every need. But as it is said that they work to enrich themselves and without thinking about how the life of the people they lead. Indeed, I do not deny that many people still care about how their people live and fight for what they should be fighting for. But still they were still outnumbered by people who could be said to be greedy.
2051  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: October 26, 2022, 04:49:26 PM
Valencia is definitely one team that i would say have been very impressive this season. Same as Barcelona a in the league. Both teams meeting in the coming game will be very interesting with both teams wanting to get all three points from the game. Both defenses will be ready to face the attacks from the their attackers. Barcelona's attack looks more dangerous so it will be an interesting game to see.
Valencia vs Barcelona match is difficult to predict even though  are several opportunities to dominate Barcelona to win this match, Valencia often makes surprises when they play at home. But looking at the series of results from their last 5 matches, I'm pretty sure Barcelona will easily beat Valencia. Valencia front line this season is not too aggressive because Gennaro Gattuso still relies on Edison Cavani who has so far contributed 4 goals from 6 appearances this season. Now this is in contrast to Lewandowski who is on fire on the front lines who have scored 12 goals so far.
I don't think that Valencia will play better than Barcelona, in fact they can be said to have failed in their last 5 matches having only managed to record one win. Playing at home to opponents is not a reason for Barcelona to drop points in this match. Of course, with the games they have shown this season, they believe in Barcelona to be able to win easily against Valencia. But before that we will see them struggling in the Champions League which in a few hours will start soon.

<snip>

maybe it was better to give the golden ball to Lewandowski , he is a scoring machine and nobody stops him

Benzema is in sixth position regarding goals, he is a good player for charity .. but in my opinion he is # 2 compared to Lewandowski

WOW! Shocked I had some kind of belief that Lewandowski was performing way better than other candidates to win the "Balón de Oro" this year, but viewing the comparison in table form it is obvious that the rest of competitors will have to work really hard for the rest of the season in orden to have any chances against him.

I think it's too early to say who deserves the Ballon D'or award. Lewandowski's performance with Barcelona is good but that doesn't mean that he will continue to put on such performances without any decline. Moreover, there are still many potential young players who also in my opinion deserve to be considered for this award.

While most of us are upset on Juventus , can we take some time and appreciate Benfica ? They are on a roll this year in UCL and last night proved us again that they are indeed a better team than Juventus.

For Juve....I'm still shocked to see Allegri still a coach in this morning as I was 100% sure that he will be dismissed...
Actually, in this case, I personally see that this is natural and I am not too surprised by this because in any case it seems to be predictable where in the last few games Juventus really can't do much in the Champions League and in Serie A.
Their match in this match can still be said to be good but the result is clearly beyond the expectations of Juventus and their fans.

On the other hand now I see Benfica very good because they can even rival PSG in the group stage by the same points and of course my prediction in this group is reversed between Benfica and Juventus.
2053  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: October 26, 2022, 01:35:12 PM
In this case, it is likely that age is one of the factors that are considered. Ronaldo's age is 37 years old, so it is quite difficult for big clubs to consider him even though he can still be competitive but of course this will not last long because it is certain that at his current age there are only a few years left for Ronaldo and the EPL is a match that does have intensity. so that instead of looking for old players, big clubs would prefer to look for young players who have great potential to be awarded contracts.
I think one of the reasons most clubs don't want Ronaldo is as said, due to his age and experience. He is past his peak performance and can only be of much use in leagues with less stress, unlike the English premiership. Also, with the vast experience he has garnered over the years, he might be too heady or superior to the managers or team members. It is also likely that if Ronaldo is in a team, the game is kind of bound to be centered about him. Managers know this, and dont want an influence bigger than theirs. If I were him, either I go to the Spanish league or to the American league  because he still has to remain fresh for Portugal in their oncoming world cup campaign.
Actually, in this case for the EPL, he can still do it, but indeed we also know that in the EPL there are a lot of criticisms if the performance is not as expected. Moreover, in this case we know that Ronaldo's salary is still very large for a player of his age so it is indeed difficult for a big team to bring him with such a high salary at his current age.
As for MLS, I am personally not too sure because even though he is currently quite old, he is one of the players who has high ambitions so MLS is not a place that can satisfy Ronaldo.
2054  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: October 26, 2022, 08:20:33 AM
Regarding the rumors of a Ronaldo move, for me it would be better for Ronaldo to leave England and look for a new challenge. Because the Premier League is too tight for him who is no longer young. Serie A will be a very profitable league for him to return to his career in order to become his physical defender for Portugal.
Ronaldo can also go to Germany, Spain, France, America instead of just Serie A. His career is not over yet despite his current age, but maybe his high contract value for some teams will make his wish difficult to realize. There are two possibilities, if not Serie A then I think Ronaldo will replace Messi who is also rumored to be moving away from PSG. It's just a possibility, certainly unbelievable now.
I had read the news regarding Chelsea who were interested in bringing Cristiano Ronaldo into the Chelsea club. But it seems that the only one who is interested in bringing Cristiano Ronaldo to the blues is Todd Boehly as the owner of Chelsea. but Graham Potter as Chelsea coach does not seem to agree. Some clubs like Arsenal and New Castle even recognized Cristiano ronaldo's ability and they needed him but they couldn't sign him because they were more afraid of the impact on the club itself. I don't understand what the impact is. whether it's about the other players at the club or what. I read about it in this source. https://www.goal.com/id/amp/berita/arsenal-cristiano-ronaldo-manchester-united-chelsea/bltc1958298d83f50b9

Glorious victory for Benfica against Juventus. The Italian team has lots of good players, but the squad lacks confidence. I guess that Juventus needs a new coach.

