221  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Blockchain.info problems on: January 15, 2018, 02:44:08 PM
There are some similar problems with blockchain.info wallet in the last few months, fortunately, I have left this wallet provider before it happens.
It seems they can't keep up with too many demands as newcomers tend to use this wallet as a start in bitcoin-world.
Better to use electrum wallet or hardware wallet such as Ledger Nano S.

if you have faced this error with your blockchain wallet from long time when you are attemed to send the bitcoin to other wallet but showed that error.i can solved this issue within 30 minutes.
connect with me and message me if you need help of this problem.

224  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Looking for everyone's thoughts on: January 07, 2018, 11:58:43 PM
Obviously, this will be a low rate, but I have seen some say that as low as 1BC=$13.5k, is this plausible?

Yes, it's plausible. If you can get this price, consider yourself as lucky due to current price tend to increase, over $16,000 at the moment.
Bitcoin fall to $12,980 in December, 31st and around $13,363 in January 3rd (https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bitcoin/#charts). I'm not sure if you can get the same price in the nearly future, maybe after few weeks when bitcoin get corrected again, it will fall to around $13,000 for sure.
225  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-01-05] Report Reveals 18% of Investors Buy Bitcoin With Borrowed Money on: January 07, 2018, 11:34:34 PM
It's a risky decision to buy bitcoin or worse > buy altcoins using borrowed money.
How if you buy it at the peak? and the price will go down after you have invested?
Then, most people who have invested using borrowed money will fall into regret and anxiety.
I wouldn't recommend for everyone to trying such things unless you have a backup plan to cover your debt if something goes wrong such as bitcoin price falls for a month or maybe 2-3 months.
226  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: cloud minnig on: January 07, 2018, 11:00:35 PM
would you recommend a cloud mining company?

Most people say it's not profitable, stay away from it or it's better to buy ASICs and mine bitcoin in your home.
The most legit cloud mining around is genesis mining, but you can't make profit by investing a small amount as you need big hashrate to generate profits.
Bitcoin hashrate will be available in few days: https://twitter.com/GenesisMining/status/947876306682867712
Do not buy Gold package ($179 for 1,000 GH/s), just buy Platinum ($845 for 5,000 GH/s) or Diamond package ($3975 for 25,000 GH/s)
227  Economy / Speculation / Re: Great Signs Today for Bitcorn on: January 07, 2018, 10:33:12 PM
The price of Bitcorn dropped from mid-17000s to mid-16000s recently, but *the volume was decreasing during the price decrease*.

This price-volume factor suggests that a trend reversal may be coming - Bitcorn may be going up.

At the same time, notice that XRP has had a couple of waves up.

The most recent one has shown a price increase with volume decrease, which is also anti-trend, possibly suggesting a reversal.

You said;
Bitcoin > price and volume decrease             = the price will rise
xrp      > price increase but volume decrease = the price will fall

I don't know how it works about price and volume, never pay attention to the volume before.
XRP price increase in the early of the year such as in 2017 due to banks use xrp to move their funds, but it will come to the end after few months, maybe in April or May.
But bitcoin may fluctuate at the current range for a while such as in the last few weeks, bitcoin has some minor rises and decline, it will increase if scale development implemented or the acceptance of bitcoin increases.
228  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Which exchanges are functional right now? on: January 07, 2018, 03:53:25 PM
Even the ones i'm with are not answering when I try to change the address on my account (which i need to do before I cash out any coin ..for tax purposes).

Which exchange do you use? I assume you live in the US, right? as you have to pay taxes for withdrawal cash out of the exchange.
are you referring to coinbase or gdax? have you ever tried Kraken?
Do you mind if I ask where do you live? which city? as maybe you can visit an exchange office to do over the counter transaction to withdraw fiat currency.
Or else, you can try to check the localbitcoins website or offer personal trade to someone in this forum who lives in the same city as you, but be careful to do this, make sure to use escrow or meet in person.
229  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO]FAST INVEST - Real FinTech Business, More Than 8500 Customers, 50 Team on: January 07, 2018, 03:23:30 PM
I have checked https://fastinvest.com/en/ico looking for information about how much funds that have been invested to fastinvest but can't find it.
Anyone knows how to check it? or fastinvest website does not provide this information?
a question for fastinvest ICO;
A total of 777 000 000 tokens will be generated. From that amount, as much as 50% of tokens generated will go to crowdsale participants
why only 50% available for crowdsale?
230  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-01-06] How Likely Is It That Bitcoin Will Hit $500k In Three Years? on: January 07, 2018, 02:27:14 PM
I thought John Mcafee predicted bitcoin can reach $1 Million in 3 years? it's not just $500K, but he was predicted it $500K before bitcoin reach $10,000.
Bitcoin market affected directly by some countries such as USA, South Korea, and Japan due to these countries has the biggest trading volume.
as long as these crypto-market run so well in this year, we can expect at least 100%  increases from $14K to $28K by the end of the year.
if we're looking at the charts in last year, bitcoin can increase more than 1400% in a year, which mean it can't be predicted precisely.
231  Economy / Economics / Re: Is this the end for bitcoins ? on: January 07, 2018, 01:24:22 PM
There is too many news stated the same thing based on some economist expert or bankers who don't like how bitcoin can grow significantly in the last few years that proved wrong so far, bitcoin still stand strong and may continue to rise in this year and upcoming years.
Bitcoin gain value by people who believe in it as an object of investment for a long-term, but I prefer to consider the value of a better monetary system compared to fiat currency, as long as people still use it, bitcoin won't fade away.
232  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Day Trading (Scalping) and Long term trading on: January 06, 2018, 11:59:19 PM
Whether scalp trading or long-term trading has different results depends on the market and which coin that you want to trade.
For example, if I want to trade eth, ltc, zcoin, dash, xmr or btc, I will hold it for a long-term as it will be more profitable.
But, for most coins such which can fluctuate significantly within minutes, hours or days, I will go for scalp or swing trading, buy a coin, hold it for a while due to pump activity, and sell it at the peak. Honestly, i have never do scalp trading, instead, I'm a "swing trader" (positions are held from days to weeks), such as buy xrp at $1 and hold it few days until reaching $3.5 then sell all of mine.
233  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: We started a cryptocurrency live sync prices platform, take a look on: January 06, 2018, 11:46:36 PM
I have seen many similar sites but can remember all the links, as coinmarketcap is the most famous and I may visit cmc every day.
Maybe I should bookmark this site instead of trying to remember it Cheesy
Well, you have a better site than cmc obviously, better design and "cleaner" because too many ads on cmc right now (kinda annoying)
How long it takes for market prices synchronize? 1 minute? 5 minute?
How to calculate all the market data (prices)?
234  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Lightning Network Incoming: BTC to the MOON ? on: January 06, 2018, 11:30:52 PM
Bitcoin really needs that not just for going to the moon , but just for stable operation. Now is it horrible. mempool is always full, fees are high, that makes the transfers of 15-20$ in BTC value not reasonable. I don't tell about 200-300 dollars , but 10% of fee is unpleasant too.
I believe if LN comes the last BTC forks will go down and stay there . BCH for example.

