We've had a couple of reports of peoples wallets showing a different block number. if anyone has any wallets showing a lower block number that the explorer please let us know. Steps to check
1) Go to Debug Windows, which is found on the Help menu of the wallet 2) look at the 'Current number of block' figure
Check it against the block explorer http://blockexplorer.betterbets.io:8080

Can we stake Rubies using the same wallet.dat on more than one device?
Hi No there can only be unique wallet.dat files connected to the network, or 1 of those wallets will show with (conflicting TX)

Hi All
As greenmo has said we've been working through the existing wallet and implemented some important security fixes in v3.0.0.0. As some of you know im very busy in Crypto land so wouldn't be able to commit to being the lead dev, but i'm happy to help out where i can.
Thanks M

I have had a reply from Cryptsy, so they are still alive. They did not mention the update in the Boostcoin network. They replied with saying that they experienced withdraw issues and that they are solving this problem. Read for your self: Currently we are experiencing problems with our withdrawal system. If you place a withdrawal for BTC LTC DASH BTCD and a few other coins, you may experience delays.
You will receive notice once we have resolved this problem
If you would like to cancel a withdrawal, please create a "new" ticket and choose "Cancel Withdrawal" from the ticket type.
Please see http://blog.cryptsy.com/ for current and future updates.
We appreciate your patience while we resolve these issues.
Sincerely, Cryptsy Customer Service So i guess we have to wait, maybe send them some messages from time to time that we are still waiting. Mammix2 did you have any news from BTC38 and Cryptsy regarding the update? HI, i still haven't heard anything from Cryptsy. The BTC38 update is very close, BTC38 have taken a copy of the source code and wallets from me today for review and testing, now they are back from Chinese new year holidays. Fingers crossed it will happen soon. Thanks M

Set up 100,000 rolls at 1000 satoshi per roll last night. This morning it was at the half way mark and I am .003 btc in the hole. If my luck remain the same, I should get 32 rubies for .006 btc.

ahh see now i feel dumb , but not being the gambler i am, i didn't realize how VOLUME worked on there. you could theoretically bet just like that and create the VOLUME necessary for the rubies haha shit, well then, i think i can get in on this Correct this is the sum of it, volume itself isn't too difficult to create and this is why we wanted Bet-Mining to be an easy way for anyone to mine coins, then top that off with Rubies being PoS you get 2 methods to obtain once the first is complete. As things come full circle it should be a really great coin and community for everyone. We will do our very best to provide many uses for it outside markets, chief goal is having many businesses that you can use them at for services or entertainment. The sum of it though is really a positive experience and knowing that we are equally as interested on RBIES long life as those who choose to hold it. these are all great ideas

Evening all Thought I'd say hi and to say I'm really pleased to be working with the BetterBets team on this new project. Rubies is a great new addition to the BetterBets platform, that we have been working through over the past few months. I'll be helping the team in the future with all Rubies related stuff and will be involved as the network grows. Any questions give me a shout Thanks M

>> Update <<As promised, new wallet coming soon. I've pulled in all the code advances from BoostCoin to align both projects. This will be a hard fork to ensure the stability of the network. Many new features including... - The ability to keep the block chain moving even when the PoS weight is very low - Import of the Bitcoin BIP66 fixes. - Hybrid Tor connectivity. This helps to keep your location anonymous, and even to stay connected behind huge boundaries such as the Great Chinese Firewall! - Use the wallet as a Tor Proxy for your browser - New graphical layout. - Better staking rewards

Hello,
mammix2 did you have had personal contact with the administrators of Cryptsy in regard to the deamon update? Or did you leave a message? I have left Cryptsy 2 messages regarding the Boostcoin update but have never received a reply from them outside an email notice that they received my messages (what ever that is worth.)
I hope i am not sounding arrogant; i try to help with thinking along. Maybe use of Twitter could be helpfull?
Same here, i have not had any reply yet. I will use Twitter also

To keep you all in the loop
BTC38 have replied and say they will update soon, but its Chinese new year so will be delayed. Cryptsy have not replied yet regarding updating the wallet deamon.
i will also contact other Exchange to get listed / re-listed.
My coin Wallet where only 811,000 units. What should I do? You must re-sync from block 0 Follow these steps to re-sync:1) From in your wallet make a backup. Use the File / Backup Wallet menu and make sure you save the backup somewhere safe 2) Close your wallet 3) delete all your block chain data but do not delete wallet.dat Your blockchain data is normally found in these support folder locations... Delete all files except wallet.dat and any boostcoin.conf files you might have created Windows: C:\Users\<<username>>\AppData\Roaming\BoostCoin Mac: /Users/<<username>>/Library/Application Support/BoostCoin Ubuntu: /home/<<username>>/.boostcoin4) Start your wallet again and wait for it to connect to the network. 5) Once it has started to download the blockchain, exit your wallet again 6) Download this file and extract the bootstrap.dat file, then place in the support folder. https://mega.nz/#!tA4nBS5a!tvQL_2mlzUU8xTAEh69HjPHrixwOPT4JMkRfOIL3PUQ7) Start your wallet and wait for it to fully sync against the new block chain. Please check the block explorer for the latest block height information http://explorer.bost.link/http://bostqmjfz64etvkf.onion/

Is Cryptsy exchange keeping us up to date via Cryptsy.blog about the Boostcoin blockchain update? How do i know when both BTC38 and Cryptsy exchanges are done synchronizing the new blockchain?
Because if i send coins from Cryptsy old wallet to my newly updated wallet, the coins are being received but not valid (?)
Can some one please keep us up to date when both exchanges are done re-synchronizing.
Thx in advance.
Yes will keep you all up to date with the progress. The key thing is to ensure you are all connecting with the correct block chain. I've noticed some wallets connecting with a far greater block height. If you have a block number higher than is showing on the block explorer you must resync from block 0 again to ensure you are on the correct chainhttp://explorer.bost.linkhttp://bostqmjfz64etvkf.onion/There is also an up to date bootstrap.dat file to speed up this process.Bootstrap.dat: https://mega.nz/#!tA4nBS5a!tvQL_2mlzUU8xTAEh69HjPHrixwOPT4JMkRfOIL3PUQ

Yep, i'm coding the MAIA wallet in line with the BoostCoin development, and should be ready in the next week.

Remember only send coins between wallets if you are sure they are both version 4.4.0.3 and higher (which have block chain version number 80002)
