221  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [NLG] The great Gulden thread on: March 15, 2018, 01:09:05 PM
Rijk has been interviewed bij Financial Focus of ABN AMRO bank. (Clever exposure!)

https://twitter.com/guldenbites/status/974223680128634881?s=21

Haha, the first two lines of the interview already reveal the lying nature of my alterego! It starts with:

"I remember quite well when I started using the internet, we needed a modem connected to a phone to get on it, it made these strange noises"

Modems that made strange noises were obsolete when ISDN and ADSL arrived in 1995! The guy is 33! So he was already online at an age of 10 (in those days I mind you!)? No wonder he is socially impaired!

Im 26 and I have used the dial in connection to play Warcraft III online.. What are you on about?

Nothing, I just hate the living shit out of my alterego for the lying and cheating SOB that he is!

Thanks Biomike for this new thread.
What a stupid move , to close the other one. For a lot of people G is not a good investment because of Rijk , so I do not see any problem to criticize him.

Do you think that TwoRightsMakeARight has good pressure (btc/ltc/g) or bad pressure from Rijk to close the other thread ?

He never intended to truly ask a question. It was always about drawing attention towards Gulden. And he succeeded massively I might add! It was only when he saw the arguments against became more and more clear and people stopped buying into the lies from the Gulden fanboys he decided to close the thread.
224  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Gulden a bad investment? on: March 13, 2018, 04:14:25 PM
I already opened a new one, to continue: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3116357.0

This guy Rijk should deserve a nuclear kick under his ass for taking this motherload of salary from the premine every month for doing exactly nothing!

His political party also intended to do nothing but we were smart enough to not waste tax money.

He actually managed to get a party asking people to shut the f*ck up and do nothing. He succeeded massively by the way, everyone refrained from voting for him and did absolutely nothing  Grin

Cheers for this new thread!

WE ARE THE RESISTANCE!

226  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Gulden a good investment? on: March 12, 2018, 08:34:48 PM
The reason for the low volumes and price is a verbal boycott by many community members that are unhappy with the dishonest updates. The final straw was the sneak previews that was promised by the development team in the last update that has not materialized. The only way we can get Rijk to respond is talking with our wallets because verbal communication does not work without a ban.

227  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Gulden a good investment? on: March 11, 2018, 10:30:12 AM
Just to help you guys out, I managed to get the first sneak peak of the new Witness wallet!!

You're welcome
228  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Gulden a good investment? on: March 11, 2018, 09:35:32 AM

A screen capture of the wallet would make the complaints go away for at least 3 months. When the community can visually see something has been developed it will make everyone relax. The devs know a screen capture would solve the low price and the negativity problem with this coin.

What possible reasons could they have to delay the sneak previews promised in the last update?

They have nothing to show is the only reason I can think of.

There is another one. Rijk hates his community. He treats them as shit because that's what he thinks they are. They were there to give him $3 mm and shout "hail Rijk" for eons. Not to complain over delays and ask for proof of actual progress.

So, you ask for a screenshot, he ignores and goes back to the hookers and coke.

Reality is a bitch isn't it?

Has the sneak peak been revealed on slack?

Myraidcoins sent me a PM , he has sold all his coins and moved on. Good on him for not doing it in public.

I will do the same if the sneak peak is not revealed next week and it won't be pretty.

Rijk has said many times he does not care about the price, pushing the coin to 100 sat to make a statement is not going to work with Rijk. You will only be hurting the coin and not Rijk, slack users must ask him when is the sneak peak coming and do it in private.

Myraidcoins was a long time supporter of gulden, he would of still gotten out with a good profit. Was it because of the time it's taking to do the sneak peak that made him sell?

of course it's indirectly to do with the sneak peak, all it would take is print screening and pasting the image of the new PoW2 features and carrying on with development.

It shows they far from ready and dragging things out to avoid the price collapsing.

Seriously... people are dumping because of the lack of a screen cap? NLG just works and has a large list of stores that accept it. This is the key selling point of NLG, not some magic fairy dust tech that is looking for an issue to solve.

People are fuming over the screen cap , because they seeing it as a way for the developers to buy more time. How hard can a screen cap be if the software is almost ready?!?! You ask these questions in slack and it gets you banned. What do they have to hide?

Do you think the devs are swindling the community out of their hard earned Euros?

They already have pocketed $3 million worth of BTC, but can't even find the print-screen button on their computer. What do you think?

[edit] Oh wait, they use Apple right? It's [CMD]+[SHIFT]+[4] guys!

