The media is over reacting the numbers of death and all blaming it to the president. Tho it might be true that his war on drugs killed tons of life, it isn't his order alone that lead to those people deaths. It may be the drug sindicate itself killing innocent people to make a bad image of the war on drug project in the media.
I can partially agree with you. Compare the war on drugs in Mexico, to that in the Philippines. As per the conservative estimates, the Mexican Drug War has caused around 100,000 deaths. The number of deaths from the drug war in Philippines is just a small fraction of that number. |
