2142  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is margin trading good for beginners ? on: August 05, 2021, 03:34:14 PM
I want to know your opinion on margin trading is it good for beginners or not?
It is very bad for beginners. In crypto market beginners will have to master the market with 3 to 4 years. I can bet 99% of beginners won't survive after four years if they use margin for trades.

Quote
is there any high chance of losing the money?
Depends on formula for liquidations of each exchange, you will lose about 70% of your collateral for your margin account. First liquidation, lose 70% of initial capital. Second liquidation, lose 70% of 30% initial capital or 21% of initial capital.

After 2 liquidations, you will lose 91% of your initial capital. Is it fast or slow rate of losing money?
2143  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Uruguayan Lawmaker Proposes Bill to Treat Crypto as Legal Tender on: August 05, 2021, 03:27:06 PM
From a proposal to a real approval is far but it give us hope that there will be more nations consider Bitcoin or crypto as legal tender. Uruguay is a bigger nation than El Salvador.

It takes three years from 2017 to 2020 to bring big institutions to crypto market and I hope that after Bitcoin goes to mainstream in the last two years, the process toward legal tender will be achieved in less than three years. Perhaps in 2022, we will see something big with legal tender for crypto globally.

It will not be a rosy journey and there will be many challenges from governments before cryptocurrency can be treated as legal tender on bigger scale, globally.

Most likely it looks like Haaland will stay at Dortmund, after Chelsea who are most serious about getting Haaland now start to turn to chasing
Lukaku as their next target.
Haaland can contribute more seasons for Chelsea than Lukaku and Haaland can grow more but Lukaku is at his limit. I don't think Lukaku can improve his skills too much more.

If Chelsea give up with Haaland and finally buy Lukaku, I consider it is a failure for them with long term vision for the club growth.

Quote
Moreover, Dortmund has just lost Jadon Sancho, so there is a possibility that Dortmund are not ready to lose Haaland
either. This will make Dortmund supporters happy, if Haaland does not make a move this year. Because to be able to compete with Bayern in
the Bundesliga, Dortmund do need the presence of Haaland.
Dortmund even can not compete with Bayern with Haaland in their team. Who will provide good key passes to Haaland. Sancho already left the club with a big transfer to Manchester United. Jude Bellingham is not a similar attacking player like Sancho.

The trouble is, the fees are high
Fee is very cheap in the last day. It's time for you to learn about mempool, fee rate that will help you to pick cheapest fee rate for your transactions but at the same time satisfy your acceptable waiting time for first confirmation.

https://jochen-hoenicke.de/queue/#BTC%20(default%20mempool),24h,weight
It's easily to see the mempool currently is very low and fee rate is up and down around 1 to 3 satoshi/ vbyte. With 1 or 3 satoshi/vbyte, in the last 24 hours, you can get first confirmation in the next block.
2147  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: August 05, 2021, 02:08:07 PM
3 cryptocurrency payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals is alright, but they need to add more options like XRP, Doge etc just like the competition. Also, the fees always matter regardless of whether you are a whale or small-scale gambler.
XRP, Dogecoin and TRX are my votes for future coins in payment methods on Rollbit.com.

It's unnecessary for any rush to add new coins but I rememberd the Rollbit team said that they are keen on consideration of new payment methods for the Rollbit casino. Altcoins have risk of double spending, 51% attack and even transaction fees with altcoins are cheaper, the team have to consider about risk.

It all depends on the number of components in the vaccine, because there are vaccines for the use of which it is enough to use one component and, accordingly, once. Professional sports are suffering a lot because of the pandemic restrictions and it's really time to make concessions in favor of already vaccinated people and all sorts of talk about discrimination is inappropriate here, because it's time for humanity to end the pandemic and only vaccination will help in solving this problem. Even if the vaccine is not one hundred percent effective, even an efficiency of 70-80 percent will be crucial if as many people as possible are vaccinated. It is sad to watch football matches without spectators or with incomplete filling of stadiums, because a certain aura of sports action is lost.
Efficacy in RCTs usually is lower in real population with effectiveness.

