This project could be huge, airbnb is worth an absolute fortune and if it can come close to rivaling that then it can be a big profit for investors, if done properly this could have a market cap in the billions, it's that big of an industry. The guys working on it seem to have good backgrounds so I'm going to be watching this closely
I couldn't agree more. Airbnb as a company is cool, but their platform became like Ebay. Dispute resolution is unfair and you end up getting banned. Love where this project is headed. Here's the updated ANN thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2313314.msg23482285#msg23482285I would also recommend joining the telegram group: https://t.me/beetoken

If you're looking into real estate ico's, check out the bee token. They took the airbnb model and added blockchain. I like the fact that they charge zero commissions and have a robust arbitration system. Team comes from facebook, google, and uber https://www.thebeetoken.com/wp-https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/beenest-public/whitepaper/bee_whitepaper_v3.pdf

Right now it's very high and I'm sure it will drop back down. In 2018 there will be countries that ban it while others will embrace it. All in all, just buy and HODL

I would definitely add the bee token to your watch list. Crazy team from google, uber, and facebook and their blockchain-powered platform is for short term housing rentals. Lots of cool features that you can read about in their whitepaper: https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/beenest-public/whitepaper/bee_whitepaper_v3.pdfimo my favorite part other than being decentralized, is the zero commissions. For anyone that's used Airbnb I think we can all agree that the fees are outrageous

i can really imagine something similar to Airbnb with blockchain. Just think of it. You can simply make the entire process automated, payments, scheduling without ever needing Fiat currencies. That can actually work in various industries, including car rental or Uber kind of services. By having the entire process automated you can all of the sudden reduce your costs and offer the drivers for example a better payment than what you are already paying out. And the same can be applied to almost anything, including renting office, selling goods etc. The best thing is that you won't need any kind of documentation because at some point we'll have everything automated in a way that just by showing our address, we'll be able to immediately access various services (the address will be linked to our ID for example).
I agree. Other than the obvious uses of blockchain such as transparency, efficiency, an crypto, looks like the bee token will be charging zero commissions, which is great. As an airbnb guest, those commissions are outrageous. I also like the fool-proof reviews (meaning no spam or fake reviews) along with dispute resolution. I feel like this industry is perfect for blockchain because it reduces costs, makes it more transparent, and more efficient/fair. I'll be following the bee token. Already joined their telegram group and looks like their pre-sale is going to be this month

Check if your account got hacked. I saw that someone on facebook had the same situation, but with $1000.

This shared economy services has made a big difference in how the transport system operates as well as in the hospitality sector. I have seen some ICOs who will be implementing this kind of services and I think blockchain technology would be good for them so that any anomalies that may happen can easily be traceable since there is tranparency in it. Besides, some of them are taking advantage of the shortage of the transportation industry so it would be an advantage if others would be able to see how the others are doing to assess if the fare that is charged is fair. It would be applicable to the lessee as well in the case of Airbnb.
I also see a lot of potential in shared economy services because of the transparency and dispute resolution. From what I read about the bee token, their dispute resolution is seamless, which would make the experience/platform more pleasant and efficient for both hosts and guests.

Using polymath name is not legit I think. Polymath is already a licensed software name.
I'm watching the market for new privacy tokens, I need something anonymous, I don't want my transactions to be visible by others. If you know any, please share.
I believe they're called polymath network. Their ticker is POLY. Their site is https://polymath.network/ which helps

I think only good, rock solid ideas and projects will stick around. IMO that would be ico's like polymath. They're bridging the gap between financial securities and blockchain. That industry in itself is work millions if not trillions.

Heard about polymath recently. Apparently they are a one stop shop platform for securities token projects. Based on their site and doing some research, this is what I've deducted from their project: -Connect issuers to investors -Easy for non-technical issuers to launch security tokens -Strong team and great list of advisors including 2 ethereum co-founders -A network of KYC/AML verified users to transact securities globally -Complies with regulations -KYC baked into protocol -Liquidity Support -Application layer -Legal support -No technical skills required Here's their deck: https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1riV0ARjpGbYdaP2RetaXQkeiy4PaDDt0mN87zImLGCQ/edit#slide=id.g2a9a3733a2_167_325site: https://polymath.network/What does everyone think? I see this as a viable project.

Lots of youtube channels, the big sites like cointelegraph and coindesk. Surprisingly, the best place to find out about new ones would be facebook

30% in bitcoin 10% in ETH 10% in Smart contract platform based tokens like lisk, qtum, Neo 20% in multiple coins which have real life uses like sia, dgb, nxt, ripple (long term holdings) Remaining 30% for short term trading and mostly kept in Fiat to buy cheap coins if price will get dumped hard.
I would do this and for the coins with real life uses, my choice would be the bee token that's coming up. Looks like their pre-sale is going to be this month. they are basically airbnb but with more transparency with blockchain and zero commissions. https://www.thebeetoken.com/

Keep both. I would say 60% BTC and the rest in ETH.

I would look into polymath ( https://polymath.network/) as they're building a platform for securities token projects. Second one to watch closely would be the bee token ( https://polymath.network/), decentralizing short term housing rentals. Basically like aribnb but more transparent and they don't charge obscene commissions. In fact they charge zero commissions.
