2061  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Who uses paper wallets on: April 08, 2018, 09:33:51 PM
Paper wallets are ok and are almost every beginner's first point of contact with bitcoin. They are safe too. By the way, they are also free to download. No charges getting one.
2062  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Viberate iz great on: April 08, 2018, 07:59:50 PM
This is in the wrong thread. You can move this post to the local section. Here is for English and we don't need any Google translator to comprehend what you have written.
2063  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is everyone just HODLing? on: April 08, 2018, 02:08:49 PM
Hi Forum
I would like to know what real value you think HODLing adds. What is the point of just holding bitcoin till moon and lambo ? This is cryptocurrency, why aren't we using this as currency? If we all just hold then this whole thing takes on a completely different business model, we lose all real value that it has as currency and it just becomes a full on speculative bubble.

Bitcoin and other currencies have no value if nobody uses them. So I would like to encourage everyone to spend and replace instead of just blindly holding. We won't see merchant adoption skyrocketing if nobody buys stuff with bitcoin. And yes I know it can go up in value, but why not just spend your BTC and EFT some fiat over to your local exchange and replace the BTC you spent ?
If any businesses accept BTC or other currencies it is our duty to support them extra for it and use cryptocurrency.
You ask these questions like a newbie would, I do not mean any insult. But remember that hodling causes artificial scarcity and this scarcity will cause price to rise as few available for sale would be jerked up. If gold were easily available like salt or water do you think its price would've gone that high? No, it wouldn't. So hodling is a game to make price go up.
2064  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IS THERE A CHANCE THAT MARKET PRICE WILL RECOVER?? on: April 05, 2018, 08:16:21 PM
As i have observed these weeks, every week passes by, the market price of the altcoins is keeping on going down. I dont know whats the main reason behind it, But may I ask , Is there a pinch chance that the market price will be stable again?
Yes, the market will definitely recover. There are no chances that cryptocurrency will disappear into thin air like ponzi schemes do after a while. Crypto is a reality here with us. This momentary price dip we are witnessing now shouldn't scare anyone. Rather it should encourage anyone into buy more coins.
2065  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Co-founders of Centra Tech arrested on: April 03, 2018, 07:01:54 PM
Floyd Mayweather had previously endorsed the ICO, probably a paid job.
Mayweather should be arrested too for aiding and abetting crime.
2066  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Centra Founders Arrested on: April 03, 2018, 05:03:22 AM
I read the news on some online site. It saddens me because I have got a few of the coins though the coin is in a dip now. It will be hard for me to sell off now knowing the loss that I will suffer. I actually bought in when I read that it had Floyd Maywheather's support but what is happening now is quite sad.
2067  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][BTCZ] BitcoinZ - zkSNARKs 21b max POW-Equihash No-Premine No-Dev Tax on: April 02, 2018, 06:35:13 AM
I actually traced bitcoinzero to this thread for on the official website. Is bitcoinz the same as bitcoinzero?
2068  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is neo good choice for long-term investment ? on: March 28, 2018, 08:21:00 PM
Yes Neo is a good choice. But why Neo if you want to have it long term. Neo is expensive as it is now. You can consider penny coins with prospect for the future like Waves which also has a great flatform. I ain't marketing waves or something like that. Just saying the obvious.
2069  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: KuCoin vs Binance on: March 26, 2018, 11:52:09 PM
Just hand over the trophy to Binance. Its ease of use is superb and has not been seen with any other exchanges. Besides, it has a very high trade volume.

I used to like them, but especially binance turned into a shitcoin exchange for ico's who overpay on listing fee's.
Any evidence on that or it is just another lazy accusation?
2070  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Kucoin removing all BCH Pairs on: March 26, 2018, 03:46:42 PM
Lol finally. Bitcoin Cash is already doomed since the beginning of their forks, I think everybody knows that Cheesy With Bitcoin fees getting back to normal, the idea of bigger block size is getting irrelevant and shown to be an ineffective solution to the scalability issue. Implementation of LN to Bitcoin make Bitcoin even better and now BCH is absolutely useless.
Everything is sometimes parallel. While some of the above posters think bitcoincash is an excellent coin, you see it differently. I share your opinion too after reading some not too good reviews about this coin. Maybe it is not a real coin after all. A shitcoin will always remain such. I believe that is the question in the op.
2071  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: what if the top 6 coins is worth a trillion each by 2020? on: March 24, 2018, 08:53:06 PM
Since we are playing a game of ifs: What if they are worth less than a pizza? Have you ever thought of that too?
2072  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Creativity in crypto world on: March 24, 2018, 07:11:46 PM
You mean ideas is same as others and it repeats over the time again and again.
I believe that is what he means. Yes, quite alright there has been repetitions of the same ideas in almost the same manner. Like when Chinese coins were trending, almost ICO went that way. When it shifted to lending coins, almost all the icos drafted their white paper to accommodate that. Well, maybe now that the market is dipping it will give the developers new ideas  how to go. There should be a fresh spark to this crypto thing now.
2073  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 🤔 How to know if the ICO is Scam??? 😅😅 on: March 24, 2018, 06:52:50 PM
ICO is always a very risky engagement. If you can't wait for the coins to be listed an the exchange, then only risk money you won't cry losing. It has never been easy spotting the fraudulent ones no matter how hard you attempt.

