I'd say you missed it. Hint: The proof presented was for your camp (I snuck out for a sec; they think I'm getting beer). Listen to it again, then apology to me.  Tongue Tongue Tongue

Europool here.

Don't pay attention to what the first guy, bitmixer.io, said. It's safe to continue to use Bitcoin mixers. The nonprivate blockchain ensures this. We really can't trace anything on the nonprivate blockchain because we lack the resources to do so. Bitmixer.io is just ignorant.

Our US Government friends, in your best interest, encourage you to continue using Bitcoin mixers, Dash and Zcash. Don't pay attention to their CEO who said they could deanonymise your transactions. He was high that day and was just joking. What a riot!

Look. We don't care how you spend your money. We're only after terrorists but we need to monitor all transactions since we don't know who could be a terrorist. THere's really no way to narrow down a list of possible terrorists, no way at all and you know that's true, so we look at everyone. It's really no big deal though. I mean we can't trace anything anyway.

It's been a long day. I'm off to the pub to see a...get ready for it...mixologist. Wha-what? Because alcohol never hurt anyone but weed is worse than rapists. That's why we let rapists in and kick weed out. Note to self: delete the previous sentence before posting.

Thanks for your cooperation.

There is no private here, all transaction are shown in the blockchain and you need FIAT to have a live.
Now every where, any critical store or business already implant "known your customer policy", you hide nowhere.

Like chinese proverb said that people afraid of businessman, businessman afraid of government. So you never win against government

Looks like the only thing left is to regress back to the barter system ...

"I didn't get any bread."
"You want bread?"
"Yes, please."
"Two blowjobs."
"But everybody else got bread."
"No blowjobs from you for one year! NEXT!"

"Kramer, the guy is not a looney tune. Technically, a cucumber is a fruit and as for the prices expressed in fiat, that's just his way of reflecting on the past. Now, are you gonna give me your underwear or not so that I can trade it for some freshly ripe mangos?"

Wow, we see an epic fight trolls and hackers vs. a brilliant idea.

Who ever wins, the idea will stay.

And i promise as a 47 dude that planned VoIP networks all over the world, the idea is brilliant and will - stay.

I can't imagine that all thoses fairs, that, well, pre-alpha-Client was a foundation for a scam?

As i wrote earlier, then that is the biggest scam - regarding efforts - of all times.

And then, they even deserve my funds.

regards,

Hydro

Btw, did somebody check the vita of "Ziber" here?

I'll bet it's in no way related to Ziber.

Speaking of vitals ...

Something tells me Paul Vernon will never be able to step foot into a civilized country, without being thrown directly into jail upon a customs check, for the rest of his natural life...

Amazingly, nary a Newbie or bought user account once defending Ziber has come to this thread to stick it up my ass to demonstrate their continuing support for Ziber: The APP that'll take down Skype. Come on, guys, there's plenty of room. Hunt your favorite kitchen appliance and start a rammin'. Don't bother 'bout addin' lube, for you know how I love it - ROUGH! I wouldn't celebrate quite yet, as they claim it's a "unscheduled check".

To be fair, I'd concede that adhering to initial road cards from here on out is a vast improvement by the Ziber Sleuths according to their newly release road card ...

Probably their exit strategy, instead of buying 4 lambos they will settle for sharing 1 rental lambo instead. Honestly at first I thought their site got hacked as well, but if that was the case any human with a brain would call the hosting provider and shut it down immediately (which would take 5-30 min) because it can contain vulnerabilities. Clearly they are holding those 500 Eth, now question is what they're going to do with it.

Don't underestimate them Russian dudes, for here's their plan - inject the the Eth in BitcoinMixer, then liquidate the clean coins on BTC-E, then go to Greece for holiday where they'll call their friends and family via Ziber to infrom them that they're having a good time. Genius!

$8.2 Million: Court Orders Default Judgment Against Cryptsy CEO

https://www.coindesk.com/8-2-million-court-orders-default-judgment-cryptsy-ceo/

News news fuck you Vern . if you reading this shit

A U.S. judge has ordered that the chief executive of the now-defunct cryptocurrency exchange Cryptsy must pay $8.2 million in damages to its customers.

Quote
Vernon, who is believed to be currently residing somewhere in Asia, did not respond to the allegations in court, a circumstance which led to this week's default judgment.

The order notably states that the more than 11,000 bitcoins taken from the exchange by Vernon are owed to the customers.

"The Court further declares that the 11,325.0961 [bitcoin] which were stolen from Cryptsy customers on July 29, 2014 and which, as of the date of this final judgment ... are property of the Plaintiff Class and subject to and encompassed within this Final Judgment," Marra wrote.

In a statement, attorney David Silver, who represents one of the two law firms involved in the class action, said that those who pushed for the result "are thrilled to have achieved a historic success," adding that work was underway to gain control of the 11 bitcoin wallet addresses listed in the court order.

