221  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency requires small spaces for discussion on: October 16, 2018, 03:50:32 PM
Based on personal experience, I was stupid about crypto but crypto made me curious and made me want to learn about crypto.

I tried to find discussion groups about crypto in my country but it was difficult to find them. I try to create myself with friends who like technology and we learn together about crypto. That keeps our knowledge growing when opening a small space for discussion with your friends.

What do you think, is a small space for discussion needed?
Discussion is very necessary, two people can be said for discussion, but must have a brilliant idea, there are already many topics in this forum about crypto, even almost all countries discuss crypto, you and your friends can discuss in our forum.
222  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Bitcoin country on: October 15, 2018, 05:50:42 AM
I know that the Netherlands are well on their way to becoming one of the most forward countries when it comes to crypto - don't forget them!
Apparently the Netherlands is one country that does not want to miss the sophistication of Bitcoin technology. I am sure the Netherlands will be one of the countries that are advanced and ready to serve the complaints of people in meeting their needs.
223  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Bitcoin country on: October 15, 2018, 05:47:56 AM
I hope that happens to other countries in the future until now many countries are learning about bitcoin to make the country's currency but make the legal status of the Bitcon transaction alone the green light for the future
Many countries study Bitcoin, but governments in their countries do not support it, although this is a progress known as the sophistication of network technology that facilitates transactions, I am very supportive if everyone understands their use.
224  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is it bad for altcoin that BTC is dropping on: October 14, 2018, 01:41:39 PM
at the beginning of the know bitcoin in the last 1 year. Bitcoin prices are not half that of now. But fitting late last year. I was so shocked by the significant price increases. whereas much controversy has occurred in some countries. The new bitcoin drop prices are felt today due to the impact of many people selling bitcoin and eth as well as when the coins rise.
Maybe they sell it because they see the market price is deteriorating, but I think it remains optimistic about the current price situation, because I'm sure there will be a price increase towards the end of the year like last year.
225  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: How often do you check CoinMarketCap website? on: October 14, 2018, 01:30:55 PM
For me it has been nearly everyday once for years now.  Grin
Of course, when I trade, I check CoinMarketCap almost every day, because if I don't check it, I'm not satisfied if I don't check CoinMarketCap.
226  Other / Archival / Re: Is this the end for Altcoins? on: October 13, 2018, 03:11:12 PM
All Altcoins are in red. What causes this dump and does this mean that it's over for certain amount of Altcoins?

We are talking about more then -10% for a lot of coins: Charts
No, it can't end, it all depends on the number of bids, it looks like it won't end just because the price decreases, there is still time for the next two months to see it, I personally believe that the altcoin will rise again.
227  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The whole market is red, but is it worth panicking now? on: October 13, 2018, 03:07:10 PM
The whole market is red, many altcoins are in the red.Should we panic? Many say that after the stock market fell and the crypt. Although the crypt is not connected with the stock market in any way, such rollbacks speak only about the ease of manipulation in the crypto market. In General, there are prerequisites for a quick return of positions.I think if you are planning to buy the crypt, it is probably reasonable to buy it for 30% of the Bank. What do You think about this?Share your opinion.
There is no need to panic if the red market, only temporarily experiencing a decline, will immediately rise.
Maybe we give positive news that makes everyone optimistic about the current situation.
228  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is it secure to use MyEtherWallet? on: October 13, 2018, 02:55:01 PM
I want to create new wallet using MyEtherWallet(dot)com, is it recommended wallet and easy to use?
Yes, MyEtherWallet (dot) com is an easy-to-use wallet, and most often used by people to save a portion of their work from a campaign project, of course you can use it if you have several tokens from the results you are working on from several media campaigns.
229  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The price plunged down today? on: October 13, 2018, 02:37:45 PM
What do you find with cryptocurrency at this time or in particular today. Please provide comments and feedback to respond. Do not panic !! Stay calm and relaxed.
I see today the situation has declined again, but sometimes it rises again, I continue to wait for the next two months, hoping to go up with the predictions they say in this forum.
230  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: List of the best trading floors in the world? on: October 13, 2018, 02:29:36 PM

231  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: bitcoin legal or not on: October 13, 2018, 01:44:21 PM
I am new to crypto currency and I don't know the Bitcoin is legal or not plse help me
In some countries there are those who have legalized the use of bitcoin, but there are also countries that do not legalize the use of bitcoin.
From which country are you from?
Because the country that legalizes the use of bitcoin, I consider it a country that has technological development.
232  Bitcoin / Legal / Bitcoin country on: October 13, 2018, 01:40:49 PM
Digital currency is still a matter of controversy in several countries. The use of bitcoin in a country is not always accepted. Even so, there are also many countries that have legalized bitcoin as a currency. Here are some countries that have legalized bitcoin, namely:

1. United States
The US government has made special policies for tourists who will visit the region. Previously, existing regulations only required examination of social media accounts, but currently tourists are asked to show their digital currency. This new rule was initiated by Sen Chuck Grassley. The law was introduced on May 25, 2017.

