Something about pride going before something.... Im just sharing my thoughts and there's a high probability i'm right so yea it'l make me proud to have saved some lost souls. No matter what its always wise to have fiat on the side in a turbulence like this. The trend isnt reversed yet, until ppl stop looking Chinese exchanges....

Wow, this is exciting... So quiet, so much tension in the air. What wil happen next?
didnt you get the memo? Arbitrage trading means the market will go down short term until China market is irrelevant. What? Well no CNY coming into any Chinese exchanges is the fact, Several hours ago when the news about one exchange still have deposit working actually cause it to be shutdown: http://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/1t8j7c/proof_that_btc38_takes_cny_for_btcltcxrp_etc/ce5j1s9Chinese government already decided BTC is not for its ppl

bitcoin is bad for banks. period.
the first bank or country that embraces bitcoin and sort out its dilemma will rule the future.
This is the chance for small banks to crush all the big guys.... Slowly adopt and support bitcoin business until you got enough capital to go fully public.... (i bet the big banks will try to cut them off if they do it too strongly)

Hedge fund managers rather spend your money on hoes and drugs....True story....
They're living a dream, spending others money.

Is there a reliable way to withdraw money from Stamp to a Chinese account?
I dont see a problem... transferring money into the country. It has always been transferring out thats a problem. I know a Chinese family that move a large sum back to China to buy a house. Its done by bank wiring.

Can you see this price difference continuing? Impossible, It will adjust i guarantee you that, maybe 5% max, but not 20% as currently. And most important factor is china's CNY wont contribute to btc growth, and they were a big factor in price surge. Selling pressure shall grow over the next few days. Probably. Maybe. But your really just hoping at this point. We really don't know what is going to happen with this situation. Whether bitcoin is reinstated in China soon - possibility - or if Bobby will shut down the exchange completely. Or if Chinese really want fiat at Bitstamp. Its all probability but the odds are in favor of shutting down exchange.... You just bought back in didnt you

I didnt sell because my balls got balls..... heck even my balls hairs got their own balls. Its a tree of balls down there , you hear me?

yes, you can see it all over the news.
this morning; Overstock.com.
watch Brian Armstrong's video of what's coming in 2014.
Overstock, eh? wowzers .... its gonna be a while tho.... 2nd half of 2014? Really? Yeah..... if they have to take that long, i bet they're: + hoarding coins + searching for/forming a new business for hedging bitcoin to completely push bitpay out
|
|
|
yeah..... 2nd half..... Thats like eternity in bitcoin times Meanwhile we have to deal with China arbitrage situation, within a month, we're gonna drop to low 600s or even high 500s until most coins are out of China.

It's actually pretty surprising. If you read the news, almost all the bitcoin news is bad, and much if it is just plain wrong. There are articles about how bitcoin has been crashing just published in the last couple hours but in the last day or so bitcoin has been going up! I guess those articles were writted 2-3 days ago.
Media understand nothing about Bitcoin and they don't care about it. They just want to sell space for ad. + 1 Unless their chief editor involved in bitcoin trading..... then we will have all kind of BS agenda.

Bitfimex margin trading is the lifeblood of this whole market. When bitfinex decouples, everything stops.
yep, I never thought so until I saw it now. Imagine if some huge leverage trading platform with big fishes would arrive. no, this has nothing to do with margin trading, but one big player moving against another. why does it happen on Bitfinex only and not on Bitstamp now when they are down? Which exchange does bitfinex use? I thought they're a bucketshop

lady and gentlement.... you are witnessing arbitrage right now....
This will repeat several times before the chinese exchange ran out of coins.
LOOK at that..... dont let me say "I Told You So"
|

There is no end to the bitcoin rollercoaster. But you need to emotionally detach yourself from the coins.
Don't trade with emotions or you'll lose more than you gain.
So not truth... I love my coins! So don't trade duh? see his sig

Do you guys think we are finished with the China crash now? Or will we see new lows before the dust settles?
I had no fiat when the big crash happened, selling a bit on the way up now to be ready for cheap coins if we go back down. I personally have a strong feeling we will go back down hard.
Those coins being bought from China has to be sold somewhere else within a month yeah? So where do you think they will be sold? The coins have to be sold within a month... why? My guess is non Chinese money is buying the cheap coins. You just answer your question.... The official statement says all deposit and withdrawn will be stopped by Chinese New Year. As for non Chinese buyers..... how do they deposit money into the exchange now? The best they can do now is spend all the fiat already in the exchange and move the coins out.

True. The price has decoupled. But the movement across exchanges is too similar. btc-e Ofcourse it has to be similar ... why do you think otherwise?
