Already some applications in VR, but no good applications in VR
Our beta already has the same amount of environments then all of VR apps that have been around for a while. What VibeHub is doing differently is allowing artists/educators to monetize thier content by streaming in Augmented/Virtual Reality. Nobody else is doing this or better yet mentioning this in a realistic way
We are purchasing the holoporation technology after the ICO and this is the future of Augmented Reality and will showcase exactly how the future is going to look. The monetization opportunities for artists and educators is absolutely astronomical
So to answer your question of what is VibeHub doing differently, the answer would be everything. VR/AR needs to have monetization opportunities to go mainstream and that is exactly what we are providing the world in Virtual and Augmented Reality
Purchasing the tech is a really brave decision. No need to reinvent the wheel. Also, your project path is very clear so, I don't think that anyone will think twice before making an investment. Not brave but the right decision. They should spend their time to design and program new platforms which can be used with VR and not use their precious time to chase something that could be simply bought. With the new crew on board, this project is bound to succeed. |

I still son't get why a landlord would do an auction. Yes this whole thing looks very good for renters but about landlords, I don't know
For me its the other way round. Imo landlords would profit even more. They can set a minimum rent they want at least and then can use the platform to look out for tenants who would be willing to pay more. I also think that landlords will benefit more from rent auction. They did a research in Melbourne and tenants pay 50$ more for rent if they bid for it. And i guess landlords can abuse this system a little by posting fake bids. I know they will be fighting against it, but its very hard to compliantly remove this from the equation. |

I don't think there is real competitors so far in blockchain business. It's more like an blockchain VS non blockchain competition I think. Even if competitors come in the game later, the good news is that PayPie is the first one who presented a project on this topic in blockchain so it gives them a big advantage over others. New good ideas must be rewarded. |

Guts Ticket? What is this? Similar platform? Hope they working only in Dutch market  i think someone trying to publicity other project here. no one can compare with eventchain project. eventchain is a big and real reputed project. I think they're trying to get into European markets as well. I'm not trying to piblicize Guts, in fact I'm pro EventChain, I think their product is better and their potential, especially with the new partnership, is way higher. But that doesn't mean you shouldn't know about your competitor. Yes, dev already confirmed their plans to enter European market, where there's obviously already a lot of interest for Eventchain. I guess there will be a clash between them and Aventus for Europe market. Trough the eyes of consumers, competition is always good so lets see what it will bring in the future. |

They said few days back, in case of not reaching the goal, they will just adjust their budget and announce the new plan after ICO, the project should go on in any case. |

Dev team will be based in Kazakhstan (for development period), headquarter - in the US (later). It makes sense that you start in your own country, where you feel comfortable and have all the information's about renting market. With the help of your new advisor, you can expect a smooth transaction to US where the market is probably more fierce. |

We are planning to start project with testing in a small market (Kazakshtan, and then CIS region) for 2-3 monthes, then it will be US.
I imagine you will have to adapt slightly to each county where you will start your platform. Laws are different and you will have to study them before joining the market. Will Europe follow US? |

I'm not quite sure that a bubble bursting would help rentals. Selling prices would drop and so rentals. Think that the problem with a bubble in RS is that it would affect many people that could not maintain their expenses, thus dropping prices down.
Yes, but where is the problem for an auction platform with lower prices? I mean, the platform gets its fees, no matter how much the rent will cost. But lower prices mean more people who can participate in the auction. The problem is that a bubble bursting would also impact other areas like it happened in 2008 with housing bubble. Although it would mean lower rents it would also mean less income for paying rent in the first place. |

Price is in ETH "REAL" time, get it? ETH took a hit on price so it went from 10 million to 9 million. REAL should wait until Ethereum goes POS to maximize conversion to EURO. Oh.. really, you are right )) ETH going down last days and raised funds went from 10 to 9 mln. Thats why there is so much potential here, army is using VR for a long time now and we all know about different simulators which had been used for decades. Now you can get all this much cheaper using VR and expend it to different fields like medicine. |

Boosting price is a useles way to get a better price. You will burst the balance value of the market and earn nothing cause no one wil rent at a to high price. With a good volume we will have an accurate market price, and we have a data analysis algorithm too for that. It will mechanically direct the price to a market balance. Auction is very good for landlord and renter, you can have a better price for both.
Im hoping for success of projects like these because rental price is ridiculous now young generation is being ripped off by today's prices and sadly im one of them :/ will try to save some fiat to support this idea Most importantly if your rent exceeds a certain amount then government put the tax on it. I mean wtf. I working my ass off to pay the rent and now everyone else wants a cut in it. You dont pay tax on a low rent in your country? Be happy, here they tax everything. And i doubt you would pay less as a tenant if you would attend an auction for rent. I think landlords will profit from this one. |

Don't worry, if 100k ETH are not reached, Melissa said on telegram that they will adjust their budget and publish updated plan after token sale ends. The important news is that they will not gonna stop if 100k are not reached
I think what he/she means is that if you can work with less, ask less. That way there's a bigger growth potential for investors. While this might look like it's true, it might also work against investors. With a smaller operating budget, the chances of getting of the ground and making a profit might even be smaller, let alone a big profit! We shouldnt expect big profits from dividends in the beginning. Everyone knows real estate is a long term business but results should come eventually. Probably most of us are hoping that we could make some profit just from coins raising in value in near future. |
