2161  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is this possible? on: October 22, 2022, 07:57:24 PM
If we are talking about real keyboard (device) hacking, I guess anything is possible if the hacker had physical access to your device. If we consider that there are USB cables that can steal coins from hardware wallets, we can assume that something similar can exist for keyboard hacking as well. For example, someone can create a USB device that connects between the keyboard and the computer that will register everything that is typed on the keyboard and record it in internal memory or wirelessly send the data to the hacker. If this device is plugged into your computer while you are typing, it can record all the characters that you type. And if the hacker has access to this data, he or she will be able to recover your passwords or private keys.
I don't understand why you say that the hacker needs to create himself the device. You don't need to live with an electronic engineer to be subjected to this kind of attack actually. It's not new. A random "evil maid" just needs to look for a keylogger on Google, to be able to freely purchase one in few minutes. She doesn't even need to go on the darknet to find a cheap one for $20. Your success story is really amazing soslex. But it's sad to hear that gambling is not a joyful and relaxing activity for you but more a stressful and painful one that gives you adrenaline. I hope you will be able to stay away from it if it's so hard for you to control your urges. But it's certainly harder to do after a big win, when you have an account with enticing perks on top of that. You will have to stay very cautious in the coming months, I hope you can find someone to support you irl, best wishes.

2165  Economy / Gambling / Re: Livecasino.io - 🔥 up to 20% cashback🔥up to 20% rakeback 🚨 instant withdrawals on: October 21, 2022, 09:49:42 PM
Just wanted to share my winnings at Slots (Mental, which I actually feel like I'm growing on, even though I still totally don't understand how the scoring works).

2 sessions done today, each of them of 100 spins at 23.5 cents per spin so in total $47 of spins. As usual, I get one bonus session (called Autopsy). Very few spins but the wins here are very big, after 9 spins I got $4.50 worth (that's free bonus spins too so no cost).
.

I even got a first time ever bonus within bonus (inside Autopsy, spins upgraded to "Lobotomy"). 9 spins (bonus so no cost also) got $13.

Total wins from $94 of spins: $104.50 ($17.50 of which is from bonus spins)

In general it seems on regular spins you get only about 90% RTP (small spin sample but also based on my past spins. But each session you should aim to get the bonus Asylum once and then the bonus wins take you over 100% RTP, in my case so far all spins still above 100%. Now I see the attraction of slots, but the luck factor to get the bonus is "dangerous" for me Smiley
What have you done to get your Mental free spins in USD? I always get them in µBTC and I always get a message asking me to change my account balance and my game balance into µBTC or to forfeit the free spins if I want to play this slot.

Well, thanks for sharing your experience, I'm an eventual player, who sometimes doesn't believe much in bonuses, especially because of everything they ask to do to get it, but as you say it's a stroke of luck, it's a reward for perseverance , that makes me think differently, also because it is a casino that is emerging very fast, people here will be very excited about livecasino, and also the casino is giving the opportunity that players can grow over time, this is something that motivates a lot, I have always liked to play, but seeing that the bonus can give you so many benefits you are changing my way of seeing this, thank you very much.
No bro at Livecasino, there are usually no requirement to withdraw your bonus winnings, it's not like some casinos as Fortunejack where you need to wager them XX times and to do other things before one date to get your winnings.

Source -> https://www.coindesk.com/policy/2022/10/20/hodlonaut-wins-norwegian-lawsuit-against-self-styled-satoshi-craig-wright/?utm_medium=referral&utm_source=rss&utm_campaign=headlines

You can see the promotion here: https://livecasino.io/promotions/2022-10-10-winners-only-baccarat

My Internet provider (Telkomsel) blocked Livecasino, however I changed my internet connection to (Axis) and can access Livecasin again. I already check on the site, I can view the promotion.

