Berkurangnya nilai krypto terhadap rupiah Jawaban saya : 1. Apakah boleh meminjam crypto? Hukum asal utang piutang adalah boleh. Menjadi tidak boleh jika tujuannya dilarang agama. Jadi, selama tujuannya tidak dilarang oleh agama, maka kegiatan utang piutang boleh dilakukan. Baik berupa barang ataupun uang. Sehingga, utang-piutang crypto baik sebagai currency (mata uang) ataupun sebagai barang (komoditas) tetap diperbolehkan selama tidak digunakan untuk sesuatu yang dilarang agama. 2. Berkurangnya nilai krypto terhadap rupiah. Berkurangnya nilai tidak menjadi sebabnya barang/uang dilarang untuk dijadikan objek utang piutang. Karena utang-piutang dalam bentuk rupiah pun nilainya bisa berkurang. Sebagai gambaran, Contoh : orang yang meminjam uang Rp. 1,5 juta pada bulan Juni 1998 dan membayar utang tersebut pada tahun 2018. Tentu secara nilai, uang Rp. 1,5 juta pada tahun 1998 sudah tidak sebanding dengan dengan nilai Rp. 1,5 juta pada bulan Oktober 2018. Penurunan nilai bisa dibandingkan terhadap nilai beras. Pada bulan juni 1998, harga beras 1 Kg = Rp. 2000 1. sehingga Uang 1,5 juta (juni 1998) setara dengan 750 Kg. Sedangkan uang Rp. 1,5 juta pada bulan oktober setara dengan 130 Kg (Harga beras saat ini = Rp. 11.500) 2Jadi, jika kita menyimpulkan bahwa utang-piutang kripto haram karena penurunan nilai, maka peminjaman uang rupiah juga haram. Namun ini kesimpulan yang tidak masuk akal. Sehingga penurunan nilai tidak bisa dijadikan penyeban pengharaman utang piutang crypto. Yang haram itu klo utang piutang crypto ada bunganya.
