it certainly won't be a good idea to introduce KYC for token creation. why wouldn't anyone just choose ETH then?
There are some reasons not to choose ETH, but the most important is imho that dusk can provide much more than ETH. ETH blockchain will still be the most popular choice for most of the project right now but i can see Dusk as a great alternative especially because devs are looking for more diverse and secure blockchains to build their projects on. |

The TGE starts in less than two days. The token price is set to 0.1 USD / 0.0005 ETH, but the price of Ether is in a free fall. How will you handle the token price with the current volatility?
Investors wouldnt be happy, but i would postpone it for one month because now things are hectic around here. We can all feel the panic in crypto investors and i dont think now is the right time to have TGE. Hope i am wrong. |

We hope that in 2019 the bright things from crypto currency will arise again therefore it can give a good starting point for ehealth to meet its future.
Unfortunately we are all in pessimistic mode right now with everything that is happening to crypto market. Luckily eHealth is not having their ICO anytime soon and i still believe there is time to recover until then. |

As for me, I'm most concerned on the delivery of the project than any other regulations imposed by any Government. Those regulations will be useless for concern if they product or platform hasn't been delivered yet.
But how much sense does it make to invest in a product that can'tbe used because its not compliant? It actually has to go hand in hand. If you invest in a unregulated environment, than you wont have any protection if the project doest go on and turn out to be a scam. So there has to be some regulations to protect investors in the first place. |

I have observed that most bounty campaigns nowadays are not complying with their tagret end date. No problem with extend the campaign but man, these projects are now imposing hunters to not remove their signature until the end of the campaign. This prevents participants from leaving the campaign. Poor participants cannot break free from this and to look for other productive campaign. They have no choice but get stuck and post for these companies. Did you have the same experience? or Do you observe the same pattern? please enlighten me.
I had the same issues few time when they are extending bounty for a ridiculous time and not letting you remove ur signature without loosing stakes. The sad thing is you cant do anything about that but to go on with the new rules or risk loosing weeks of signature. |

And also, everyone should understand that we are bringin non-crypto people ! These people do not have any ETH ! It will be their very first ICO.
That is an admirable ambition, however... How many people have not heard about crypto yet? With the amount of crypto news that has percolated through to the mainstream by now that number is not that big anymore. And for those who have heard about crypto but did not get involved before, the current crypto climate is not exactly welcoming. Its true that now its not the best time to join crypto but i doubt we will ever see such a blooming market as it was in fall 2017 but at least Jarvis are trying to connect fiat trading in stocks to crypto trading and i can see how this can be beneficial to crypto economy. |

SEC can toucj coins/tokens if a company is US based/ it issued an ICO in the US, I don't see why everyone have to comply with the SEC, Unites States of America doesn't rule the world
But they can be good when it comes to persuading the rest of the world unfortunately. I am sure many project would like to hide in Europe and SEC will do anything to force their believes and rules to EU. |

the discussion unfortunately has moved on the market trend and on the value fluctuations of the eth because there are no relevant news regarding the project, the team is doing well by not to update us with secondary news regarding logistics or other but at least let's say once a week,they could say we are working hard to realize the project,this would be welcome...
Many project are on hold now waiting to see what will happen with crypto market. It looks like now we are in a break or make situation and no one is sure what will happen next. I hope we get out of this position as soon as possible and see where will it take us. |

so actually those who invested when the btc was $ 6k would have invested half if investing at this time receiving the same number of tokens,they should do (all the ico active) let's say a fixed exchange value for investments for example 1 btc = 4k $ to be maintained at least until the end of the year, this would give investors more security,dusk should look for some other partnership...
I do not think that BTC will be able to be at such a low value for a long time, the most important factor is that for miners it does not bring profit. Ita always a gamble to invest in crypto and in ICOs an we all know that. You can be unlucky and end up with less tokens after ICO for the same money or it cal be the other way around. I believe BTC will go up and both will have profits in the end. |

