This is my understanding of the situation also. Active Mining is now up for orders on btct.co. I see buy orders ranging from 0.0001 to 0.00315 per share. Will there be a initial fixed sell price for the shares? Or will they just fill orders arbitrarily? They will be released at a set price. However I am unsure as to the number of shares that are yet to be listed over the two exchanges. Edit - Judging by the faster commenters above I am wrong, but I did think there was a chance of a second 'wave' of shares. From what Ken said, there's no more need for funds for awhile; also there aren't many left from the 10M, so he's probably holding them for later down the road. |

Fantastic news Thank you for the update. News: Ken is flying out to California this week to talk to eASIC. Also this week, we will be getting a finished prototype of the Avalon board around the 23rd from an engineering firm. This firm will also be building the entire device once the board is approved and the chips arrive.

Haha, I've previously done that calculation too. We can hope I see that the price of AMC shares are dropping on bitfunder, they are around 0.0013 now. Ken's " estimated gross combined profit and revenue / share" ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=158806.msg2649462#msg2649462) for 12 months is said to be 0.01108 BTC. That's almost 10 times current share price. Well, the preview of the contract seem like a nobrainer for me, so the only reason for the share price to drop must be lack of confidence that Ken will actually deliver what he estimated. Or am I missing something? I do not lack confidence, many others do not either. On BTCT they are going for 0.001999, just a chance for cheaper shares. 400,000/25,000,000 = 0.016 * 4.5 = 0.072 I'm looking at this formula, 400,000 ASICMINER shares, 25 mil AM shares, ASICMINER is 1.6% share volume of AM, current value of ASICMINER shares is 4.5 (ish), 1.6% of the ASICMINER value is 0.072 per AM share. This formula is based on AM being in the same ball park as ASICMINER, conservative adjustment down to 0.06 per share. Probably ludicrous and way off the mark considering they are overvalued |

I tried looking at Royal Mail too as I presumed they would take it over once in the UK. It accepts the tracking number but doesn't give a delivery confirmation. i'm just glad it arrived |
