land registry, voting ledgers, healthcare, vehicle registration....on and on. Get rid of central databases and find a complete system to decentralize it all.
222  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Women empowerment? on: September 27, 2017, 08:42:22 PM
Am I the only one who sees that increasing women empowerment will the destruction of society? Because where you go in the world they talked about the women empowerment and giving more power to women.    What do you think about it?

And also give your opinions on double standards??
Everyone should have the same rights in the community irrespective of their gender and i mean transgenders are well, as long as you are human, you should have rights that everyone should enjoy but with these rights one must be accountable for their actions if its disgusting for man to walk around naked the same principles should be applied to all. Equality and fairness should prevail.

Agree with this wholeheartedly. With the OPs personal examples being in a society where women are "confused" or "shy" is a product of society and how they were raised. Has nothing to do with the gender.

JPR you clearly have a following and have turned people off of this ICO that MP is trying to put together. MP and MPX are separate entities from which Dogedigital has expressed. They are doing this in order (my assumptions) to separate the previous investors, which they are paying back, from the current/potential investors in this round. It's also clear that JPR and Dogedigital have history and bad blood between them. It's also clear that with this ICO that they are trying to run is to build the MP brand so that MP can have cashflow to pay back previous investors as well as pay the MPX investors. When I looked into this it appeared to be a solid plan and looked promising. Dogedigital has appeared in this thread to be transparent and accommodating, with the exception being to JPR. JPR admitted that he, along with others unknown, were part of the MP network and at the announcement of MP that they would accept rubies JPR along with others purchased, and gave away rubies, as promos in order to lure potential customers. For some reason, business or other, MP didn't accept rubies. JPR is now demanding that MP pay back 6+ BTC with interest and demands that MP buy his rubies at a set upon price. It is unknown what agreement was made for a floor price for 1000 sat each.

Clearly this is an ANN for an ICO for MPX, not personal grudges or pre-determined, or not, agreements to be made.

Have I missed anything?

yes you missed all points! go back and do your homework and DD

you are a newbie with few postings. I wouldnt even say that you are an alt of one of the MP owners cause they wouldnt write such a BS

Just because I don't have as many posts as you, I've been on the forum for quite some time. I am not an alt of the op.

So what points have I missed? please explain.

225  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is neither a currency nor a store of value ! on: September 27, 2017, 02:26:42 AM
The fact that there is a strong consensus against my comment is a good sign that Bitcoin is a pyramid scam. When you cannot find new people to join the party then the party will end and it will hurt badly.

If you want to understand what a currency should be then read Hayek.

Bitcoin is a world wide web cellular automata burning real people money in order to survive.

You come on a forum for bitcoin and cryptocurrencies, then trash talk it, then expect everyone to say you are right? Why'd you come to this forum in the first place? Just because there is a consensus against your purely contradictory opinion doesn't mean anything other than you came to the wrong place to spread your FUD.

What exactly are you referring to with Hayek? He existed in a state where monetary policy was dictated by governments, bitcoin and other cryptos are contrary to that model and completely different. You should try to understand rather make blanket statements that don't support your theory and then dismiss any argument to the contrary.
226  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is neither a currency nor a store of value ! on: September 26, 2017, 10:01:35 PM
The goal of any currency is to maintain its value constant at least on the short term for the people who are using it and Bitcoin cannot achieve this with a fixed quantity of tokens. You can call it a collectible item like stamps or trading cards or consider it as some form of cybernetic art but please don’t call it a currency!

It is also not a store of value as it doesn’t produce useful work. No work = no dividend = stay away from it!

I’m not an anticrypto, I think Bitcoin is a great experiment but a failed one and hopefully we can design a proper crypto currency.

Actually the goal of currency is to trade store of value, not remain constant. Even fiat currencies change in price through inflation/deflation. Look at what happened in Greece, Italy, Spain, Venezuela, and Zimbabwe. Just because you don't understand it doesn't mean it's not currency. People use it every day around the world as currency.

What work does fiat currency produce? It's just a form of something perceived of value being transferred to another, and doesn't pay dividends itself.

If you think it's a scam, then stay away from it and go about your slave wage life. Why spread FUD in a forum specifically for cryptocurrencies?

I wonder if the US govt will try to get their fiat into crypto to move themselves away from the FED and control their own currency instead of the banks.

Have you tried looking into the moneypot ICO?

Love what you're doing. Have you thought about adding Bitcoin Cash as a contributing coin as well?
230  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Rivetz (RvT) ICO is ended and anybody not seeing your tokens in MEW? on: September 24, 2017, 04:18:56 AM
If you're looking to invest in a good ICO try looking at the moneypot ICO. The holder of tokens will get a weekly payout of their profits until they do a buyback of the tokens.

Along with what everybody else is saying that either your vendor is trying to scam you or it is possible that when you copied the address that you got a different address than what the vendor usually has. It's a type of malware that could be on your box where a spoof address is put in place of the vendors valid one in the hope that the person just copies and pastes the address without looking to make sure that it is the correct one. Talk with the vendor and ask to make sure that you have the correct address from what he gives you. If different check your box/browser to ensure you don't have any bugs that could've messed with the transaction.
232  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: ALT Coin Investment? on: June 27, 2016, 03:42:14 PM
I understand those are out there, and I have a few different ALTs already. I was thinking of starting a business kinda like arbitrage trading with ALTs and/or BTC. I was just thinking of getting the general consensus of the community at large to see if they would be open to something like that and jumping through the hoops of the U.S. regulations to make it a legit company in the eyes of everyone. IMO there has been a decided lack of legit companies that won't take your coin and run. I'd like to at least make a dent in that sphere and try to put something trusted for people out there.
233  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / ALT Coin Investment? on: June 27, 2016, 01:44:21 PM
So I've been looking around and really haven't found any real investment opportunity in investing and growing the ALT coins that I have. Is there one that isn't a scam? If so, what type of investment is it?

On that same note I've been thinking of creating an investment company that is in the United States and registered with the U.S. Gov. through FINCEN and such as a money transmitter. After going through such pain I would hope that would prove at first glance that the company wasn't a scam. What would the general consensus be of the community for a legit investment opportunity for ALT coins? At first, to make it viable, the accepted coins would be limited. What would be the best coins for such an endeavor? Before I go down the rabbit hole of figuring out the particulars I was thinking I'd hit the community to see what the opinion would be for something like this and if it'd be worth it.

You can always try faucets to start out if you don't want to buy. Will take some time, but if done correctly you can get something where you can re-invest to get more. Try my site (in my signature) to help you out.