Who says I'm not here to help the devs?   Grin

Gulden iOS Development Update

These guys are getting the hang of it, tease away Boys!! 👊

http://guldenbites.com/2018/02/28/ios-development-update/

So there is an announcement that there will be an update on IOS wallet in the future (#soon) that contains no real improvement other than the statement there has been a lot of work done on reorganizing the code?

Wow!  Roll Eyes

Of course this is the first real accomplishment (or at least a rumor of one) of Rijks brother Rits, who has been absorbing a fulltime salary since he joined the dev team almost a year ago. Yup, seems he got the hang of it indeed  Grin

Looking foreward to the “Sneak Peaks” of the new wallets. Hopefully we will see some next week! 🎉🚀

Are the "Sneak Peaks" coming end of March, with written update end of April, more sneak peaks end of May, another written update end of June?

You can stop second guessing. Let the Dutch handle this. Pow2 and Segsig are real!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lfa8fC93Pds

A lot of dumping to take place by Friday if no sneak peaks.

Ah, I see you found a glassbulb somewhere.

Well I disagree with you. I think Gulden has a great future ahead of itself. Only question is: will you be part of it? I am following the Warren Buffet stategy. Invest in stuff you believe in. Not just on price. That will get you fooled to easily. But on product. And the promise it beholds. Gulden is on the brink of writing history. Not just for your wallets. But for crypto as an industry. What the Gulden development team is trying to pull off is a giant leap foreward for the sector. It will change how financials works, how banks work and how governments work. Just give them some slack, to do it right.

We gave them three slacks alteady! They just keep kicking everyone out!  Roll Eyes

Digibyte, rank 55. They doing a lot of development and I sold my gulden to invest in them. On telegram there is a lot more freedom to talk about the positives and negatives they facing. EG. They decided not to join some exchange because they want $100 000 to list coins, they said it's better not to pay because of all the scam ICOs they have added.

Also a lot of Dutch people investing in this coin. They did a big update in 2017 and this week another big update. Gulden last big update was 2016.

https://twitter.com/DigiByteCoin/status/965792518032973824

"#DigiByte v6.16.1 Release summary: Worlds 1st #SegWit GUI wallet! Over 100,000 lines of code changed. 3 new GUI Themes (White, Blue, Black). Speed enhancements. New $DGB address prefix "dgb1" to prevent sending to wrong #blockchain. On par with $BTC 0.16. #P2SH changed '3' to 'S'"

Thx allrdy had some of them but bought 10k more.  It is -10% for the day so i hope it is a good buying oppurtunity right now.

Hope it makes me RIJK  =  Rich in Dutch !   Just joking  Grin

Why would his dad called him RIJK/Rich i ask myself now  Huh

He called his other son Zipper! (Rits). That son also is feeding of the big BTC tit the community gave to the Pissmans (Plasmans)

Honest question to Mr. RichPissman.

Why are you obsessed by Rijk and Gulden?

Obsessed with truth and fairness, not him. I'm only here to counterpart the blatant lies that are spread around Gulden with undeniable facts.

In that case, why do you care that much about blatant lies around Gulden? What's in it for you?

To me it looks like you're trying to retaliate your hurt feelings caused by Rijk by being banned or losing money because you bought the peak and sell the dips.

Are you also trying to counterpart the lies in all other crypto currencies? Or is it just NLG?

Let's just say I have a unique insight in both Guldens present and past. I also have a massive dossier on the deception that has been going on which enriched the founders even more than you can imagine and the lies and abuse they have used to get away with it. I lack this information on other coins, so I focus on the one at hand.

Does it have anything to do with waterloodown leaving the project 2-3 years ago?

Waterloodown is still on the project. He writes the news updates.

Modern day Paul Joseph Goebbels?

Not as active in propaganda though: https://twitter.com/jasongvh

"I'm not one bit interested in balance, what we need is productivity, only that gets Gulden to the next level. If this happens in a critical or euphoric way doesn't interest me at all. This slack is not something any user is entitled to, everybody is merely a guest here. We (Admins and I) decide what happens here, if we don't like something, we act upon it. It has nothing to do with democracy, no one has to be here."

I guess this says enough  Roll Eyes

I have always been against centralized coins, but then I held and still hold Litecoin, which was for a very long time led and determined by one man. He is still at the top today but has already let go of all his coins, so in a way, he already started his distance from it and has said he would stay only until the old ATH is reached.

My point is, it is okay for a coin to be led by one guy, if the community is okay with it. Is this community okay with that?

The Russians were okay with Stalin or Apple was ok with Steve Jobs. Which one is Rijk?

An insult to both Stalin and Jobs?

Why are you insulting yourself like this?

I'm not, I'm insulting him

The only ones allowed in his community are the ones that worship him. The rest is banned and left out in the cold (i.e. leave the community)