2. Japan
The Japanese government has authorized bitcoin as a legal currency for digital transactions. This endorsement is marked by the number of retailers who accept payment with bitcoin. The number of stores that accept digital payments with bitcoin is more than 4,500 outlets.

3. Denmark
Denmark is a highly developed country in the field of technology. This is what makes this country legalize the use of bitcoin in various transactions such as transfers, payments, and purchases.

I still think, are there still other countries that accept to legalize the use of Bitcoin?

What is the fate of other countries if bitcoin is not allowed to be used?

Sorry, I added a few colors, I want to look attractive   Grin Grin
233  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Bitcoin scam artist arrested in Thailand on: October 13, 2018, 01:25:15 PM
One of the people who allegedly defrauded a Finnish investor of $24 Million worth of Bitcoin (BTC), has recently been detained in Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok on charges of conspiracy to defraud and money laundering. Has anyone been following this at all? I would be interested to hear a legal perspective, as these charges aren't generally associated with bitcoin
Very good if fraudsters have been arrested, of course this reduces the level of fraudulent crime, so far many investors feel disappointed with fraud that happens everywhere.
Need to be punished for those who have committed fraud.
234  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Who owns Bitcoin? on: October 12, 2018, 04:57:58 PM
Bitcoin is invented by Satoshi Nakamoto but it is common knowledge that his identity is not known. If there arise any dispute related to bitcoin or its ownership, how would it be settled by court of law or in other words who is the legal owner of bitcoin?
Bitcoin is used freely, while the person's name you say is satoshi nakamoto as the inventor.
The name Satoshi Nakamoto is a pseudonym, he seems very mysterious.
Now if there is a dispute, maybe no one can answer, because bitcoin does not have a legal umbrella.
235  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Bitcoin tax value on: October 12, 2018, 04:27:28 PM
As the title says, we know it is inevitable that Bitcoin trading is gonna get taxed sooner or later (better later, tbh ) so i am asking you , what TAX are you expecting? 19% ? 20%? 10%?
Why do you ask about tax?
Do you know who is the creator of Bitcoin?
Or have you paid your building and vehicle taxes?
If you have not paid taxes, then you have no right to question the Bitcoin given what percentage of tax, because you have not paid the tax on your building and vehicle.
236  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Is Bitcoin required to pay taxes? on: October 12, 2018, 04:23:20 PM
Britain, Japan and so on are tax on Bitcoin, China's behavior such as Bitcoin transactions is not tax, which is why? What will happen?
If Bitcoin needs to pay taxes, what are the taxation links? Which taxes include?
Who will control the payment of Bitcoin taxes?
The government has received many taxes, such as building taxes, vehicle taxes, land taxes.
Whereas Bitcoin runs on the internet, how does the government impose taxes?
237  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Do people have to pay taxes on Bitcoin? on: October 12, 2018, 04:19:59 PM
Tax law is dependent on your country and locality. Recently in the United States, the IRS has declared that Bitcoin is to be treated as property, not currency, for tax purposes. All income in the US is taxed, regardless of what form it takes. If you’re paid in bitcoins, you’re supposed to pay taxes on your earnings at the BTC/USD exchange rate when you receive payment.

Is it a good decision or bad?
I do not agree if BTC usage is taxed.
If they use BTC, but they don't have BTC in their wallet, do they have to pay taxes?
I think the government is enough to receive building taxes, vehicles.
238  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Why hasn't any government stopped Bitcoin? on: October 12, 2018, 04:16:28 PM
Perhaps with such rapid growth and popularity and by seeing the enormous potential of bitcoin.
it attracts the attention of governments to give statements about the legality of bitcoin.
Although currently not many countries are adopting bitcoin and declare about its legality but it is proven that bitcoin can be a good innovator for the development of digital currency.
And with bitcoin declaration as the official payment instrument, it is necessary to revise finance law on bitcoin services for countries that have declared their Legality.

Yes, I agree with your opinion, of course this attracts the attention of the government, it seems necessary for the right party to revise it, because I see the use of bitcoin in some countries has legalized the use of bitcoin.
239  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Cryptocurrency regulation? on: October 12, 2018, 04:09:36 PM
The concept of cryptocurrencies is based on trust. If it is fully implemented in all aspects, there is trust within the community and technical solutions applied to provide the security of network, then there will be no need for centralised control.

Got your point. But what about security? I constantly hear about hackers who steel tons of investor's money...

And goverment won't give up its influence easily. USA, Canada and some european countries tend to establish their rules on cryptocurrencies.
Hackers are always everywhere, now depending on the platform they provide, if their platform has strong security, of course it won't be easy to hack into their accounts, but if their security is less secure, it will cause hackers to easily steal all your assets.
240  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Looking for a lawyer who know about Crypto on: October 12, 2018, 04:05:21 PM
Hey There
I'm looking for a lawyer who know about Crypto Market. I have a big problem with poloniex and can't get any help from SEC or other institutions.
Does someone has any experiences with this?

Cheers
What lawyer you need, if you have a lawyer how they will answer it.
I think you should ask Poloniex if you have a complaint, don't bring a lawyer.
