Going down at the same time as pirate doesn't prove he was using pirate. He could have been using zeekrewards directly. Clipse has clearly stated that funds were put into BTCST. I would quote but the thread is locked https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=60717.msg707188#msg707188"After a week of negotiations surrounding this mess that I am fully to blame for, well aside from the fact BTCST should have paid out by now" "All details above would be sorted out ahead of time if BTCST funds gets paid out before end of October and if BTCST payout ahead of time I will update the total extra interest to accomodate the earlier payouts but it will be in daily proportions on interest. " "The plan above is to ensure that if BTCST doesnt payout before end of October or worst case never pays out then atleast I can get everyone their funds back even though it would cost me alot out of my pockets and all my contract profits in the process. "

I'd wait a day or two since he might actually be away right now. I would also file a police report and start figuring out where he lives rather than getting him a scammer tag. So, exahash, when do you stop mining?

Yeah.. I am owed nothing compared to a chunk of you guys.... Hopefully everything works out
Some of us are still mining at Bonuspool.. (not me). I think that's insane.

I think Clipse once wrote that friend of his was working on the new site and adding some more stats and stuff. I assume this is our mysterious Jonathan who doesn't read the forums, doesn't know that we was supposed to pay the pending rewards to miners but is still moving coins around. Let's take the tin foil hat off for a while. Clipse has been aroung for a long time. There must be several people who know him. I doubt that he has always hid his IP when using the forum. That service provider from UK is forced to reveal some information if criminal charges come into question. So running with only few thousand BTCs is stupid. But yes, possible. I'm still at denial phase so I believe we'll all get paid

Name/phone shouldn't be a problem because of that website. One service provider is from UK which helps a lot since some of the miners are from EU (if this goes forward and we are talking about fraud). I think it's fair to say that we are talking over 20k€ here. I wouldn't be surprised if it's lot more than that.
Jonathan probably stole all the coins and that's why we can not be paid.

We'll find out soon, considering it's already Thursday. I really hope the vacation until Oct 12-13 isn't a desperate hope that Pirate starts paying people back on the 12th, otherwise everyone can probably count their coins as gone.
Clipse hasn't been online since Sept. 29th so he might actually be on vacation/away from the computer at least. Why bother lying about some Jonathan keeping eye of the pool, making payments etc. if he's going to run. I really hope this is just a big misunderstanding between Jonathan and Clipse. On the other hand, pool is still operational and everyone can check that pool IP relaying transactions several times a day. Clipse has the coins, that's for sure. He is just not paying. No excuse. Nice way to ruin a good business.

Sooo, no coins. Now we can start speculating.
Jonathan = this is how one gets a two week head start? Maybe Jonathan just forgot he was supposed to make the payments?
I somehow still believe we are getting our coins. I guess this is the denial part of a scam victim. Yes I said it, scam.
Pool's IP address is still relaying transactions so why the hell can't we get our coins? Typing this and opening the whole thread probably put me at the end of the line.

Hard to post since it's locked. Clipse is only one who can open-post-lock.

Deadline was set about a month ago. Clipse is away for two weeks. I'm guessing he left before 30th of Sept and couldn't make the payments. He has arranged his friend to make the payments. Maybe Jonathan (friend I mentioned earlier) doesn't know when he as time to make all the payments. As far as I know, they are made manually.
This is just my view of the situation and might very well be wrong. If this deadline is really missed then there's no excuse and we can start discussing about missing deadlines and being dishonest on purpose (and this community loves drama).
I think this whole situation is handled pretty well compared to others who lost money with pirate (although pirate wasn't supposed to be involved).

Are we going to see watercooled ASICs?

Can not really recommend this buyer. Doesn't answer to PMs even though he has been online several times. We almost had a deal but now that it's time to pay - nothing.

What a coincidence. I was just thinking about Bonuspool today.
This should be last week before payout so I'd assume that if something had changed, Clipse would have posted.
I could actually start mining at Bonuspool since it's the last week.
Just to clarify: Clipse's original plan is to pay all the coins mined before 31st of August at the end of September. Coins mined during September are paid no later than at the end of October. So that's what I mean with the "last week". I don't know if pool got the needed 100GH extra to clear all the payments at the end of September.

Wortwhile? No.
Laptops are not designed to operate on 100% load for several days (and mining is 24/7 so we are talking several weeks here). Mining will only damage the laptop.

I'm away for two days and there's already a new scandal. I love this place. If you are stupid enough to play the lottery.. Well, you would have lost the money anyway (just joking) Regards, Customer with an order of several SC Singles
