Actually on reflection that fucking Uncle Stu was pretty damn deep in it all. He was shoveling huge cash amounts 100,000, 200,000 out of his personal account back and forth like it was nothing. Moving around serious cash on the whims of his boy Homero. Not to mention the credit cards.  Roll Eyes  Huge Amex bills to the point that poor don't tell Elise got cut off at her favorite shoe store  Cry Cry

Also, let's not forget that we also need blessing on Stuart's quote as
noted in the latest draft:

“Although relatively new, cryptocurrency is shifting the economic
paradigm and that is reason enough for traditional financial
organizations to start taking this seriously,” said Stuart Fraser, Vice
Chairman and partner, Cantor Fitzgerald L.P
. “With the marrying of
innovation, technology, finance and regulation - I believe that
cryptocurrency can provide a value proposition that has never before
been contemplated in global commerce and thus has the real possibility
of being a viable mainstream currency accepted by the masses around the
globe.”

CERTIFICATE OF GOOD STANDING re18 MOTION for Attorney(s) Marjorie J. Peerce to be Admitted Pro Hac Vice (paid $75 PHV fee; receipt number 0205-3944165) by Homero Joshua Garza. (Peerce, Marjorie)

That stuttering retard "...so...so...so release the kraken muahahaha..." Homero doesn't have the balls to stand in front of the court eh. Reminds me of the "debate" with the litecoin guy from tough bravado to sniveling cowering coward "..well let's do it in writing instead.."  Roll Eyes

We need a reporter in there. So how does that work if all the shit is supposed to be sealed, surely you have a right to sit in the court and listen to it all , then report it or what?

Still cannot quite fathom who and why. Who is paying for this and why.  It has to be Uncle Stu trying to ensure Homero doesn't get to testify or speak or say a word in case he spills the beans from under his apron? There really is not much discussion or interaction in the email dump about or between Cantor Fitz. Just one meeting is all but of course the emails are not everything.  Can it simply be to protect Uncle Stu Jr where maybe he knowingly lied pretending to sell or own or whatever it was that was false with ZenMiner?

Been looking real hard in the email dump for "something" between Uncle Stu and Homero, indeed there are some borderline SMS's simple one liners like "love you" and "wish you were here" nothing blatant about anything but all put together a certain creepiness to there communications overall.

The other thing I found which was quite surprising was that Uncle Stu in fact authorized that press release which was worded in such a way to appear as though Cantor Fitz. was behind the launch of Paycoin. That very cleverly crafted Press Release.  This is quite clear in a 3 way discussion between him Homero and the public relations company, it even goes further where Uncle Stu is insisting he be referred to as a co-founder of Paycoin.  This surprising because at the time it was thought Homero and his in-house con team butchered some independent quotes of Uncle Stu's to craft that bullshit Press Release. Now it is clear Uncle Stu authorized it and even wanted more to be said namely that he was a co-founder of paycoin.  Roll Eyes Fool! Look were that got you, full time detention and the boys camp up North in the sticks  Cheesy

It is quite the story and will be very interesting how it all plays out. Absolutely there is some deep dark secret somewhere that while trying to poke its head out, keeps being suppressed. At great expense mind you.

Where's Mike from Coinfire, last peep from him was he retired and is writing a book about this all? Hope he is getting down every single juicy detail and its not going to be some glossed over summary of the affair. Might even have to make it a 3 part series at this rate.

Homero says: "hey do want my Tesla"
Muggles say: "hey do want my napkin"

yeah and where the hell is that Gawsuit? I'm currently in one myself, in nearly the same amount of time it has taken these guys to get their act together, we're already in the appeals process. No way this should be taking this Gawsuit so long. Another  cluster fuck spawned from Garza. Thankfully the only people getting it right are the only people that matter: the SEC.  There just is no way out for Homero on that one. None whatsoever. Got zero to offer to stay out of jail. Not a nickel to his name to pleaded out of it all. Dumbest fucker that ever lived.