Dear Craig Steven Wright aka Satoshi Nakamoto,

Please hard fork the Bitcoin blockchain so that we can return the 11,325.0961 BTC stolen from Cryptsy customers, thus earning our 33% salt.

We will be thrilled if you did this ASAP.

Thank you,

David Silver

There is one thing that bothers me, why not to wait a few hours or a few days maybe and then "hack" themselves, if it was planned, why to take only 200k? They could get away with much more then that...

Here's a question I don't believe anybody has yet asked: Why does Alexander and the officer on the right both don shirts depicting sports AND the year 1967? All three shirts depicting sports. It's almost like we're the ones being played.

Further, why do native Greek officers wear shirts having words on them written in English?

Good evening,

I represent smartcontracteam developers

And I would like to give some explanations

1. Yes, we wrote a contract for ziber
2. We are developers and not hackers
3. The ziber addressed us and said that they needed the contract as soon as possible as a result, we postponed our affairs and made them a contract.
4. We warned the zeeber that the contract should be tested and audited to third-party developers
5. we did not deploy a contract in homestead, we dont have any access to ziber server or site
6. We warned the zeber that keeping money on the contract is not safe and it is necessary to immediately send them to the owner's wallet as make 99% crowdsale contracts, ziber dont agree with it and ask create withdraw method
7. we do not think that the money brought ziber, but we believe that there was a disorganization in testing the contract and was not able to make a qualitative audit
8. we realize that for us this is a huge reputation shock and we apologize for agreeing to do it in a hurry

This is all that we can say, we will not give any comments here if anyone has questions ready to respond in a PM

Here's another HUGE reputation shock - if you're not willing to opening discuss your role in Ziber (or whatever the FUCK zeber is) after tens of thousands of dollars have been stolen, then you, too, will have your brand listed in the scam section of this USELESS forum.

EDIT: On second thought, strike that. I consider you scammers already upon reading all your posts. You're in bed with this fuckers, you cocksucker!

I read first words and can tell it's a scam. Silly scammers now I have to read the rest.

Don't worry, it's well worth the read when you get to the part where Team Ziber found it prudent to cite Leroy Fodor quoting Joshua Zipkin of AMT fame in their attempt to discredit my scammy ass shortly after an olive branch was extended in giving them the benefit of doubt. My guess is that they used me as part of their exit strategy, thus I probably won't see a satoshi of my standard 35 BTC extortion fee.  Cry Cry Cry Life's a bitch on this USELESSper Leroy Fodor forum.

Okay, "We are developers", explain the following ...

https://github.com/ZiberLTD/contracts/blob/master/smartcontract_dev/ico/ZiberCrowdsale.sol

/// @dev Owner can withdraw contract funds
  function withdraw() public onlyOwner {
// Transfer funds to the team wallet
    owner.transfer(this.balance);
  }

The above was supplied to me by an astute user since I'm not a code, he informing me that the above code possibly allows Team Ziber to extract the funds themselves sans reaching any threshold.

To be clear, I'm not saying that they may go rogue someday, always a slight possibility, just that according to my findings still disproven, a nefarious actor obfuscating the source of their loot may not necessarily be protected on this site. On second thought, why the fuck do I even care? Surely, such a 3-LA-backed entity would bode well for the crypto space, eh?

i agree with you man, you are right
i dont understand the close, if they are security proof.. is very strange

The CEO closed the site because his pastor said so.  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes My pastor told me that steel buildings can collapse due to isolated fires, fires burning important docs not found anywhere else on Earth. My other pastor owns a pizza joint that has a basement where pizzas are served, with patrons killing the pizzas. Meanwhile, Arkancide is still a thing.

Is there a chance that this tool can go to court I lost 5 btc is there any chance to see that again?

You may not ever see your 5 BTC, but here's 5 BTC you can look at when depression sets in: https://blockchain.info/tx/0963488e5e423115dd4e6681f8423400aa56500a2b4f4ae7f3efd3cc5a326c85

I received a lot of questions by PM, let's clear the situation.

1. We are not under feds control, all our users are safe, all logs and old wallets deleted. We had incredible multiserver custom written Bitcoin software and outstanding mixing algorithm. It is impossible find out even the fact you used bitmixer (it is possible only by logs of your provider if you didn't use tor version). We didn't had linked wallets, traceable ip addresses etc. Don't worry about your past transactions.

2. We do not sell the domain name nor our software nor methods we used for mixing.

3. All I wrote is true. I've changed the view of this business and Bitcoin future. About question "is a knife good or bad tool?". If you sell knifes and you know that most of your clients are murders, will you stop your business? My pastor suggest me it is not a business I should continue. Sorry for that.

4. The message to other mixers. If even btc-e considered as money laundering service, what do you think about your business? Don't be innocent.

Very important message for our investors who still didn't take money. Please take your principal using your investor panel.

Thank you.

Translated: For the past few years, after church I went home to masturbate to porn, mostly to virgin nuns ramming foreign objects up their tight pussies, but I digress. If I had only known.  Cry I'm on a good track now - fresh start - trying to put the past behind me.
