Why are you even comparing to these services?? Those are purely informative ones. Our rate is an aggregate from a number of exchanges, and you should be comparing apples with apples and at a precisely the same moment in time, not apples with oranges today and tomorrow. |

fee for maintain your card probably ... it could also be that you've overspent. Sometimes there are pending transactions which haven't settled yet, and occasionally you cold make another small transaction taking the balance into the red zone |

Absolutely avoid this company. Feels like SCAM to me.
Super fast about sending you your card and depositing money but beside of that nothing works. Loading your card, withdrawing money, either it is pending or order is not even registred.
Better go to some of the other companys
please, read the definition of the word you are using and don't use it lightly and for no reason. No one would ever take anything from you, your funds are as secure as they could be in the bitcoin world. i keep an eye on this service but as for me, the 3-5% you say for loading is very many to loose one the way. better withdrawal to bank at 0.09€ commission that i have from the exchange ...  of course this have some negatives also but not 3-5% !!! Go for spectrocoin or xapo, they only charge 1.5-2% what's with all the hype about 5%?? where is it coming from? someone shouted on the corner, now everybody spreading the rumour?.. |

Закрадываются смутные сомнения, то логины из России отключают на более чем сутки, саппорт сутками не отвечает, я например жду хоть какой то информации о заказанной карте 18/01/2017, за которую между прочим списать 17$ вы не забыли, деньги не большие но настораживает ваше молчание и волей не волей встает вопрос о доверии к такому сервису.
Т.е. случись чего вы просто отключите логин из России, саппорт игнорит, и "давай досвидания" ?
логины были отключены в целях безопасности - в тот день была очередная DDOS атака из России, думаю, не надо здесь объяснять, что это такое, и что каждый финансовый сервис и банк подвергаются им регулярно. Все было решено без единой потери, все средства пользователей в полной безопасности. Могу предвосхитить следующий вопрос "А почему же не предупредили и не объявили об этом?" Ответ простой: если бы каждый банк или финансовый сервис каждый раз объявлял о каждой атаке, 90% пользователей давно бы получили сердечный приступ. Было бы круто жить в добром и совершенном мире, но реальность такова, какова есть, и главное - это способность сервиса своевременно и эффективно защищаться от подобных атак, а на 100% избежать их, к сожалению, в принципе, невозможно |

саппорт работает практически круглосуточно. Но имеет место серьезный бэклог, есть такой момент, поэтому задержки с ответами. Какой у вас номер неотвеченного тикета? Для меня уже не актуально. Там не такой важный вопрос, решил уже с помощью другого сервиса, у вас смотрю и без меня у саппорта проблем выше крыши. Да вы врядли погоду сделате. А сервис такой хороший был год назад. год назад было раз в 5 меньше пользователей и карт. Мы кардинально перерабатываем платформу, процесс непростой, но в итоге, станет намного лучше чем было. Пожалуйста, отнеситесь с пониманием к временным сложностям.. Ключевой момент - безопасность средств пользователей, в этом никаких компромиссов быть не может. Возникающие косяки все разрулим, вопрос только в возможных задержках, над которыми тоже работаем - команду саппорта за последнее время увеличили почти вдвое, просто еще не завершен процесс обучения и ввода в строй |

Получила ответ, мне сказали что они сожалеют, но курс от них не зависит.
Собственно я не дура, и понимаю что курс не зависит от них, вопрос в том что не расторопная работа саппорта повлекла за собой убытки и почему-то убытки легли на мои плечи.

Hi Wirex, I would like to ask you one thing. Is there any problem with the deposits of bitcoins? Because I'm trying to generate a new btc address but every time it fails.
Their system is from 1970s, it will work, but only if you give it good 10-20 minutes per action. I was unloading my card to btc and took me good 40 minutes to complete my action. Trying to transfer my bitcoin from ecoin to my wallet for 20 minutes already, just watch a tv series or something while it's generating. It's fun to see other providers who are pretty new to the game have flawlessly working system and wirex/e-coin can't fix theirs for years Edit : Here we go again, a pending transaction stuck on wirex, classic situation. Time to make a ticket and wait 2 weeks for response, oh yes! it's not the system, it's the blockchain. Delays with deposits and transfers are the backside of having individual wallets rather than all users' funds sitting in the same hot wallet. It offers more security, but due to the imperfection of the blockchain itself, such architecture sometimes results in delayed transactions. We are currently re-considering it, but would you 100% trade security for speed?.. |

you tried to load your unverified card via PayPal, which is no longer allowed by the bank (has been the case for several months now), which has led to the bank blocking your account - we had nothing to do with it, either with the attempted load (not via our platform, but via 3rd party), nor with the block itself. We are trying to resolve this with the bank, but they don't have the procedure for refund, the only straightforward way to get the money is to verify the account and the pending amount will be loaded. We will certainly keep trying, but it is not really correct of you to blame us for your own mistake.. |

My deposit with BTC has almost 100 confirmations and it's still in pending status . Totally dissapointed , i'm paying a 3% fee to have my money the time i want them and not when your system decides to . My case is 58005 .
It most of the time has nothing to do with their system or servers but with the banks they are dealing with , think of them like an intermediate between you and the bank. I can understand that , but their support could at least send a reply to my ticket or tehy could make an announcement that are facing some problems . Any option to work on a CDN version in the future? i think it would be HUGE! ;p
hello, yes, your understanding is correct. It's the standard 3% charged by Visa/MasterCard and issuing bank. If you buy online from US based stores in USD though, there won't be any FX conversion fee. We are thinking about adding Canadian dollar. It won't be tomorrow, but it hopefully will come. First time user with e-coin, verified account, tried to fund my card via bank transfer, 2 weeks after, no money , no refund, no answer from e-coin support after the "5-7 working days" minimum wait time. Tried to contact gosha, no answer as well.

Your First option is to stop screaming "SCAAAAM!" here and there. That won't help you at all. Yes, there are issues, like with any service growing fast and offering new features all the time, but none of the issues of any user is left unresolved. Please, look at facts, not emotions ok? I am only speaking from my cases. Usually my blockchain wallet, google conversion and coindesk.com rate differ by less then 0.5%. When I load my card I always get 5% less then the amount calculated by those exchange rates. I gave you exact numbers based on 200$ load in my last post.
even the fact that your 5% doesn't match the other users' "cases" speaks for itself. Do you think you are "charged" more than any/everyone else? I don't know what more to tell you then. No I don't think I am being charged more than others. The fact is that you say the card loading fee is 0$ or that the fee is 0% when in reality your exchange rate is 3-5% worse than average exchange rate. If you disagree with this I can compare your exchange rate with an average rate over the course of one week just to prove it because I have been using your service for a couple of months and I see this. Just to make it clear I think it is perfectly normal for you to have some kind of fees since you have to earn money to operate service somehow. But I don't like the fact that you don't want to admit to this and say how much is the fee because it clearly isn't 0%. we say that what you see is what you get, and it is so. It's a matter of wording. Other wording was used before and it didn't really work well. On the other hand, try to find a better buy BTC rate than we offer. No one is complaining about that for some reason |
