Chelsea is favourite in this match. Playing home is an advantage although it might be the opposite for some teams. The new signing might also push the team psychologically just like the recent bad results of Fulham. Bookies are giving Chelsea good odds to win. Let's see if the new signing by Chelsea will put their best foot forward in the match between them and Fulham, because this season has not been favourable for Chelsea and since their crisis began about a year ago, Chelsea has not been able to recover fully to be able to break the good records their created a few seasons ago.

after officially getting juranovavic, laidouni and roussillon, union berlin still wanted isco but unfortunately he failed to pass union berlin medical test thus making his recruitment to union berlin fail.
It is not about the medical test but both parties didn't agree about the salary since Union has a budget that cannot exceed. BTW Union won with 2 goals to 0 vs Wolfsburg in DFB-Pokal in the round of 16. In DFB-Pokal too, there is a funny goal scored by Stuttgart defender from a distance, in the angle, right to his goal. I doubt an attacker could score it from that angle  Luckily Stuttgart was able to score 2 goals in the last 10 minutes of the game and win 2-1 vs Paderborn. |

Inter already kicked Atalanta out of the Coppa Italia, they won 1-0 thanks to Darmian goal in the second half. Fiorentina - Torino and Roma - Cremonese will play in less than 24 hours and Thursday we will have a more interesting game between Juventus - Lazio. Roma to pass tho. Fiorentina - Torino, not sure since Torino has always some surprising results but I think Fiorentina is favourite here. Same thing for Juve, their results are random especially lately, I believe they will play better here than Serie A since they will try to grab something this season.. |

Real madrid as a team needs to do more in other to remain relevant in the race for superiority in the laliga, they have been inconsistent in their winning, playing draw in the Copa de Rey with Real Sociedad is not what was expected of a world professional team like Real Madrid they hurt the anticipation of many bettors and fans, they have to do something fast in other to right their wrongs for a good result.
Real Madrid got a draw vs Real Sociedad in La Liga and not in Copa del Rey. Well in both cases, this is beyond the expectation from Real Madrid.. They will play this Thursday vs Valencia which just sacked their coach Gattuso. Dunno if that was the best move to do, 2 days before the match against Real Madrid! I assume they aren't counting on that match a lot and they are feeling safe from dropping to the relegation zone since the teams there have difficult games too |

I am of the strong believe that Manchester city and Pep guadiola aren’t giving good representation of themselves just selling players of or loaning them off due to misunderstanding.
Joao cancelo is an amazing player and I can confirm this, he has been at the top of his game and for Manchester city to treat him like that means no one is safe in the squad.
Well for Guardiola, the discipline and the mutual respect between him and his players and between the players themselves are very important to the balance of the team and for the good results too. PSG for example has a lot of big names but they are some conflicts between some of them and their results aren't that top for a team that has a budget way more than his rivals together.. I am not supporting his attitude but I understand it. Taking such decisions means that he has better options or at least a similar one or another tactics.. We will see. |

I really hope to see Man United achieve something this season by winning a trophy, they really showed a class level of play against big teams such as Man City in the league, and overall they are a really good team regardless of the criticism they received throughout this season.
Manchester United improved a lot comparing to the beginning of the season and they are now 4th in EPL which is unlikely to grab, so they are left with the FA Cup and EFL title. In the EFL Cup they will most likely qualify to the final game and they will play against Newcastle. It will be a quite hard game but feasible. In FA Cup, there is top teams there like City and Spurs that might annoy them tho. |

There is some DFB-Pokal games these two days and the match between Mainz and Bayern looks interesting and also Union vs Wolfsburg. We might see some surprises there  Next time Dortmund are going to play a home game against Freiburg and this can be seen as one of the biggest games of the season.

Villarreal could not continue their good trend, tonight they can stopped by Rayo Vallecano with score 0-1, although they have tried several opportunities. But I think Villarreal position in the standings may still be safe for a while because Real Betis will against Barcelona at the Benito Villamarín, it also seems likely that Real Betis will find it difficult to get points in that match although at home.
Villarreal wasted 3 precious points and it is quite good to see Rayo Vallecano improving comparing to the previous season and winning vs hard opponents. Villarreal got 3 points vs Real Madrid earlier this month and missed 3 points vs Rayo Vallecano For the positions, Real Betis still lacks 1 match so the worst scenario is to keep 2 points gap between them and Villarreal, while the best scenario is to beat Barcelona and move in front of ATM which is unlikely to happen. |