However, don't listen to posters pestering you to buy into the signature ICO logo they have. Avoid them like Moses and the plaques.
2074  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: altcoins are dying on: March 24, 2018, 04:40:56 AM
what do you think about altcoin,do you think is the time to buy?
Anyone who is still waiting by the sidelines and asking this kind of question at this time has no business being in this kind of business. Obviously we know we buy in whenever the market is down as now. You just keep stocking at each fall. It is a cheap  trading strategy.
2075  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: why the facebook, google are banning cryptocurrency? on: March 22, 2018, 07:43:21 PM
Bitcoin continues to be pounded by negative news. Unconfirmed reports about Twitter following the footsteps of Facebook and Google in banning cryptocurrency ads pushed Bitcoin’s price below $8,000 on March 18.
They really are not banning cryptocurrency. Those social network sites are only banning ICOs for now. And they are doing so because of the scams associated with ICOs. It really is not directly about bitcoin but about scamming ICO projects.
2076  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Snapchat Confirms It’s Banned ICO Ads on: March 21, 2018, 06:57:30 PM
It's no fault of theirs and they are not doing this because they have some kind of malice against bitcoin,
A ban on ICO is not even a malice. It is not even against bitcoin because most ICO depend on the ethereum blockchain or they formulate theirs. They hardly use the btc chain. I think all social media banning ICOs is a good thing. Let their adverts be only on this forum, bitcointalk.
2077  Economy / Services / Re: 🔑 Safein 🔑 Signature & Avatar Campaign, Hero/Legendary, with up-to 0.02 bonus! on: March 19, 2018, 08:54:36 PM

Bonus payment:
A bonus reward of up-to 0.02 will be rewarded to the user(s) who I feel has contributed the most to this campaign. This might include having particularly high quality posts, gaining a lot of merit during the campaign, or any other metrics I can use to measure your performance. If I don't feel anybody deserves the bonus, then it will not be awarded. I reserve the right to split the reward between up to two people if both have performed excellently.
This already smells funny...I bet no one will win that prize as the manager's terms and conditions are strongly determined by Him alone. That is subject to his emotions and not to any concrete parameters.
2078  Economy / Services / Re: [FULL] ChipMixer Signature Campaign | 0.00075 BTC/post on: March 18, 2018, 04:04:21 PM
In my experience, you must be doing something right if butthurt people start chasing you like this. Lauda has the same problem on this forum, I experienced it too being a Mod at Rollin.

@DarkStar_: this is the reason I changed my threads to self-moderated. That delete button is lovely for every offtopic post (including this one from me, I realize that).
It is evident that you are an older member here. You don't need to be that scared to hide under a newbie account to express your feelings. Only cowards and hypocrites do such. Your observation is right and I don't know why you got scared.
2079  Economy / Services / Re: [WTB] I want to rent signatures from active bitcointalk users on monthly basis on: March 18, 2018, 03:52:27 PM
Why not put out what you want these active users to do for you if the task is genuine. Yours is a newbie account and it means a lot in the negative sense if you are going to hide your intentions.
2080  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your favorite altcoin and why? on: March 18, 2018, 03:23:33 PM
I will recommend that you check Lockchain (LOC) this project is disrupting the hospitality industry
But is it a good thing to disrupt?

Well, it is almost two months this thread  started. A period when crypto was not yet experiencing this down fall and red everywhere. I am thinking now is another opportunity for all to buy those favourite coins they are putting up here. If you write and you don't buy the coins you are suggesting, then know that you are a shameless hypocrite.
