Thank you tomatocage, though I still do feel that your negative comment is a little premature. I believe you could of just left a regular comment. It kinda hurts to see that negative rating, so early in my registration on bitcointalk.org.
Yeah man, I know what you mean. I think the Trust system is a little too binary since a small caution rating carries the same weight and results in the same red color as a full blown negative scammer rating. Yours of course falls into the former category, and if you can stick it out for another month and pay back your initial loans, I'll not only remove the cautionary warning, but also give you a positive rating.

Seems we are kinda moving off the topic. Or am I to take it that it is OK to flag people early?
That's what the Trust system is there for. You're not tagged as a scammer (there's actually a special tag for that), so the rating is merely a cautionary sign.

Ah, ok. The payment schedule and the date due described in the loan comments are a little confusing (and for https://btcjam.com/listings/6745 there is no indication of an Nov 1 due date, simply "1st of the month" for the payment schedule). Still though, lenders should err on the side of caution and wait until your loans are paid off until lending again. And be especially wary of escalating loan requests (First 1 BTC, then 2, then 4, etc). Good luck on repayment, and I look forward to removing the cautionary warning ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

Wrong, considering that the loan that you speak of that is due has already been paid off.
How do you know which loan I'm talking about?

I said in my comment I'd remove the rating after you repay your loans. I flagged you to prevent any further losses should you decide to skip town with the coins. Payment is due on your two existing loans today, so your neg rating with either be removed today or will stay forever. It's up to you.Edit: I see for https://btcjam.com/listings/6823 you specified the beginning of November for payback, so that's still a month out. I'll gladly remove the cautionary warning after you've paid back your loans you currently have out.

You should have come up with a different excuse then. Lenders here will never dole out loans to cover a scam loss.
|
|
|
Just throwing out a Hail Mary here. Yes, this is exactly correct given that your payment on your loans are due today. This seems like you're trying for one last loan before the day is up and payments for either loan are missed, amirite? ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif)

You're probably going to get scammed if you're accepting PP ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif)

Nah, I'm pretty sure he legged it with the funds. He would've scammed in 2012 with his begging thread if given the chance.
I don't think he got any of the funds, which is ROFL considered he spent over a year building that account up ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif)

Be careful, this guy UMP-45 has several vouches for known scammers, which raises some red flags.

Good morning! I'm awake now and will be sending out BTC to the both of you in a minute.
Edit: Not sure why but it's wanting to download the entire blockchain again, even though I was fully caught up last night before I went to bed. This is going to take a bit.

Going to sleep now, so if you make a collateral deposit but don't receive your coins, it just means I skipped town with your money (kidding!). I'll check the addresses when I wake up ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

Terms- You must supply collateral before receiving a loan
- Collateral must be in the form of Litecoins or mcxFEE shares (mcxNOW.com)
- The amount of collateral will be 20% more than you're borrowing (ie. in order to borrow 10 BTC, you must supply 12 BTC worth of Litecoins at current market value). Likewise for mcxFEE shares.
- All loans are for a period of one week, unless agreed upon otherwise
- You must pay all transaction fees (I can't do this for 0% interest and eat Tx fees)
- All collateral transfers must be from an address that YOU control
Amount requested: 1 BTC Purpose: I don't care Term: 1 week Trusted?: I don't care Please send 68 LTC to LXisCxih8c5BMD13jXUJXGYAhbsLhBbMiS for collateral. And send me your BTC address to send 1.0 BTC to once I receive it.

You'd have to do it cash-deposit. Bank transfers can be reversed AFAIK.
|
|
|
I highly suggest you just stick with established exchanges to buy your BTC. There's way too many scammers around here, so there's a good chance somebody will lose money on the deal.
