FunFair jumped almost 10x and fell back to the same price in a 30 minutes interval on the 4th of July 2017. Do anyone know why and how these huge jumps can happen in such a short amount of time?

Possibly this action was made by "fatfinger"..Sometimes traders dont pay attention to price per unit screen and after purchasing it price goes to moon for short time frame Smiley

I have change my mind to minexcoin, i have parked my coin for yearly, just wait for one year to sell my coin

I mainly prefer to park  on weekly timeframe. The weekly parking percent is much more better and whenever you need to exchange minexcoins this decision will not affect your weekly earnings.

2067  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to play gambling in a smart way? on: August 09, 2017, 10:49:53 AM
I have noticed so many players are just gambling for the sake of profits only. But majority of them loses most of the games eventually as they are not smart players.

So how should we gamble in a smart way so that we do not get more frustrations due to continuous losses?
Gambling is more on depend in luck there is no 100% that you can get profit, because most winning case in the games is just a luck, or guess timing on betting sometimes. So I think the smartest that I could say is quit in the games if you win several time then if your balance to your bankroll is more than your capital, that's the time for you to stop.

This will always be a very long conversation,
For those who are experienced in the Gambling and lose they will surely say victory in gambling is luck, but it is different for those who win. Gambling is a strategy in making money, that's what I often encounter in other threads,
this is not easy
If that so well, play just for one time and if you win a particular amount which big enough don't play again because you will lose again and again. That's the smarter way to play gambling. You are not only having fun but you get money in return as a prize which doubles your bettings.

In other words, hit and run and don't get lured to bet again when you have just won a big profit in your gambling session. Because if you do, you get more chances of losing than winning if you bet several times again - although might get lucky and when even more though.

"Hit and Run" startegy doesnt work everytime specialy in the cases there are so many opportunities waiting for you in corner. But every gambler should be able to control his/her emotions.

uhm... i don't know how to send my xem!

i want to tranfer 100k xem from my wallet to poloniex.

I click on the "send xem" button and i fill the form.... but when i write the message it say: "hex message can consist only in exadecimal characters"...

I just copy the message that poloniex generate... what can i do?

You probably have the 'hex' tickbox checked. It's next to the encrypt message tickbox.

thanks man, now it work!

Starting the faucet was the right decision in my opinion. Btw, what is the total budget of the faucet?

faucet.nem.io
but that faucet has no ads, so is not self suporting, and u can use it twice a day, that dosent make a lot of network traffic

The point of the faucet is to let people test NEM that don't want to buy into it before having tested it. It's not there to create traffic.

thanks to you and to  BloodyRookie! now it's working!

just a question: everyone i have to re-start my NEM client i have to re-import my account address?

Thx!

any help?

you shouldnt have to, unless you deleted the wallet file. boot up the client and if there is no wallet available to open, just create a new one and import your private key again.

uhm...my wallet have on old date, 04/04/2015. It hasn't been deleted.

What i don't understand is that if i go to "address book" i find my address, with my public key and my correct balance.
But why i find my balance only there?Huh

I'll go out on a limb and say you have two accounts in that wallet and you have selected the empty one. You can swtich between accounts by clicking on them (or next to them...not sure right now).

yess!!!!!!!! great!!! you were right!!!

Hi,
what are the benefits of the Delegated Harvesting instead of local harvesting?

You can harvest from an empty account. So basically you delegate your importance to the remote account (which every account has).
That way you can also harvest on a remote location without having to put your private-key there (you use the private key of the remote account which has no funds).

You can learn more about delegated harvesting here:

http://blog.nem.io/how-to-use-delegated-harvesting/

thanks Smiley
