to be honest and to put it bluntly i am sure they will not add this coin,
it is not an easy matter to get listed on Bittrex because they have a SEC behind them.
which mean they are strictly choose the participant that want to get listed in there.
there are a lot of projects and coins that had a lot of potential other than this for example Bitcoin Core(BTX) and others.
but they declined it due to 'some reason'.
so it is totally impossible to get listead in there,at least for now.

if we are talking about x10~x100 gains it should be a well known project that current undervalued.

Bitcoin in 1 year later ? it shoud be around 2018ish and 2019ish.
i believe that time the price should be around $15.000 more or less,
and when we're facing another halving in the next year the price will be double to around $25.000 and start to stabilize.
