Also, this is just purely spam if you're just asking people to PM your for info. Also sounds shady.

Dupree, we know each other, and I have alot of respect for you.

With that said, please get off my thread, because it's far from spam.

I'm adhering to my attorneys advice, and NOT doing a general solicitation. For now I can only answer questions via PM to accredited investors only.

Cheers,

I am not on BTCjam - it is my understanding that there are more BTCjam scams then there are on bitcointalk. However the OP is is advertising his loan on here and is PM spamming my inbox to invest

Oh ok thank you for your responce, yes there are alot of scams on BTCjam and i know it from a first hand as i have lost a lot there...Thank you for sharing with me the spam pm from member @FlipPro personally i hate that.

Also a tip as you are not member there if a bitcointalk member link his username with the account on BTCjam then he canot change it and it proofs that is the owner of the account.(On the profile page must appear if it is linked forum:username)

@FLIPPRO let me give you a friendly suggest try to improve your account there a little more, also start with smaller loans so you can earn some reputation before go for your business loan.I can share this comment also there but i dont want to give you a bad image.

Kind Regards,
BTC-Bank.
QuickSeller has a public thread soliciting loans.... I didn't think he would mind a quick PM notifying him about the BTCJam opportunity...

Can you sign a message from an old address associated with your account proving that your account was not hacked?

I am sorry but the description on your listing as to why you need this money is very vague, and you had provided dubious proof of mining revenue on the loan request. Plus you had not verified your income on BTCjam
No problem.

What address would you like me to sign? I signed the main receiving mining address (where all the money's coming to).

I don't know if I've ever publicly posted any addresses here on Bitcoin Talk that you could cross verify.

Yes its true, whats more, if you want it in btcs there wouldn't be problem probably. Cause its BTC it was made for that too.
We can take Bitcoin investments no problem.

They would be entered into our registry as USD though.

Sorry but this is a general solicitation. Saying or type "Seeking Investors" is general solicitation. It doesn't matter if you disclose information or not, it's simply announcing that you're seeking investment that is the solicitation. If you lawyer said that's it not solicitation I think it's time to get a new lawyer.
You're dead wrong.

Lets take angel.co for example.

On that site you can post details about your business, team, analytics, traction, and yes SOLICIT others to get involved in one way or another with your business (many people find employment on Angel.co for example).

What you can't do is broadcast specific details about your companies fundraising round at hand. This is why angel.co has a section for "accredited investors only" which does display details about the companies fund raising status.

If what you were saying was true, people would not be able to network at a pitch contest, or communicate with interested parties after a teleconference presentation.

There's no law against networking with other accredited investors. What there are laws against is advertising or soliciting securities (general solicitation) in a public forum. I have not done that here or anywhere on the net.

Anyone who's a nice person and PM's me will get the name of the business that I'm talking about right now...

Cheers

We were paid until the end of December to host the wallet.

All funds are still in their accounts.

The wallet will be reinstated before the end of February and an email sent to all account holders to withdraw their funds within a certain grace period.

Thanks,
Prefinem
WHEN?

I'm one of the people with locked funds at Raxe.IO!

When are you bringing the wallet back online???

This coin has come to my attention.

But why the team is not publicly announced? Who are the people behind the coin with real identities?
And why there is no road map? Or is it a regular coin with news plus pump and dump? Thanks.

The devs aren't hiding and this is not a pump and dump coin.  They simply prefer to use other social media mediums to communicate rather than the troll infested forums.

Thank you. Even on their website there is no information regarding the dev team?

The BlueCoin development team would rather remain private at this point in time.

We are open to welcoming new additions to our team if the qualifications match the scope of work.

Thanks for your interest in BLU. Many great things to come!

Cheers

Thank you for the information. I only buy a coin if the team and the road-map are publicly and clearly announced.
When I buy, I buy big, though. Good luck.
Subscribing to this thread is usually the best way to get updates.

I've been following BLUE for almost a year now, the team seems very committed, and so far there has not been any P&D with this coin.

It might help if you listed something to entice investors, especially "Accredited" investors that you are seeking. Large scale honest investors of any kind would not even be intrigued by this posting. Tell us something about your project.
For more information please PM me.

Thanks.
