@Relest ICO is almost here, have you provided soft/hard cap yet? And another question, those exchanges mentioned in the OP have already confirmed to list REST after token sale?
Hi!
There is no hard cap. Soft cap is $ 1mln.
Axechanges already confirmed to list REST.

Don't you think it's dangerous not to have a hard cap in place?

What you mean "no hard cap"? How much tokens in total and what price for token?

No hard cap means they keep selling REST at a rate of 1 REST = 0,001 ETH and when the ico ends, they count all the incoming ETH, multiply it by 1000 and that amount will be 70% of the total REST supply.

with no hard cap it seems that the more successful the project is, the less the tokens will be worth.
No it means just that there is no hard cap and every token is worth 0.001 ETH

very interesting .. real estate has several projects .. is perfect for us to follow the progress .. which projects will be successful .. I am sure, everyone who has participated here wants this project a success  Cheesy

Well like every project the focus is different. For example this one here is more about renting apartments, while other projects go for investments.
In the end I wish everyone of them the best because they have different aspects and everyone of them sounds interesting Smiley

I'm not quite sure that a bubble bursting would help rentals. Selling prices would drop and so rentals. Think that the problem with a bubble in RS is that it would affect many people that could not maintain their expenses, thus dropping prices down.
Yes, but where is the problem for an auction platform with lower prices? I mean, the platform gets its fees, no matter how much the rent will cost. But lower prices mean more people who can participate in the auction.
The problem is that a bubble bursting would also impact other areas like it happened in 2008 with housing bubble. Although it would mean lower rents it would also mean less income for paying rent in the first place.

That was more than a housing bubble, those criminal scammers (financial banks) sold junkie products marked as AAA to people. I suggest to watch "the big short" if you're interested. With the power of blockain I hope that we won't see that anymore
"The Big Short" - great movie. I would like to add that whole global crysis was started from hedge funds. I just can't wait to Relest ICO, I see great potential here

What he probably means is that the more successful the ICO is, the more tokens are there in circulation. And if the supply is huge, the price per token won't rise that fast.

I think relest will be a sucess. Real estate is a really bankable market at the moment, a lot of people love that and trust this market more than others. Relest have argument to provide a great platform based and auction around real estate, and with ca that crypto application. The ico will raise a lot of money I think, the project can go really far.

So, 1 ETH = 1000 rest? But how many tokens for sale and in total?

Why would I want to pay with REST tokens instead of a more established cryptocurrency such as Bitcoin or Litecoin?

Exactly! ICOs without hard cap run the risk of an instantenous, ridiculous valuation. Making it hard to hold that valuation, let alone climb.

They will have auction platform, intended for this purpose. Or why we using other cryptocurrencies?

Hi! Wink
There is no limit for tokens. Smartcontract code https://etherscan.io/address/0x01b6f09B54d246670627A009a7Dc85BD54354eed#code will generate tokens until October 02 02:00 PM GMT.
All tokens sold during ICO will be equated to 70% of all issued REST (by the smartcontract)

In which countries they planning working at first? Can anyone give me a list of this countries pls?
We are planning to start project with testing in a small market (Kazakshtan, and then CIS region) for 2-3 monthes, then it will be US.

I imagine you will have to adapt slightly to each county where you will start your platform. Laws are different and you will have to study them before joining the market.
Will Europe follow US?

Remember that this is not a real estate market. they're not gonna buy anything. they're just there to connect landlords and potential customers.