The so-called massive feature of Etherum is you can stick data in the blockchain and then everyone has a copy of it so you have built in reliability. Of course if you make a change to the database, you have to write the whole thing back again to the blockchain. The original still exists but you now have a new copy and the old copy will sit there forever, not being used by anyone, but anyone that uses the blockchain has to download and verify this useless data. If this so called great feature too off then the blockchain would become supper massive super quick and would inevitably lead to Etherum's death as the block chain grows exponentially.

So the great feature of Etherum is it has this great api that if people actually used will kill the coin.

Not quite so. While you can technical do that, it costs you money (ETH).  Example:

A transaction sending 46kB of compressed text consumed 1,720,210 gas and cost 0.0860105 Ether ($0.074 USD) at the end of October 2015.

The real idea is to store the transaction hash on the blockchain and link and store the data on a purpose built storage facility off the blockchain.

For a better understanding see:

Lil Bitch Boy Homero delaying again.  Maybe he tried to off himself and institutionalized and wants that hidden from his spawn in the years to come ?  Roll Eyes

Quick checking around Judges don't take it lightly to seal the cases or documents up and it better be a real good reason, most point to:

(An example of a “special and compelling reason” to seal may include personal and sensitive information about minor children contained in a  child custody  report.  See Sumpter v. Sumpter, 427 Md. 668 (2012). Other examples may include instances of untrue and defamatory statements, or trades secret or other proprietary information that has commercial value.)

- children involved which we know he has
- trade secrets / finance which we know Cantor most definitely has
- lies... ah ... Homero's DNA make up, his being

So where are we? Two "free" courtesy requests for extension: granted, an additional request for an extension now including some bullshit stories and lies, strengthened to make it appear to be "serious" with the motion to seal: half halfheartedly accepted and granted. With a not so unclear indication form the judge enough is enough i.e. is granted in part, so this is your last chance and be prepared to answer on May the second?

All of this to simply respond the .gov's claims.

Out of all the reasons for the sealing and request to extend again, I can't think of any that would fit into the above other than Homero is "ill" and needs time to recuperate and needs to ensure his future spawn do not learn about it. Hey kiddies Daddy's on an extended holiday  Roll Eyes  Cheesy

Out of all of that, I like this: " "GRANTED only in part"." suggests to me they have tested the Judge to his limits and he is now annoyed.

So Homero, you got till May the second and that is that. Time to meet your maker you piece of shit.

"what a petty list"

227  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW / Josh Garza discussion Paycoin XPY xpy.io BTCLend LNC. ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: March 27, 2016, 12:40:43 PM
Always found this to be very telling. Always struck me as that they went out of their way not to mention Uncle Stu name(s), which they didn't have to do. I can almost see him or them or their lawyer saying we'll cooperate provided you don't say our family name etc. Which then coupled with the idea that Uncle Stu is in fact paying the legal bill for Homero, would make him a hostile witness. If so they would stick it to him and broadcast the Fraser name loud and clear if they could.

Quote
33. For example, on or about May 23, 2014, Garza participated in an interview with a
reporter for Cryptocoinsnews.com, during which he convinced a family member of a GAW
Miners’ investor
to pretend that ZenMiner was that person’s company and idea. At the time of
the interview, Garza expected that the reporter would publish a story containing the
misrepresentations that ZenMiner was an entity separate from GAW Miners. That story was
published on or about May 23, 2014.

The only thing I can conclude from all of this is that some serious shit is going on. These are heavy weight manoeuvrings for a street urchin called Homero Garza. If he was left to his own devices, this would have all been over the second the SEC's papers went out.

I have to think that it is between Homero and Uncle Stu.  If you look in the SEC's case, they painfully avoided saying who the 'relative' of so and so was that was duped i.e. painfully avoided mentioning Uncle Stu and moreso Cantor.

I'm thinking Uncle Stu will do whatever it takes and costs to ensure his name his families name, his kids name and most importantly Cantor's name is not dragged through this.

But wow, if so, Homero for sure holds something incredibly complicated over Uncle Stu's head....

...or should that be under his apron.....

229  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW / Josh Garza discussion Paycoin XPY xpy.io BTCLend LNC. ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: March 26, 2016, 12:07:55 AM
but what of two sealed motions to extend at the same time. perhaps they relate to Marjoree instead, one secret reason for homero and one secret reason for Marjoree.

