I expect Garbonzo to get a five year sentence -- he'd spend 3 in jail and two in halfway/parole setting. (Although I still hope for a 15 to 20 year stretch for him.) That is of course much less than he deserves but we can always hope he runs afoul of even nastier felons while locked up.