There is no exact date when it will be implemented, it's still a secret, maybe few weeks, maybe few months, or maybe few years.
a speculation about the lightning network; miners don't want it to be implemented.
Why not? we pay huge fees and miners take it, they make a lot of profits obviously by let us choose to pay a higher fee or waiting for days for transactions to be confirmed.
235  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: What is the amount of bitcoin mined at 3000 GH/s? on: January 06, 2018, 10:40:35 PM
I bought about 3000 GH/s of cloud mining products in TNHmining.(tnh.likesyou.org)

Never heard this website before, is it legit? as most cloud mining has some issues, including payment system.

What is the amount of bitcoin mined at 3000 GH/s at other cloud mining site?

You can check mining profitability on some sites such as:
https://www.coinwarz.com/calculators/bitcoin-mining-calculator and https://www.cryptocompare.com/mining/calculator/btc?HashingPower=3000&HashingUnit=GH%2Fs&PowerConsumption=1293&CostPerkWh=0.1
just fill the hashrate, power cost, fees and then calculate.
You will get almost the same value on both sites.
coinwarz: BTC0.00039064 (daily) and BTC0.00273445 (weekly)
cryptocompare: BTC0.0003906 (daily) and BTC0.002734 (weekly)
236  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-1-5]MARK ZUCKERBERG SAYS BITCOIN COULD COME TO FACEBOOK IN THE FUTURE on: January 06, 2018, 01:53:59 PM
Mark Zuckerberg said: The technology powering bitcoin, which mean blockchain, doesn't mean it will be bitcoin.
The mention of cryptocurrency is likely to be at least partly a reference to blockchain, the technology that powers new kinds of currency like bitcoin. That allows information – to be distributed across a range of computers, rather than centralized in one specific place.
Honestly, it's not so interesting as he might adopt blockchain technology to make Facebook not so centralized, but will be distributed such as "proof of work" of bitcoin technology.
237  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin dominance on: January 06, 2018, 09:06:06 AM
Bitcoin dominance fluctuates according to the market, it is a common thing obviously. Altcoins dominance is nothing compare to bitcoin, whenever altcoins price rises, bitcoin tend to fall and vice versa. But, at the end of the day bitcoin will recover and gain more value such as it is today.
in general, dominance means nothing without utility, some coins such as ethereum and monero tend to rise over time due to the utility it has.
238  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading or not? on: January 06, 2018, 12:16:52 AM
Yes, that is trading, and hold is a common way to avoid loss and waiting for profits. Even if you are waiting for a certain coin to rise again for weeks, months or even a year, it still called trading. In fact, if someone has bought ethereum in January 2017 and be able to hold it until now, he will gain bigger profits compared to sell it after 2 months hold it. You can be one of these traders:
Position Trader – positions are held from months to years
Swing Trader – positions are held from days to weeks
Day Trader – positions are held throughout the day only with no overnight positions
Scalp Trader – positions are held for seconds to minutes with no overnight positions

239  Economy / Speculation / Re: NO ONE CAN STOP BITCOIN IN LONG TERM. on: January 05, 2018, 11:30:34 PM
There are a lot of things that can affect bitcoin especially governments regulations that prohibit bitcoin being used in their country and completely ban exchanges.
Such action will affect bitcoin significantly, it does not matter if some major countries that have big players in the market just allow cryptocurrencies, such as Europe, USA, Russia and South Korea. Bitcoin is unstoppable if more countries regulate cryptocurrency just like the way of Japan and Belarus did.
240  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Let's Build a Solar Mine - Seeking Partners on: January 05, 2018, 10:50:13 PM
Seems a good project. Honestly, if I live in the US, I may want to join in your project even though I'm not a technical guy for electricity or solar system but can learn about it. To build a sustainable mining operation based on the solar system you need more than $100K, right? it's better if you can collect $1 Million to start this project, don't you want to launch an ICO after finding some business partners? wish you luck.