New coach will not help Juventus to be a better team than they are now. They need new coach and new players to replace some of their "old" players. Defense is really bad as well as the midfield, no good coordination between players to attack and no good coordination to defense. They got some players in the last window transfer market but it does not give them great contribution so far. I believe that they are now regretting the decision to let some players go (both sell and loan) in the previous transfer market such as Dybala, Kulusevski, de Light, etc
I may slightly agree with what you say in this case because the possibility is also slim but of course with a new coach there will be slight changes because of course every coach has its own scheme and strategy and with a new coach there will be slight changes. felt.
But in yesterday's match actually regardless of losing or winning, they can still be said to be playing pretty well compared to before but this result clearly doesn't make them profitable because they want it or not to go down to the Europa League.
2056  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: October 25, 2022, 07:46:09 PM
I don't know what happened to Real, but so far Leipzig are playing great football... Seven shots and 2 goals against last year's champion is certainly an amazing result for the first half... Probably the biggest surprise from today's games so far... By the way, by domination so far you can say that Borussia are playing just as well against Man City, albeit without goals... Wink But probably the game will turn out in the second half...
Yes RB Leipzig played a good game, they were 2-0 up and the first half was almost over. But they must not settle for the advantage they have now, as Real Madrid could surprise at any moment. When Real Madrid play and fall behind then don't look away before the game is really over, because maybe we will miss to see something Real Madrid will do. There are still 45 second minutes for Real Madrid to catch up 2 goals from RB Leipzig.
2057  Economy / Economics / Re: MONEY IS THE MOTIVATING FACTOR, what do you think? on: October 25, 2022, 07:07:55 PM
Money is indeed a motivation, I mean, I would be motivated if the salary is good with a healthy workplace of course, if it's toxic then money isn't motivating at all if that's the case. Worshipping money is bad, working for money too, that's why money should work for you. What I mean is you have to work smarter, not harder. Nobody works 8 hours a day that became a millionaire while sticking to his comfort zone.
Talking about the workplace, everyone needs to have a comfortable workplace. Because it comes from personal experience, I prefer a work place that makes me comfortable, be it from my work environment, colleagues or so on. Because if we are in a workplace that is not comfortable for us, it will put pressure on our mentality and it will affect something we do. Obviously if we worship money and work for money is something wrong in my view. I like what you say that we have to work smart. But if we do these 2 things (work smart and hard) of course the results will be even better.
2058  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: October 25, 2022, 06:35:20 PM
I don't think, Chelsea will win this game because their defense look so weak for Salzburg strikers to have access easily to their goalpost. The first half made the game to look Chelsea will defeat Salzburg with many goals to improve their points but Salzburg equalized the goal in the second half but Chelsea is still leading the game with 2:1 but Salzburg are still on the solid ground to make the match draw 2:2. If Salzburg continue with this new tactics they are using now, they will surely equalize the goals before the end of the game.
the last 5 minutes have entered and this is clearly advantageous for Chelsea now the score is still 1-2 for Chelsea's advantage so this is indeed a good thing and Chelsea has definitely qualified now for the next round considering I think it is very difficult for Salzburg to be able to equalize with these conditions. they are always under attack and focus on defense.

I think your prediction is a little wrong in this case because regardless of anything the same quick back attack as Salzburg's first goal was unlikely to happen again in this match.
2059  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: October 25, 2022, 06:19:29 PM

In my opinion, when referring to the match between Man United and Chelsea, it makes sense because there is no solid striker and sharp back-up attack. Man United managed to escape Casemiro header which meant Rashford was in a bad position and not using the ball well. I don't know how many chances he got but Rashford shot wasn't that sharp. Again, Erik Ten Hag used the same strategy as when they played against Newcastle, which was to focus a lot of attacks from Sancho's line, which is now of really poor quality.
In this case I quite agree. But sometimes Manchester United's efforts are also a little difficult to predict because sometimes they are good on the counter-attack like when they faced Arsenal at that time.
Although indeed in this case for a counterattack they are actually not fast and seem to be waiting for momentum.
I don't know if it was Ten Hag's plan or if they were a little slow on the counter-attack because they really rely on Sancho at the moment, I actually prefer to see a push on Antony's side.
2060  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: October 25, 2022, 05:36:14 PM
The problem is that Xavi is too focused on their core players so indeed when some of their players get injured it becomes like a setback for Xavi. Even though it seems like they are looking for excuses by saying Injuries to players, but whether they realize it or not, this has an impact on them. It's difficult when you look at their current condition, it's clear that there is a real difference when their main players play and when they are injured. I think they are currently spending a lot of money, of course the expectations are high but with the current conditions they are gambling to return to losing money this season from a financial point of view.
Basically, any coach relies on some players in the game of his team and Xavi is no exception here. It is the injuries of several of his main players that Antonio Conte is now referring to as an excuse for his Tottenham's two consecutive defeats in the Premier League. Any coach would dream of having two or even three equivalent squads to rotate between them in case of injury to their key players, but that's why they are key players, that there can't be too many of them. If there are too many of them, then problems of the psychological climate in the team may begin, resentments of players on the amount of playing time. As for finances, the coming years will continue to be very difficult for Barcelona and the very likely failure of the team to reach the Champions League playoff stage will also not greatly contribute to the financial recovery of the club. On the other hand, in my opinion, the club's management is making the most of the strength of the signed players and therefore Xavi should at least claim the title in La Liga and no one will accept discounts for injured players.
This is the problem because if you look at the conditions of Madrid and Barcelona there is a slight difference here.
Looking at the rotations made by Madrid with some of the players used by Barcelona, it is clear that there are some significant differences when Madrid always perform several rotations in several positions such as Striker and Midfield, it is clear that this is something good because with this if one of the players is injured then Ancelotti always has some other options but it's different with Barcelona because when some of his key players are missing it's really difficult and that's been evident in some of the games they've run before.
