2101  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: How to use a Bitcoin Hardware Wallet - Ledger Nano S on: December 23, 2016, 02:58:10 PM
Thanks for the video on this.
Was wondering which hardware wallet would be good for me to start with. Because trezor is quite intimidating to get for some one just to begin using these wallets when all you have used are web wallets and the bitcoin core on your pc.
That one is expensive anyways and wouldn't want to screw up using it would rather use this nano instead of that does end up happening some how. Cheesy
2102  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC at $1,000 by Christmas? on: December 23, 2016, 02:52:45 PM
Maybe it reaches over 1,000$ at the christmas day. I think it will be 1,100$.
Hope I'm right.
I think it is highly viable to reach $1000 by Christmas now that it has reached over $911 (what the Embarrassed).
If it does reach $1100 then it is not too far for it to reach it's all time high of $1200 a long time ago.
So many years ago it makes me feel so old now. Cry
LOL!
2103  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: December 23, 2016, 02:48:09 PM
This will be my first buy in 2017:

Where is that in a magical land of where only bitcoin are taken? Cheesy

I don't think such a place exists. Lips sealed
Well maybe only in heaven. Embarrassed

Seriously where is that house located. Country please. Inquiring minds would like to know. Grin
2104  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: typical Bitcoin user on: December 23, 2016, 02:44:15 PM
There aren't that many older bitcoiners around right now, because it is still quite technical.

Personally I think this will change in the future, as bitcoin gets more and more user friendly.

Right now, probably 20-40 year olds are the ones using it. Most heard of it at around 2013, aka the price hike.
That is what usually peaks someone's interest. The smell of anything to do with money (in this case something that can be converted into it) allures the ones who are trying to get some more because they don't have much of it or they don't have any.
2105  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016/17 NBA Season on: December 23, 2016, 02:36:42 PM
USA: NBA :
Charlotte Hornets  vs  Chicago Bulls : bet for Chicago Bulls to win in this game .
Boston Celtics  s  Oklahoma City Thunder : Bt for Oklahoma City Thunder to win .
Cleveland Cavaliers  vs Brooklyn Nets : A nice game to play tonight  , I will bet for Under 210.5 pts .
Detroit Pistons  vs  Golden State Warriors : i will bet for over 200.5 pts .

I favor all your picks except the last one. Detroit are a low scoring team finding it hard too even get 84 per game. You can not expect Golden State to carry all the weight in the game to score another 116 in this game.
They are a scoring machine but still. Undecided
2106  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Hello Everyone. Need you suggestions on: December 22, 2016, 06:53:32 PM
I would suggest to set a side a day to take it all in and possibly go to a education site and down a guide or a video of it's creation and how it operates over the blockchain.
It is needed if you want to continue using it with out any issues in the future.
2107  Economy / Economics / Re: Worst bitcoin decision you've ever made? on: December 22, 2016, 06:50:54 PM
Worst mistake I ever made was lending out my bitcoin to someone on here.
They hanged on me and never gave it back to me. He even had the nerve to give me negative feedback again and again even after giving him more. He was like a crack fiend needing more and more bitcoin to feed his addiction. It was not a drug to him but to fill his emptiness in his life with his gambling problem.
I repeated to send bitcoins on his requests until it was too much for me to bear until I maxxed out my credit cards giving him my last bit of bitcoin. Then the alts came in force and hammered my trust page with negative as well.
That was a good lesson learned to me to never lend out bitcoin again no matter how small of an amount it is.
Because what started from a $6 small loan turned into $90 close to a hundred dollar in bitcoin.
2108  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does the location affect when we gamble? on: December 22, 2016, 06:41:12 PM
Of course location matters. You do know that online gambling is prohibited in certain states of the USA.
You can even check this by using an American VPN and try logging into an online casino live dealer site. They will tell you your not in a location where it is allowed to gamble online.
2109  Economy / Economics / Re: Why Bitcoin has power nowadays ? on: December 22, 2016, 01:56:41 PM
I would like to think that bitcoin has always had power it was just not reached it's full potential until people start to notice it when the price goes up like it has so quickly and hasn't stopped yet.
It gives people hope that the amount that they have slaved for and saved for the past couple of years have finally paid off.
And that is important especially at this time of year.
2110  Economy / Gambling / Re: OneHash || bet with bitcoins || no registration, ads and pop-ups on: December 22, 2016, 01:51:07 PM
I just noticed that you offer wallets now and not just allowing them to be deposited to another address after winning your wager.
Nice added feature and a bonus on deposits too.
Nice going Onehash. Smiley
2111  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016/17 NBA Season on: December 22, 2016, 01:46:13 PM

I'm still amaze on how Bucks fight for this game against Cleveland but it seems that Cleveland wants this game really badly and they just gave their revenge to Bucks'.

Bucks fans should be proud on how their team have perform this season, however playing against a powerhouse team where the king is in is not easy. Tonight, they are tested again and they fight, and for me It's just alright because they gave us a good game to watch. Giannis Ant.... and Jabari Parker are exceeding what people are expecting. Grin

They should really proud on how they gave Cavs a true fight for they didn't gave that game easily for them. And there is an aspiring rookie to Bucks, I know that he will have a bright future to that team and I hope that Bucks will be seen in the semi's or even in the finals just to make a twist for this season. I want to see new teams to be competing for the championship.

I know that you're referring an aspiring rookie in Bucks is Malcolm Brogdon. Yeah he is good but that was not enough to handle that two consecutive games. But he was a potential just like Devin Booker.
I watched Malcolm's dunk yesterday in their first meet up before yesterday's game and that was a nice dunk he did on the King.
He crowned him that game but he got served last night unfortunately.
2112  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: Managedgambling.com - We help you to make good profits from gambling on: December 21, 2016, 09:48:35 PM
I would have to agree with the above poster. The amount for this service just to get into it is very high.
Create a guide then offer to sell that with support behind it then you might get some buyers on that.
Just a suggestion. Smiley
2113  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2016/17 on: December 21, 2016, 07:33:44 PM
Sevilla match is 7-1 am I imagining the score or is that for real?
I don't even think sportsbooks have odds for that many goals in a match and such out of balance. Undecided
2114  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do I grow my btc? on: December 21, 2016, 03:15:58 AM
Try to grow it by trading or if you are experienced maybe by loaning out some at first.
I tried this method but it did not work out so well. So this method is not for everyone. Undecided

Are you planning on releasing it on an exchange? A small one to start with maybe.
If so which one would you consider putting it on?
2116  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Earning for post on: December 20, 2016, 05:40:49 PM
You would be better of using a skill that you have to make anything in bitcoin.
Relying on a signature campaign is not the way to go.
They are used for people who are here frequently enough to post and not just in it to receive a payment at the end of the week.
2117  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I want to buy bitcoins on: December 19, 2016, 10:27:04 PM
Finding where to buy bitcoin is easy.
The hard part is finding a safe place to buy from.
Most of the larger companies like coinbase and circle are safe.
There are people on localbitcoins you can buy from but you have to be careful with whom you trade with.
It also matters what method you are going to be paying with because most don't accept paypal or processor who take credit cards as a form of payment.

Yeah I never thought of anything backing bitcoin.
Only it's own technology and hype has fueled it thus far.
And has made it what it is until now.Wink

To buy bitcoin is your best investment.
All you have to do is buy and hold it for as long as you can from now on. Smiley
