Your message will see ALL users because it is one-to-many messaging channel I'm confused From what I read here, I expected a website that shows me all previous messages. That could indeed be something new and unique (or at least I haven't seen it before), and could be great for advertising if it goes viral. Kinda like The Million Dollar Homepage did many years ago. But there are no messages on the site, all it does is ask me for payment. What's worse, it asks me for payment to the same address someone else used already, which means whoever is fastest copying a new txid will claim credit for it. My thoughts: - Create an account system with unique accounts and unique addresses
- Give the first 1000 users 1000 characters credit for free
- Make sure the first thing users see is the latest messages posted
- The payment part should be something small in a corner, not full screen
- Don't even think about charging fees when there's less than 1000 users

I don't trust the bot making game because you are always competing against someone better than you. That's the challenge in any skill-based game  But the reason for choosing bots over manual play is to prevent people from colluding. Playing together against another player gives you an advantage. With the bots, you can't select who gets drowned. I'm not sure how this problem is handled in poker. |

You keep overtaking me from 75th into 74th every other day Loyce  And just 2 days later, I'm 51st  I moved up many places when my trust went up just slightly. Most trusted users with 30 trust range from Rank 212 to 310. I'm placed at 241, and this has a huge influence on my recognition score.
I was thinking about a different variable that might have some value to the Recognition score: the number of different users who left feedback to a person (both DT and non-DT). Positive or negative, receiving feedback means the user is recognized. |

Can you be more thorough in your explanation? Don't rush it, take your time, but try to be as complete as possible. |

When checking the post history I noticed he is using the social media post links of multiple people If he copies posts, get him on plagiarism. Report it here and have him banned. I checked a few posts, but it seems even Google has given up on the bounty spam boards, so I couldn't prove plagiarism (and don't want to spend more of my evening on this).
The real solution would be for bounty managers to do their job, but since bounties pay in tokens created out of thin air, and they earn from spam, they really don't care about abuse. |

2/ The neg rating isn't the issue, I'm talking about the way people on the forum address old and respected members. I got the impression that there is some king of tremendeous gap between old established members and newer ones and I believe it doesn't help to attract or maintain a good atmosphere on the forum I felt kinda intimidated too as a Newbie, and receiving a PM from a highly trusted user was a big thing. The guy comes back 6 weeks late without any excuses saying "ok I pay you" and people give merit to his post  I don't see what's wrong with that. Merit is meant for posts that are worth reading, and Lutpin's post adds important information to that thread. |

It's the sad reality of many new users: they're not here to contribute, and the few good posts they make aren't theirs. I've seen others do it, some successful, some unsuccessful. I wouldn't do it though, as it can easily be confused with using Merit as a means of payment.

You can choose a wallet when you register, it requires only email and password + Captcha. That's all. Nowhere you find info that you need to change your address. That is weird indeed. Last time I used it (years ago), it asked for your address instantly, and that address was used to log in. The FAQ says: You should ensure that the correct withdrawal address is specified in the PROFILE page before requesting a payment or enabling auto-withdraw. And although it is common sense that you can't withdraw to your own address if you never entered it, it's also something you can easily forget if you come back to the site after a while, and see an address already. But I see no wrongdoing: I've created a new account to test it, and the default profile address is also the deposit address. So I assume OP's withdrawal was credited again to his own account (minus fees). |

I send coints from my coinbase account to my binance account, and unfortunalty there was a copy/paste error and I send the coints to anoher adress/user/platform etc. Chances are your PC is infected with clipboard hijacking malware: when you copy/paste a Bitcoin address, the malware replaces it with the attacker's address and you lose your coins. All Bitcoin transactions are final, if you send your coins to the wrong address, only the owner can return them. And if the current owner created malware to steal your coins, there's no chance he'll return them.

Interesting. The game is relatively new yet appealing to the eyes. If by anyway it becomes popular, then it'll gain traction the same way Ethereum-based games do. It seems to me that there are more Ethereum games than Bitcoin games, since it's much simpler to code a smart contract with its own NFT (Non-Fungible Token). CryptoKitties was the first (if not, one of the first) game to make use of NFTs to deliver something unique to the public. This has resulted in massive adoption and popularity of both the game and the Ethereum blockchain. The same way could happen with Bitcoin, if a "killer" game is released which makes use of the Lightning Network or the RootStock sidechain. A LN-based game will be completely different, as it requires each transaction to be send through your wallet again. I see great possibilities for LN for casino's, where an (near) instant deposit can send your winnings back to your wallet within seconds, but not for games that use bots to play on a website. |

I do have much older data from the modlog - but historical entries do not have a corresponding record in the meta log. I can fix this.
However, rather than you reparsing thousands of days worth of people being archived, I would prefer just to send you the list. If you can just send me the raw modlogs, I'll get the banned accounts from there. That's probably the least amount of work for you. I use the same profile ID that bitcointalk uses. The name they have for their ID will be the same as mine.  I know, but BPIP doesn't show the profile IDs on metalog. That makes it much easier to link them to my big lists of forum abusers. |