Seem like the promotion can't be view or not listed via promotion tabs, only can view by direct link (from the email).
You can't see it into the promotion tab because this promotion/tournament has already ended and the top 20 winners have been paid out yesterday. I only managed to reach the 16th position while the 15th one was paid 40USDT or 2mbtc, unfortunately. So be careful if you want to participate it's too late now. It was only opened from October 10 to October 16 actually. You should find it in the past promotions section of the promotion tab though.

2174  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Zero KYC tolerance gambling platforms on: October 18, 2022, 03:29:54 PM
Casinos are implementing it for the benefit of both parties. It will a good way to control money laundering because casinos are protecting their reputation against scammers and launderers. We might doubt it since we're going to provide our personal details but it will help us have assurance when it comes to security. It could stop illegal activities as well.
Don't tell BS here, in the gambling section please. How KYC could be an assurance for customers? I don't understand. In the scam accusation section and here we always hear about scams from casino requiring KYC, while we never hear about scams from casino not asking KYC. When I play on Freebitcoin for example I feel safe because I know I will be able to withdraw my winnings without any issue while when I play on a casino that can require KYC, I don't feel that way at all because I guess they will ask me KYC if I win too much and they will maybe refuse my documents to keep my funds like many people are reporting all over the web.
2175  Economy / Gambling / Re: All the truth about Crazy Time! Is Crazy Time Rigged? on: October 18, 2022, 03:11:37 PM
Evolution gaming is or maybe was a good provider but if you check now the top list is taken by other providers like Pragmatic Play,Relax Gaming and Hacksaw gaming to name a few, then after these there are other great providers which rank just below this three and this is just a personal ranking.
I don't really understand why you are comparing Evolution gaming with Hacksaw and Relax gaming? Evolution is a live gaming provider while those two are slot providers only and don't offer any live games afaik. Moreover the topic deals with a game show(Crazy Time), not a slot.

I prefer to play providers that are ranked great by the players like you and me and I rarely find nowadays anyone who likes Evolution gaming slots, sure they may be some people but those people compared to the ones who love Pragmatic Play for example are only a few. This is to say that better to move on to more proven providers like the one mentioned here.
You don't find anyone who likes Evolution gaming slots, because afaik they don't exist. Evolution sells slots through its other brands : NetEnt, Red Tiger and BTG.
2176  Economy / Gambling / Re: Slot Games' RTP, variable?? on: October 18, 2022, 02:10:11 PM
Maybe this could be of help. This does not cover all games producers, but still...

Playngo: up to 6 RTP Variants between 99% – 84%
Pragmatic Play: almost all games up to 5 RTP Variants between 96% – 87%.
Red Tiger: almost all games up to 5 RTP Variants between 98% – 90%
Nolimit City: almost all games 2 RTP Variants: 96% & 94%
Spinomenal: almost all games 4 RTP Variants 96% – 89%
Habanero: almost all games up to 4 RTP Variants between 98% – 92%
Swintt: almost all games 2 RTP Variants: 95% – 92%
isoftBet: almost all games 2 RTP Variants: 96% & 92%
Push Gaming: several games 2 RTP Variants: 96% & 95%
Netent: many games up to 8 RTP Variants between 99% – 90%
Microgaming: several games 3 RTP Variants: 96% – 92%
Blueprint: a few games 2 RTP Variants: 96% & 94%
Quickspin: a few Games 3 RTP Variants between 96% – 90%
Thunderkick:  One game 2 RTP Variants: 96% & % 94%
ELK: Can't be adjusted
Yggdrasil: Can't be adjusted
That's a very interesting and accurate list but how did you find those figures? It's something you've found yourself by playing at different casinos, or it comes from private datas for professional only? It's very surprising to learn there are providers offering up to 8 RTP variants. I guessed it was 2 or 3 variants at most.

You have no data for Hacksaw and OneTouch btw? Because ultraBTC has posted a list of providers offering only one single RTP above and those two providers don't appear there either.