I know one article that gives a summary table about effectiveness (not efficacy) of vaccines, dose 1 and dose 2.
Are Covid Shots Working? What the Real World Tells Us

Dose 1: 30% to 35.6%
Dose 2: 67% to 88%.

For delta variant, Plizer has better effectiveness than Astra Zeneca.

Honestly it would be a shame if Bale retired, I hope he adapts, I remember when Bale came out the side and took the ball taking advantage of his speed, no defender could reach him, he has a lot of ability to do that kind of game that is almost like a goal, when he was with CR7 it was spectacular to see him play.
Bale can play better than many other players. In the season 2020 - 2021, with limited appearances, Bale still scored lots of goals and he now can play very good as a striker. The problems with Bale are from himself mostly. He does not really concentrate on football and he does not want to continue his career more.

Quote
The problem with Zinedine Zidane is a question of strategy, I remember when Zidane did not get James Rodríguez (El Colombiano) to play in the important games of Real Madrid, although he was not doing so badly, but who has the level to tell him no to Zidane?
James has amazing World Cup 2014 and it is a tournament brought him to the world, and to Real Madrid. James plays well with Ancelotti but since the appearance of Zidane, he lost his position in the club and had to move to Bayern Munich then Everton. Zidane help Real Madrid won 3 Champions League and a few La Liga so Perez does not have big issue with Zidane. Players have conflicts with Zidane have to leave the club first.

Ancelotti needs to test all his players in this preseason before making a final decision on who he wants and who he does not want at Madrid.Bale might appear to be his choice, because I still believe in his ability,.He just needs to try them first and see how they can go well with his game plan.
Bale and Ancelotti have sweet memory with each other. With what Ancelotti did in Everton, brought James to Everton and gave him an important position, put belief in James, I think Carlo will treat Bale very similarly.

Bitcoin is electronically protected or encrypted
Bitcoin is a cryptocurrency so it is cryptographically protected. You can encrypt your wallet file to have a second layer of protection.

2152  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Where can one store/swap Bitcoin? on: August 03, 2021, 02:10:33 PM
To store bitcoin, non custodial wallets, if you can not buy hardware wallets.
https://www.lopp.net/bitcoin-information/recommended-wallets.html
Bitcoin Core (you need to prepare huge storage space in your disk), Electrum (it is very light), Wasabi (has Tor connection and CoinJoin transaction).

I don't recommend to store all of your bitcoin on platforms allow you to swap Bitcoin to other crypto. If you do it, use very small part of Bitcoin you are owning.

Mbappe is a talented young player and of course that is an asset for PSG, PSG is also a rich team so whatever Mbappe wishes to stay it seems it will be easy for PSG to grant it.
If PSG can keep Neymar after so many times he tried to exit the club, they will be able to keep Mbape. They are a big club in the Europe, big enough to keep Mbappe. A club that has one final and one semi final matches in Champions League in past 2 seasons are big enough. They have big ambition to win Champions League.

Mbappe can not find many other clubs that have same ambition and can give him too high salary like PSG.

Quote
With such a young age too, I don't think it's possible for a player like Mbappe to become a free agent, I think it will only be a rumor because I only believe that Mbappe will stay at PSG and it might be difficult for any team to get.
PSG need Mbappe to build up their domination in next 10 years. Neymar won't have too many seasons to play. Just about 4 more seasons for Neymar. Mbappe is the future of PSG so they will keep him.

I can understand what you’re feeling because I too get envious each time I see such winnings, and what makes it worst is despite how hard I try I can’t replicate these type of winnings. Also I agree that we all should get inspired from these winnings, and not lose hope because someday it’ll be our winnings that’ll be inspiring people.
Being envious in gambling or trading is bad because it makes your emotion is unstable. Consequently your decisions can be inaccurate because you do it emotionally.

