2141  Other / Off-topic / Re: I spent all my saving on bitcoin, now i am broke on: September 08, 2016, 05:10:13 PM
I think its not wise to spend all your saving to buy bitcoin, eventhough bitcoin is a promising investment but its not a certain things, i think its best if you only invest 30% of your saving, not your entire saving, and to make it worse you posted the picture where you keep your coin

why not? as he explained it it is only money and he can and will make more in the future. if he is certain that bitcoin is the way to go, then why not. so far he is right price is 25% up since he bought, even with the latest dumps. as fare as the picture goes i do not think it is a big deal and we even do not know if it is true. could be a good deception.

It is still not wise to put all your money on a single investment. It is best to diversify it. If things got worse then he lost all his money. That money is  hard to earn back even if you have a good job. If you have a few investments, if one fail the others will cover the loss.

Well maybe op just thinking that if he is going to do that the profit is going to be big. But that is really not a good thing that he is going to spend all of his savings. That is why we are saving so that we are going to have assurance for our future and we can get something if there is an unexpected crisis is going to happen with us.

Even if the expected profit is large, it is still uncertain. No one can say can tell what bitcoin will become except time. Going all in is a bad move (in my opinion). Maybe 50% of his savings was enough, that is still a large amount if it doubles or triples.
2142  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is your plan to get rich with Bitcoin? on: September 08, 2016, 02:38:42 PM
thats true you would need a really long time to become rich with bitcoins to be honest because the price grows really slowly only

That is why you need more source of income. Just holding some bitcoins on cold storage is not enough to be rich or it can make you rich but it takes a very long time to come true. You should try investments, trading and other source of income so you can become rich faster.
2143  Other / Off-topic / Re: Earning a living with bitcoin? on: September 08, 2016, 02:32:36 PM
It's not actually earning a living with bitcoin because my earnings from bitcoin are not sufficient to meet my daily needs but it is really a big help on my budget. Bitcoin is really helpful to lots of people.

Only the ones with great skills and knowledge or great capitals in trading or with some popular websites or gambling websites can earn a living with bitcoin but not me and you who just earn bitcoin from signature campaigns or small trades.
you dont need huge money to start off with trading because without experience you would lose a lot, i think i would just try it with smaller sums

Profits from small capital on trading is not enough to earn a living. Though it can be start. Start trading small and  slowly build your wealth. That will take some time though because you do not always win on trading.
2144  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin help poor countries? on: September 08, 2016, 02:18:17 PM
Bitcoin can help the poor people on the poor countries. Like me, I earn a few bitcoins thru signature campaign, but if it is converted into fiat, it is already a lot here in our country. And that is just signature campaign earnings. If you add some trading income, then it will be enough to survive. If I only rely on fiat earnings, the pay will be too low.

2146  Economy / Economics / Re: How to save money. on: September 07, 2016, 07:40:52 PM
Because of the inflation, saving all the funds is not very smart these days, investing is. I think the right thing to do is invest and grow them, as saving all the money may lead to losses, because of the reduction of the purchasing power.
Yeah right its not worth it if you are just holding it or save it for a long time and sell them when the price is high.. it takes a long time so better to use them to increase the amount or to grow them so that you will earn a good amount for the future.

Save some , Invest some is what I will do. There is no escaping inflation but we still need some funds tucked away for future use, so we still need to save some money. And you can be more confident doing investments if you have some back up fund saved somewhere.
2147  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is your plan to get rich with Bitcoin? on: September 07, 2016, 07:34:23 PM
I do not have a real plan but I must say that the bitcoin can make you rich if you have some luck with you of course.
You just need a lot of money and time to succeed with doing this and get rich with the bitcoin.
I also do not have a plan to become rich with Bitcoin but if I get the chance to become rich with Bitcoin then of course I would take it.
But I am not hoping for it to happen, I am good with my life as it is.
i have only one plan and that is to hold as more bitcoins as i can for the price increase, to me as the price of bitcoin now started momentum to increase so we have a good chance to hold bitcoin and not to invest it any where, because bitcoin is expected to cross 1200 USD level very soon,

It will still take a long time before bitcoin price touches 1200. It will be an idle money for too long if you do not invest and just hold. I think it is better to invest some of it so it can grow while you are waiting for your target price.
2148  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: September 07, 2016, 06:05:20 PM
I don't think to quit my day job to go full time on bitcoin, it's very risky to me and even full time on bitcoin is more worth than my day job, i still choose my day job. Because it's not risky and someday i can get promote to the next level.