No - there are software providers with a  fix RTP for every slot/casino game. But many of them offer multiple RTP versions.
Some of the providers that actually have ONE fix RTP version of the game(s) are:

Big Time Gaming
Relax Gaming
YGGDRASIL
Elk Studios
Iron Dog Studios
Nextgen Gaming
Kalamba Games
2177  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Zero KYC tolerance gambling platforms on: October 18, 2022, 01:44:59 PM
Is KYC verification very important to crypto gambling websites or this has something to do with their regulations rule? Where can one gamble with zero verification requirements?
It's a rather common hoax, but in reality this has nothing to do with regulation otherwise they would require it for every customers like exchanges are doing, and casinos without KYC wouldn't exist. Actually it's just a scammy practice to avoid paying winnings to players who managed to make some profits and to prevent them from opening a new account when they've banned them or restricted their account. If you are a bad player constantly losing his deposits, they will never ask you anything.
There is an incomplete list of casinos that don't require KYC in this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5381143 Some are missing like Nitro betting though.
2178  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is crypto hot wallet that bad on: October 16, 2022, 09:55:00 PM
I have a friend who have invested money in crypto since 2017 and till this day he never buy hardware wallet and his wallet never get hacked, he said he use three wallets Trust wallet, Math wallet and Pocket token wallet if I get that right.

Are there others on this forum that have been using the likes of Trust wallet since many years back and never get compromised?.
Yes of course, thankfully I think most of hot wallet users haven't been hacked, otherwise cryptos wouldn't be usable anymore and would be too risky to be adopted by common people not tech savvy. But when you start to hold a big amount of cryptos it's safer to only let a small part of it on hot wallets and to keep the biggest part in a safe cold wallet. That is to say an air-gapped wallet that you will never exposed its seed on a connected device. You will only use it to sign transactions that you made from a watch-only or a multisig wallet and you will need to send all its funds to another wallet if you use its seed on an unsafe device.
2179  Economy / Gambling / Re: Slot Games' RTP, variable?? on: October 16, 2022, 09:26:53 PM

~ About feeling a difference not,
Imagine you playing one of those games with very high volatility and low hit ratio, events that equalizing your bance or recovering some of your bets is occurring just with those some rare decent wins or hitting bonus rounds,, then you have practically two times less chances to hit good wins.. and you can burst your balance practically two times more quickly!

I'll say from my own experience. I play different slots with various RTP, including Mega Moolah with 88% RTP seeing it like buying a lottery ticket, and, with the exception of Mega Moolah, I have never felt the difference. I mean, high volatility slots still providing you with small wins, and the frequency of those wins are often higher than on low volatility slots. Just recently I lost almost 20 bets in a row on a low volatility slot. This never happened to me when I was playing Money Train 2, and I played that slot a lot.
Your experience is surprising because when the hit ratio is low it's very quickly noticeable for the players usually. Quicker than a low RTP IMO. Actually I think I made one of my biggest losses on a slot with a high RTP but a small hit ratio (5%), I didn't pay attention to its hit ratio, and I started to play with a rather large stake because I thought it was safe to play on a slot with such a high RTP. Unfortunately I encountered long losing streaks that wiped out my balance before I managed to bring my PnL anywhere near 70% RTP at any time.

He is not active after this last post, it seems as if he has accepted the reality that he doesn't have enough arguments and so on.
he opened the same discussion in another place Stake.com does not deem crypto earnings as legal, but I did not see that he participated in it later. I am not even sure that he is interested in the result of this noise that he tried to create around the Stake casino.
I don't really understand how we can accuse someone of making too much noise around his case and not being enough active at the same time. But he has just opened 2 threads for now, one here and another one in the gambling section. You don't think it's a very concerning issue for crypto users using this casino and they need to be informed about it to avoid losing their funds in the same way? If people can't talk here about scammy practices they undergo from crypto casinos I wonder what should they talk about? Moreover I don't think we can blame him for not being active while nobody from Stake has bothered to comment about his very concerning claims till now.