I must sincerely say that arsenal is really doing great despite their recent 1:0 loss to Manchester city, Arsenal has proven to be good this season, Arsenal really deserve the league this time but the really need to work harder in other to achieve it.
The lose against city was in the FA cup and it have nothing to do with the EPL, arsenal team will surely not give up the premier league dream easily and they will fight to the last minute and if city want to keep the title in Manchester they need a very hard work and they must get the maximum number of points in the next matches Indeed, the defeat in FA Cup has nothing to do with EPL which is the main objective of Arsenal since the beginning of the season. No need to say that they will keep their good record in EPL intact and will win vs Everton in their home. The odds are way in favour of Arsenal obviously. |

a lot of surprises today with Ac Milan's big home loss, and Juventus 2-0 loss as well, Napoli were the only team today in Seria A to be the favorite and win, and it was not easy at all against As Roma but they got the job done and got the three points, they are unstoppable at this point.
I don't know what is more shocking, Milan humiliating defeat home by 5 goals vs Sassuolo or Juve goalless defeat vs Monza. Sassuolo didn't win a single game in the last 5 matches except this one, they are performing bad this season and sitting around the relegation zone.. Now Monza is an ordinary team, playing for the first season in Serie A and here they knocked Juve by 2-0.. 1 point out of 9 for Juve in the last 3 matches with 15 points deducted, so they passed to the 13th spot under Monza and Fiorentina.. Napoli in the other hand has now 13 points gap from Inter and Milan is now in the 5th spot! |

Dortmund was able to win an away game with 2-0 vs Leverkusen and Schalke got 1 point from Koln in the last games of the 18th round.
With the 6 points that Bayern wasted, Union, Leipzig, Dortmund and Freiburg are all 3 points or less than them.
Bayern will play vs Wolfsburg next and Dortmund will face Freiburg. Union - Mainz and Koln - Leipzig, not easy games and Bayern have the occasion to increase the gap in my opinion.

What Real Madrid did in the current match was very bad.
Another failure for Madrid now and with this Barcelona is even more difficult to reach because their gap is getting bigger now. Real Madrid players were unable to score although having a good squad there.. Sociedad made a favour for Barcelona so they were able to increase the gap to 5 points between them and Real Madrid. Hopefully Real Betis could take 2-3 points out from Barcelona in the missed game and Real Madrid to win vs Valencia, otherwise the gap will be problematic! |

Psg failed to beat reims team in a home game despite taking the lead early in the second half, their draw today was due to verrati red card, he has not being performing well this season and he made a lot of mistakes which resulted in his team losing points, luckily for psg lens team didnt win this round so they are still three points clear in the lead.
Reims goal was scored in the last minutes of the game.. PSG were able to resist until the final whistle but they failed. I agree for sure about the red card impact, they might be able to play better and added another goal but this is what happens when you score only 1 goal. You should resist until the end of the game and pray to not receive a surprising goal.. The gap between PSG and Lens remained 3 points. Awkward results for the 5 top teams in Ligue 1 this round  |

The difference is when they are in the Abramovich empire after spending a lot of money they get instant results but right now they still don't accept those conditions and maybe even seem like a real waste of money considering the current state of affairs for Chelsea with some outrageous purchases and players which is not very useful.
The era of Abramovich was golden for Chelsea and things got worse and worse since his departure which was humiliating by politicians in reality. Although the new owners have money but they fail to pick the right coach and subsequently the right players to boost the team results. It was like a sinking boat with the departure of top players and the administration.. Meanwhile, there is a team called Liverpool that used also to be a top one, but this season it shows a nightmarish results, they even got kicked from FA Cup by Brighton. Could they guarantee any European competitions spot for the next season seriously? |

i think the chances of Lens winning Ligue 1 are very slim, they are currently in a fight with Marseille and probably Monaco for the CL qualification ticket, nothing changed between them in this round since the three of them drew, there is still more rounds and fittest by the end is going to take the 2nd place.
Lens and Marseille lost both 2 points this round giving the chance to PSG to get a 5 points gap once they win against Reims. For Marseille, ok their opponent Monaco is hard but how Lens got only a draw vs Troyes... |

Napoli vs Roma will happen tomorrow it will be an exciting game in my opinion roma team has improved greatly in the recent games both in terms of performance and results which allowed them to stay on the top six but i think napoli will be too much for them to handle i expect them to perform well but i still think napoli will end up winning the game.
Napoli - Roma is the most interesting game this weekend and I expect Napoli to win. Their good overall performance of Napoli and playing home made their odds attractive. Yea game over, Atalanta won their game.

Very hard situation now for Sampdoria they seem to be already with 1 foot in Serie B.