Getting promoted is a good thing but it should not be your goal, even if it pays well. Our jobs will only pay us if we can still work. So, we need to have some investments. Investments earn us money even if we do not work.
2149  Economy / Economics / Re: Best way to manage money? on: September 07, 2016, 05:00:51 PM
I am managing my money since childhood.  I am good for that aspect. Everything my parents gave to me, I was able to kept it in my piggy bank before. And until now I am able to keep a portion of what I have earned.

Keeping a money is very an ideal characteristics of every individual.

The basic thing of managing your money in a good way is patience, when you get the money don't just spend them on the things that you don't really need but you just want them, and save something out of that you that you can use them for something better in future.

That is one way of managing your money. Also, the other way is putting them to work or investing them so they can earn more money. I believe that managing money is not just making ends meet or saving. It also includes using them to make more money. Earning more makes its easier to make some savings or make ends meet.
2150  Economy / Economics / Re: Selling Lemonade for Bitcoins? on: September 07, 2016, 04:49:42 PM
What's your describing is typically American. There's no one selling lemonade on a table where I live.

The suggestion is not limited to selling lemonade. The idea is to start a micro business that accepts bitcoin as payment. It can be anything, like street foods and the like. The only disadvantage  of this one is the waiting time for confirmation and transactions fees for a very small item. Otherwise, this is a very good idea.
2151  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why price of Bitcoin too stable? on: September 07, 2016, 04:27:46 PM
It's not stable, price is always changing, especialy after halving, but i really want to see when bitcoin's price will be stable during long time, for a 5 monthes maybe.

It will be a pain for traders if there is no movement in bitcoin price for that long. They make money from those little spikes. Remove it and traders will start to look for a new source of income.
2152  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Price Breaks $600, Bullish Indicators May Take it Higher on: September 07, 2016, 04:02:49 PM
Next stop, 1k. You can't stop this train.
Bitcoin has passed $600 so many times, a couple months ago the price is the Bitcoin was almost at $800 but as soon it came close the price dropped again.
Next time the price is going to rise it has to reach at least $800.

A couple months ago bitcoin is over hyped due to halving. It is proven by the fact that after that, bitcoin price went to a correction state. Thus the price went down to 500.  Now bitcoin seems to find new energy to push back up. It may not  yet reach 800. It will take time if we want a stable 800, not just a surge that will go down suddenly too.
2153  Economy / Economics / Re: Best way to manage money? on: September 06, 2016, 08:13:09 PM
I think the best way for you to manage your funds is to have a good plan on what you're going to buy and, of course, only buy what you really need. It may be seen as something simple, but it works and can save you a considerable amount of money.
The best way is dont spend and always save your earnings for your future..
Or invest to your business like start your own blogging that you can manage it for a long time and if your site is well know you will earn a lots of  earnings..

Don't spend? Well it's impossible you don't have to spend as we all have daily spendings.

Also it depends on the salary or income that we receiving in regular basis. We can make lots of success on managing our money if our source of income is fixed and stable.

oh, that is the main problem that simple humans don't have stable earnings. When you find your job there is chanse to get kicked out and you have to wait months and years to find a new job, your wage is also different and if you have small wage than you simply can't to save money because your family and family members needs that.

That is why it is better to have your own business. Having a good job should not be your end goal. Take your job as a stepping stone. Do your work, save and invest. If you just work for others, you are just making them rich. But if you have your own business, then you are making yourself rich. But you need to have good financial management. So having a small salary is tough, but it could be a good training ground to have a solid foundation in managing your finances.
2154  Other / Off-topic / Re: Earning a living with bitcoin? on: September 06, 2016, 08:05:21 PM
Well, earning a living with Bitcoin is actually possible, but living with a job seems to be the best option. At least Bitcoin can be, at the time, considered as a secondary source, being able to make the life more comfortable.
Yeah Earning with bitcoin is really possible because if you can make monthly profit like your salary then you can now depend on bitcoin so that you can pay your monthly bills etc buy some foods if you are going to convert your bitcoin into cash bitcoin can be the prioritize when it comes in earning.

Life is not limited only to pay bills, if bitcoin income can take care only of your monthly bills and not able to save some money for future then its useless to go with bitcoin for living.