I don't know how about the others but with me, control emotion and decisions in trading is easier than in gambling. But they are both not too easily. The best is don't gamble, don't trade. Invest and hodl.

Gambling is good if we do it responsibly and just for fun. If we consider it as way to get daily income, way to get rich, become millionaire, it's wrong.
2155  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: August 03, 2021, 12:53:36 PM
Also, the new players should compete with their senior in the same position there. If their senior showed better performance, a new player will be at the bench for a longer time.
New and young players need to have senior and outstanding players to help them growing up. Messi was grown up with help from Ronaldinho and in the last season you can see the help of Messi for Pedri and Ansu Fati. There are very little young players can grow up well without help from senior players. If they are put under pressure and expectation of clubs, fans, their career might be destroyed.

It seems regeneration is the problem. Because every new player seems to need a process to be as good as a senior. But the target of victory seemed to get rid of a regeneration. But it all depends on the coach in deciding everything. I hope Anceloti can solve this problem. Sometimes the club just wants an achievement without seeing a process.
In big clubs, pressure is bigger and young players have more prob to fail than to succeed. Ancelotti does not a coach who can grow up young players as I know. He works well with many types of players but does belong to list of perfect coaches for young players.

The EPL has always been the number #1 league in the world bro Cheesy
Number #1 in the overal ranking table and in income from TV rights but clubs there are not always best clubs in the Europe. Traditionally, they have less Champions League than La Liga and Serie A. The England team don't win any national title since World Cup 1966.

They have less total Ballon Dor than players in La Liga and Serie A.

Quote
but speaking about Barcelona's chances of winning the La Liga title, I think you are right.

Maybe the players will be slightly demotivated in the title race with Barcelona's financial situation.
Barcelona with Kun, Depay, Messi and the second season of Koeman will become more competitive. Pedri has an amazing Euro and I hope he will bring it back to the club, and matures more in a new season.

Barcelona will be very interesting in La Liga 2021 - 2022.
2157  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: July 31, 2021, 10:39:00 AM
As far as I know , the project of Inter Milan with that super massive boost was only for 2-3 years max and we're in the last year of this boost. I think some of the board managers and CEO left as well, then Conte left too and now it's time for some players to leave and start a re-build around the existing players. However, I still expect Inter to do well in Serie A but I don't know about UCL... .
China is like that and Inter Milan are owned by Chinese corporation. They don't make sustainable plan and we are in the ending of the boost as well as a start of collapse.

A massive migration of their star players will make their results worse that in turn affects their income. If the owner can not solve financial problems, sooner or later, Inter Milan will be collapsed and they will have another owner.

It is a trend in Serie A when ownerships change to the US., Chinese corporations but if I have to say what owners are best, I would prefer to say owners from the USA.
2158  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: July 31, 2021, 03:39:10 AM
I've heard that Liverpool are still making an effort to sign Gladbach's young (24) central midfielder Florian Neuhaus. He is a target for Jurgen Klopp but it seems like Liverpool won't be able to meet the demand of the team which is £34m. Neuhaus got 8 goals and 10 assists in 45 games in the last season. He could be a good alternative if he is signed.
It is not a stat for a normal central defender and it reminds me about top-notch central defenders like Sergio Ramos or John Terry. It is more impressive as Neuhas has 10 assists. He is a very good investment for the future of Liverpool defense system.

Quote
Liverpool are after Sassuolo's young (23) player Manuel Locatelli also. He played really great in the Euro 2020. Let's see if they are able to sign him.
About Locatelli, I don't think he will have intention to leave Serie A because there are very few Italian players can succeed in Premier League. Only Zola and Di Canio as I know. In Liverpool, there are Aquilani and Borrini who failed in AnField stadium.

If Locatelli want to join bigger clubs, he would choose one in Serie A.