Ethereum is not going anywhere like Bitcoin isn't. It's a solid platform and is being used in many successful projects.
Even if there are other similar project which could potentially compete with it, they at most do the same thing, or maybe they are not even ready yet, without addind anything new to the table Eth just has too many projects running on its blockchain which are depended on its price so in my mind, its here to stay. We all know that this has also bad side because useless project can lower eth value. |

The current trend of blockchain is very high, couple with it's ability to execute millions transactions within seconds, few transactions cost and no third party is require or paper signing. All transactions recorded and kept open, taking alway cross border and languages barrier, excellent in e commences. So many features to change the world. My emphasis is can blockchain has the capacity to replace bank?
There is no way banks will go down without a fight, and as we know, they have almost unlimited funds to stop crypto from taking over banking. I hope crypto is strong enough to not fall under pressure. |

Blockchain is a revolutionary invention and it wont disappear. In fact, blockchain its only in the beginning of its path and a lot of companies, that are not focused on crypo, started to implement this technology in their platforms. Even thou crypto tokens might loose value, blockchain will still be useful.

I think so. We can use the platform to see our health development and if we found something bad related our conditions, we can go to the doctor for further treatment. It will be possible but it is still not advised. You should still see a doctor before you act on your own diagnosis. It will be also used to share the knowledge between medical professionals and normal people like you and me. Its still better to get information from legit source like eHealth than from some shady forum. |

Yow guys, just an hour bitcoin price drop nearly $700 is this the end, or is it just taking its time to pump so hard, or will we wait a years like what happened before ?
Its not bitcoins finest hour thats for sure but its value is still very high and it still has potential too. I doubt it can die that easily since there are hundreds of projects using blockchain technology, some of them are even supported by governments. |

Not a good time to gather much funds but, they can still gather a quite good amount as their product idea is very well explained and if they can keep up to their words it can be huge. The market keep showing the down trend and this time the drop is so significant. This for sure a bad condition for the whole crypto world. Idk how dusk network will anticipate it. It doenst look good right now i agree but on the other hand, there will be less token to go around after ICO and when/if prices go up again, Dusk tokens should be more valuable. |

Kind time of the day, with every day in ICO we meet more and more fraud. It is clear that no one forces us to invest in these projects. But the idea of a cryptocurrency does not imply any regulatory department. What do you think that could help in solving this problem? I just see only that the advisors were responsible, or they took a pledge from the projects they are entering.
Crypto community is huge and since there is not much regulation going on, we as a community have to stick together and point on scamy projects out there. I think project team is one of the most important things we have to focus on in order to prevent scams. |

To put all the chance on our side, we have decided to divide our ICO in two parts : a presale and a mainsale. We do want to launch our first products before the mainsale, to give more value to our ICO and to our token as soon as the ICO ends.
Also, the markets conditions does not allow us to get the traction we are looking at, so we will need more time, and probably spend more funds to raise the awareness of our project. We do know that our project is a good one, but it deserves more coverage. Dividing the ICO into two will give us more time to get to this point (we started our campaign and publish the website at the end of october). We have been advised for a while to postpone our ICO due to this, but we think it is better to divide the ICO into two parts, rather than postpone it.
Makes sense, its rare that projects have their beta product ready before ICO and that is one of the reasons, token sales dont go that well for them. Having a product ready gives you the necessary boost, especially now in this bear market. |

Even there is no update news, they just can come here or at any other places to say something. That will be enough I guess because such thing will give us a good confidence that they are still with us. Dusk team is taking the right steps almost every time and i am sure that even in this market Dusk network project will deliver great results and create a great ecosystem.
I can not disagree with you, mate. DUSK team have made almost right decisions at the phase of this project. They have made great initiatives to help the project faster developed. Having a good comunity manager who is active on forums and social media is a huge plus and Dusk is certainly lucky to have chosen a right guy for this task. We are getting really close to their Ethfinex sale and the lunch of their token. |