Thing still remains it all is only about simply responding the the charges right now. They don't need these musical chairs right now to do that. Why seals requests to extend, why bring Marjoree to Connecticut even before even answering the charges. Answering or responing has to be able to be done remotely by anyone no?
230  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW / Josh Garza discussion Paycoin XPY xpy.io BTCLend LNC. ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: March 26, 2016, 12:00:32 AM
Secret reason indeed, the nail was just hit on the head a quote ago.

Sealed to hide from the kids. Why, Homero is going to confess to be a junkie and was a junkie at the same time the crime was committed. Seriously throw in "on grounds of mental disease" throw in some sort of abuse - even that drive by poster friend of Carlos alluded to some early childhood oddities, so it now must all be sealed. Quite a heavy card to play and waste I must say. All just for an extension? Maybe it is by design to set the stage.

'look our boy homero sshhh is sick in the head judge we must have extension' so that seed is planted in the judges mind for the trial. come trial whole defense is about homero being diseased. judge recalls way back when in March 2016 yes that's right they did show some proof when they filed the extension he is not well, so that must be the case. Not guilt.

 Cheesy

NEVER!

if this is the case it is homero thinking yet again he can outwit the judge and jury... so so my lawyers so how about i say I am sick in the head, lets try that.
231  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW / Josh Garza discussion Paycoin XPY xpy.io BTCLend LNC. ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: March 25, 2016, 11:51:06 PM
Something does seem off.

Is Uncle Stu footing the bill because Homero has something over him. If so surely don't tell Elyse doesn't know. If it is Cantor Fitz themselves, isn't that an admission they were involved in some serious fuckery with Homero, if so, why wouldn't the SEC be after them as well. Surely if they came clean with the SEC early on i.e gave everything they know about Homero and his hi-jinks, they couldn't then be seen paying for his legal bills.

Something there doesn't seem right. I wonder if Cantor Fitz funnels the money to Stu who either gives it to Homero to pay or he pays direct. Edict from Cantor Fitz to keep them the hell out of it. In which case dumb box of rox Homero doesn't even know what they did or didn't day back then.

Where the hell is coinfire with their inside track when you need them ?
232  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW / Josh Garza discussion Paycoin XPY xpy.io BTCLend LNC. ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: March 25, 2016, 11:38:35 PM
SEALED MOTION to Extend Time to Respond

puzzled by that. The previous requests were not sealed and did not seem to contain any reason for the request. Simply a right as it were without having to give a reason? Now that those are used up, do they now request an extension and have to provide a reason, thus it is sealed (so no one can see why this time)?  Or is the actual request to extend time itself supposed to be sealed - which it clearly isn't since it is in black and white right there.
233  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW / Josh Garza discussion Paycoin XPY xpy.io BTCLend LNC. ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: March 25, 2016, 11:31:55 PM
Damn.  Delay tactic for sure.

Quick checking, indeed Michael is admitted to Connecticut while Marjoree isn't. Got to think though this means he's in for the trial of his life.

http://www.ballardspahr.com/people/attorneys/grudberg-michael.aspx

http://www.ballardspahr.com/people/attorneys/peerce-marjorie.aspx

So what the fuck have they been doing now months on end.  Surely Michael could have taken it to trial? Maybe they have been trying to negotiate something privately and it has all failed, and it is now show-time and the bigger gun is need to take it to trial?

hahaha - awesome, whatever it is it is costing someone a fucking fortune. Keep dragging it out bitches.

There will be no escape for Homero. The .gov wants and will get its pound of flesh!

Very interesting:

A motion to seal is a formal request that is submitted to the court to prevent evidence and transcripts related to a specific court case from being available to the general public. An attorney who is licensed to practice in the jurisdiction where the case is heard usually initiates a motion of this type, although many jurisdictions will allow private citizens to file the motion through a court clerk. A court request to seal records is common in many situations, especially when the welfare of a minor could be adversely impacted if the court records were made readily available to the general public

Homer's big day is 1 week away.

I see it yet again is another Friday, aside from being April Homero day. Starting to think the lawyers select Friday's then whine to the Judge they can't make it, can they please have another extension.

