Yeah just be patient. If you haven't been following the SEC thread, Burnside has stepped outside for some fresh air. AMC -> ActiveMining is probably not at the forefront of his mind just yet.

anything to do with ACTIVEMINING is out of Burnside's hands at this point.
The security is voted in, and ready for primetime... It's all up to Ken now.

Anyone know what the deal is now that ActiveMining is listed on BTCT?  Still just wait for the automatic transfer I'm assuming?

Yes.  Sit tight, your shares aren't going anywhere.  There isn't a share monster that comes and eats your shares.

Kem's away in California for a couple days to finalize the eASIC deal. Just sit tight—hopefully he will have a chance to do some tenders by the end of the weekend or Monday.

KEN, I recommend that you advertise here, http://info.btc123.com/index_btcchina.php

Chinese people have used it here to see the transaction price.

A question regarding our board members.
Will they get access to important info about ACTM before the rest of us?
If so, that puts them in a very sweet spot of doing good trades in the future.

The board is being assembled as we speak. It may not even include some/all/any of the members currently putting it together. Responsibilities, paperwork, legalities, etc. are being discussed and drawn up. Making sure there are stipulations for inside trading as well as a no-compete clauses are a top priority.

Anyone know what the deal is now that ActiveMining is listed on BTCT?  Still just wait for the automatic transfer I'm assuming?

Ken is in California until at least tomorrow. His meeting is in the morning and I expect that he will be very busy depending on the outcome of said meeting. I would not be surprised if transfers are not taken care of and dividends not payed until at least friday. This week will be very hectic. Please bear with Ken.

okay i read 40 pages of this thread and the answer seems to have slightly changed; i'll ask this question one more time: if i hold shares on BTCT, do i need to tender the shares to be included in the 10M that receive the initial dividends. from previous posts, the answer appears to have been send via internal transfer to amctender1 but now it appears that activemining security is now its own listing and that AMC-PT will automatically be converted to activiemining AND receive the initial divs? if someone could clarify this would be great. also the bid on activemining is at .32 whereas the bid for AMC-PT is at .37. just some bids for activemining that woudlnt go through since no sellers would have their asks that low? thanks.

The BTCT shares have always intended to be an automatic switch. i.e you dont need to do anything but wait. Only Bitfunder shares have been tendered manually.

The reason there is only bids for activemining on btc-tc is because no one has any shares in activemining yet, hence no asks

Shares will be automatically tendered from AMC-PT to ACTIVEMINING on btct.co. The bid prices in ACTIVEMINING are just buyers taking up positions in case anyone sells their shares after the automatic tender takes place. Just wait a few days to a week and the automatic tender should take place. If the automatic tender hasn't occurred by then, I expect Ken will provide clarity on the timing.

ALL publicly held shares receive dividends. The only shares not getting dividends are Kens private holdings and that is the case until all publicly owned shares have received a total of .0025btc in dividends since their sale at IPO.