Normal rat race it is if we just focus on paying bills. If we are going to take bitcoin then it should take our life to the next level, not just enough to match our current paying job. It should be better, consistent and with a promise of a better future. But I do not think there is a job in bitcoin right now that can give that. It is a good source of extra income though.
2155  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: September 06, 2016, 07:27:29 PM
At the moment that would be too risky for me. The Bitcoin is very volatile and since I have regular financial obligations to pay every month I'm not sure that with Bitcoin I could do that. For instance if the value gets down suddenly. But it's good as extra income.

But for me if you are going to take the risk that is going to be a good thing that you are going to work full time with bitcoin especially when the price is going to keep on rising.

Who doesn't want to work for the bitcoin that has a value of $600 already and that is going to keep on fluctuating and going to become higher.

And possible that it is going to reach to $1,000 or even higher.

That is very tempting but if you have a responsibility like providing for your family then you will have seconds thoughts. Maybe for those who do not have responsibilities but themselves can take the risk. Unless you have a stable source of bitcoin income, it is hard to dive in and do bitcoin full time.
2156  Economy / Economics / Re: How to save money. on: September 06, 2016, 07:22:20 PM
Well, I believe that many people cannot save a good amount of money because they spend a significant part of it buying unecessary stuff and expensive things. In that case, the first step is to cut costs, I mean, avoid buying unecessary stuff.

What normally happen is that we spend our salary on unnecessary stuff like cigarettes, drinks and smart phones. While we borrow money for the necessities. So what happens is we get buried on a mountain of debts. If we can get rid of our vices and use our money on what is important, then we can have some extra money for saving.
2157  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: September 05, 2016, 07:46:53 PM
It's important to invest, but also is important to save money, with saving you can make sure you will not lose your money when investing in something.

My mother told me that if you are going to be a good saver for sure you are going to be a good investor. Why? Because if you are able to value the money that you are saving then for sure you are going to value more the profit that you are going to get from your own investment. It is a stepping stone if you are going to save money first.

That is if you have the skills to choose the right investment. If you choose poorly or you do not have what it takes to become a good investor, then there is no profit and nothing to save. Investing needs some time to learn and become an expert. That is why you need some savings to protect you while you are learning how to invest.
2158  Economy / Economics / Re: What is your best investment strategy? on: September 05, 2016, 07:11:31 PM
I'm usually spend my 10% of my salary to invest on bitcoin.
Sometimes I'm also spend my bitcoin on gambling only when I'm in mood for gambling ( since it really difficult to made profit when I'm using martiangle )

Since you are already investing on bitcoin, I think you should avoid gambling. Even if you profit from holding your bitcoin investment but you gamble and lose it, then it will be all for nothing. Maybe you can invest on a reputable gambling sites instead of tossing  your money on the gambling table.
2159  Other / Off-topic / Re: Are you buying bitcoins? Why? on: September 05, 2016, 02:42:27 PM
Yes I am buying at a moment as I feel price is low and it can go higher in future allowing me to make some really good profits from it so its good to buy some coins right now.
good idea bitcoin is really going to rise up it price and we should buy bitcoin now because the recent is low and i am sure bitcoin will be increase its price sooner in the near future.

Price has crossed $600 barrier now and again it has started to rise now, so if you believe that price will go higher in future then this is  the best time to buy bitcoins.
it made a jump today, so wasn't yesterday the best time to buy bitcoins? or just wait for the rebound and buy then.

Your head will just burst if you keep thinking that way. There will always be lower price and higher price. If you believe that bitcoin has a good future, NOW is the right time to buy bitcoin (price does not matter)  because in the future it will be way higher. But if you do not have faith in it, there will always be regret that you did not bought at  a lower price.
2160  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is your plan to get rich with Bitcoin? on: September 05, 2016, 02:06:32 PM
I think you mean to get rich because of bitcoin. Let's say that would come someday that I'm gonna be rich because of bitcoin, I think the first thing that I would do is that I'm gonna buy a house, and then a car and gonna start my own business. I'm also gonna save some for my future, to get ready to build my own family.
I think you should start having a family now, when you are married and you have kids already you will be more hard working because all you think is you will give your family a bright future, financial freedom is what really we are aiming and we want to experience that in the future.

I think you are thinking backwards. Why marry and have children before working hard? If you can work hard,  work hard now that you do not have any responsibilities yet so you can earn more, save more and invest more. It will be harder to do that if you are already supporting a family with all the expenses of feeding them, medical expenses, etc.
