We did and we chose scrypt-n to make it as easy as possible for miners and newbie miners. Newbie miners can use guiminer with vertminer included to make it easier. Nice, can do. The PRC official page has Nov 25 as the date on the second post - seems strange. Feb 25, maybe? It makes no difference. In fact, this probably makes the coin more attractive to them. This is all about these guys trying to prove how big their dicks are. If they have to stomp on some children to do it, all the better. Ultimately, if your coin will pay the extortion fee, they'll probably take you off the list. He has an Big meeting on the 29th about casino etc with 500 businessmen and expats.
We will now start working on the scrypt -n code for prospercoin we will announce the code ready 5th of april after that everyone will have 7 days to update their wallets to scrypt-n wallets.
On the 12th of April scrypt-n will go live. We wish to take our time to test test and more test before we send code live this is why the 12th has been chosen we have listened and we are implementing for you quickly as per user request.

Prospercoin is not a straight copy of litecoin YES it uses litecoin code that has been adapted to include prosperdays etc. The coin in the future once we get everything going and ready will be used to help a childrens foundation in Cambodia and other charitable organizations. Prospercoin has dropped at the moment and well if you look at the whole crypto market you will see due to an massive increase in coins most coins are dropping in value. Just bought up what Spaincoin I could for under 0.0004 on Bittrex, anyway, I expect a rise after the Auroracoin drop and with the switch to Scrypt Jane. I've been mining YACoin on Cudaminer, might give mining Spaincoin a shot too with the hard fork, don't declare this coin dead yeah, ha ha If the dev drops the reward a lot as well 10 coins a block and makes it hard to mine minted coins then become more valuable so this could work. Cannot count spa out yet |
