Seeing his current condition I think the goalkeeper position for Arsenal honestly I don't feel this is urgent especially last season also Ramsdale did quite well but looking from the other side this possibility is the impact of where Arsenal especially specifically Ramsdale he conceded 46 goals from 41 appearances in all competitions last season.

It looks like this will be a meeting that results in an agreement, because as you said the time is getting closer for the leagues to return to work and both players and clubs need certainty to start preparing for the main match. If a swap is reached Chelsea will benefit more in my opinion because Dusan Vlahovic is younger and if he can adapt well in the English Premier League with Chelsea then he can make a big contribution to the club, and Chelsea feel they are not having enough strikers at the moment.

Even if David Raya's dream is to play for a big club, he has to be careful with the move he makes, Arsenal are a big club, but they already have a number 1 goalkeeper in Aaron Ramsdale and i don't think Arteta is ready to drop him, thus even if David Raya moves to a big club like Arsenal, he is going to be a makeshift goalkeeper and would prolly only play in Carabao and Fa Cup games.