Now what is this about then:

Quote

Request

pro hac vice

(proh hock vee-chay) prep. Latin for "this time only," the phrase refers to the application of an out-of-state lawyer to appear in court for a particular trial, even though he/she is not licensed to practice in the state where the trial is being held. The application is usually granted, but sometimes the court requires association with a local attorney.

Interesting I wonder if it is that smug POS "Dave" the in-house counsel who knew full and well what was going on and guided Homero accordingly. Does for trial really mean that, or is it another delay tactic. Bring in that loser, like at 11:59 pm Thursday March 31st then plead with the judge for more time in order for him to get "associated with a local attorney"?

Found the email addresses for the SEC team on the case. I take it they represent the people in this case against Homero, perhaps it should be known to them that we do not accept another delay attempt by Homero and his team. What possible reason can this punk keep requiring extensions on facing the music. SEC must put its foot down if there is a third attempt at delaying the inevitable.

http://www.plainsite.org/dockets/2opncref9/connecticut-district-court/securities-and-exchange-commission-v-garza-et-al/

Only reason I can think if is that Homero is trying to scrape together the money owed?  Roll Eyes

one custom made blow up Elon Musk doll patched condition
one used porcelain set of dental veneers, slightly yellowed
one box assorted glass dildos fair condition

So where's that little BITCH  Homero? February 26th - Friday- was the Day of Reckoning. For some peculiar reason they decided to buy some time and got an extension to Wednesday, 2nd March - one week from today.  Putting on my little thinking cap, I tried to find some significance in that date:

http://www.calendar-365.com/calendar/2016/March.html

Date  Sunrise Sunset Length of day

March 2, 2016 6:17 17:36 11h 19m

Nothing. Nothing of significance that I can find. Could it be a birth day? His hers theirs someone's? Being the pretend bible thumper that he is, it could be considered a whooooo "b a d" OMEN666 of sorts? Friday the something 26 teen thingamajig?

Big deal, we can wait. I strongly suspect he is going to take the fall. Uncle Stu and his apron didn't make it this far and long in Cantor Fitzgerald because of Elise alone. Howard of course is another matter he will protect his at whatever cost it takes. Some sniveling little street hustler called Homero from the gutters of who knows where, ain't gonna taint CF or any of its members.  Cry  So sad, there Homero thought he achieved his ultimate goal, hit the big leagues, up there with his idol Bernie M.  See ma, look how successful I am, I got the biggest oldest law firm in the nation at my beck and call. Aren't I great  Roll Eyes...hey guys the bestest most experienced judge in the entire land is hearing my case, just how important am I  Roll Eyes

See that is how Homero thinks. It's not what he does, it is how big what he does that is important to him. Be it success or a fuck up, neither is important. It's the size that matters. How fucking weird is that.

And this....

Been troubling me for some time having noted it ages ago when it first all came out.

Ball Cupping, Reach A Rounds and this?

Not that there is anything wrong with that  Roll Eyes it just adds to the equation. I asked what seems like so long ago, I wonder which part of the yard Homero will belong to ... the Homero side of the yard or the Josh side of the yard. Or now perhaps the or "that" other side of the yard ?

Yep, we were just discussing his crackhead behavior again over on the GH forum - https://forum.gethashing.com/t/scam-gawminers-paybase-zencloud/67/14852
Page 2of5 shows the electrical he fucked around with to operate his rented house like a part of GAW.

Homero forwarded the list to his lawyer buddy in VT after trying to get his deposit back and said this:

Jessica,

Thanks for that added list you gave me. I wanted to let you know that I
was able to get all of this done last night for you.

1. Nest in the master bedroom (Completed)
2. Shower head (Completed)
3. Cable for Tesla (Completed)
4. 2 Office items in the basement (Completed)
5. Digital door lock (Completed)

The cable for the Tesla is here at the office in the ware house. I would
recommend you have someone professionally install that at the new
location. It's alot of power for me to be hooking up. I gave the shower
head to Reesie. Right now I have the door lock and the Nest with me. I
will need to give those to you sometime.

There was a nice ladder in the basement that could be used at the office
or our house.
I just don't have a truck or a Van to move that kinda stuff.

Thanks

FUCKING THIEVES !  Cheesy
