Let's make a distinction between two terms:
"fraudster" : did not send money to NEM; tried to clone other's people hash or made up bogus hash to get in the lists
"multi-acc-ter: who did send money to NEM to be a part of NEM development fund; but he has multiple accounts doing that. These are not fraudster and as far as they send money to NEM then I would at least thank them for their trust. They also did not violate any pre-defined rules except the "unfairly accumulation" clause. We will refund them later in the cases of big multi acc-ters.

Да, очень жаль, я к ней уже привык. Зарегистрировался одним из первых там. Действительно, без комиссии все сделки (были). Даже несколько некстов прибавил на разнице курсов. Запросил монеты на свой кошелек, пока что транзакции не последовало, вывод, видимо, в ручном режиме.

Да наверно в ручном, потому что я еще днем вывел моментально. Так мало того, что сделки без комиссии, он еще и налог за транзу 1нхт оплачивал |

No guarantee as to how much NEX will be allocated for the latter. So all users will receive their portion of the nex. And those who just wrote that interested and those who sent you nxt. Кстати, ограничений сверху на длину пароля нет. Я который раз вижу легенду про сто символов, но в коде никаких лимитов я не видел.
Все верно. BCNext как-то убрал этот лимит и даже не сказал. Убрал - эт хорошо. Ничё не сказал - ужасно... Ща вот придумаю пасфразу килобайт на десять, а он потом возьмёт и опять длину ограничит. Всё тогда, не видать некстов? Если теперь длинна кошелька больше 100 символов, то и самих кошельков стало больше? Не 10 в степени 77? Интересно, как-то можно проследить зависимость изменения длинны номера от пасс фразы? Хоть войну и мир теперь пассфразой делай или html код предыдущей страницы. |

I will talk to Jaguar tonight. As said earlier, hard cap is 4000 but I think 3000 is more manageable logistically. We are about at 2100-2200 now so it takes about 40-50 pages more to reach the target stakeholders around 3000. But then we would need to delete duplicate accounts and unqualified accounts so the total would drop a bit.
