They are confident they will finish this agreement successfully soon. As Levy's hands seem to be tied from now on I think he would accept this deal finally. By saying his hands are tied I mean he was told to sell Kane this summer. Hence he should be doing this while there is a really favorable offer to accept.
I don't want to watch Kane playing for Tottenham anymore. He deserves to play for a bigger team and achieve titles before his career comes to an end.
I think Tottenham are better off letting Kane go and the money can be used to buy young players, they should at least invest in long term options.
