The last update of Electrum 2.9 says it will support BCH or BCC. Which ever one.

Best to review their update page just to be on the safe side.
But since I have this wallet I will be upgrading to this one so the transfer of my private keys will be fluid with the syncing up so to receive the BCH or BCC whichever one flawlessy.

Not really an obsession but just don't like to be lied to which is cause of concern because then deception follows.

So knowing the person and their values(and that they are not someone living in Nigeria which is the only African country where they speak perfect English and so can pretend to the ends of the earth of being in the US) is kind of a big deal to people who have sent half their live savings to him and his site already.

If I knew I was supporting a Nigerian prince, then I would not be wanting to support his site any longer by sending my bitcoins there and I do imagine nobody else would either.

Truth needs to be put out there. If he is just as he is saying he is and "has nothing to hide to his players" or to the authorities if it ever came to that in any accusation of corruption which could arise.

Yeah. The blocks have not been completely mined yet.
Last I heard it was at 2.
So this is why exchanges are holding everybodys bitcoins and not allowing any to and frow actions from taking place from taking place yet until the chain has been stabilized and all the blocks are mined. Atleast three of them for BCC/BCH's chain from what I was told.
They have not even applied the full amount of the Bitcoincash to anyones wallets either. They are doing it as the blocks are mined.
One of mine had 0.007btc in it but the bcc wallet has only 0.0017btc in it so far and is slowly going up every hour.
So don't expect it until all these 11 blocks are mined as you just said.

Does anyone know if certain exchanges had given out the bch/bcc to people yet for any amount they were holding in their wallets at the time between 12:22pmUTC and this time in the OP of 14:00UTC?

I traded my ethereum for btc right at the time of 12:22UTC and the balance in my exchange wallet changed from ETH to BTC at that time.
So I had bitcoin in my at the very time of the scheduled split, not before not after but right at that second, according to the exchange logs.

So my question is; would they honor by giving me bch or bcc which ever they are distributing out to the holders of bitcoin at the time of the split?

Most if not all exchanges stated just as long as you had bitcoin in you wallet, whether it be on a pending order to receive bitcoin for it or it is in your wallet already. They would not discriminate between those two but just aslong as it is being held within the wallet.

As yobit has released the bitcoin cash tokens under the symbol BCC in which everybody knows it as.

But not I see HitBTC release it as this BCCF https://hitbtc.com/exchange/BCCF-to-BTC

for bitcoin cash "futures".

So which one is the right one 

Or am I sposse to be under the impression they will be naming for their own respective trading symbol on each and every exchange for the same coin?

I just watched this on one of them but the price is spread out to the eth price on the entire spectrum of the scale.
So it is not just one but must be a many many whales who hold alot and just did a massive buy up of these on all of the exchanges all at once.
