is anyone mining on minep.it having issues with payouts? mining seems fine but payouts do not seem to be happening

I stopped mining there because I can't log in to see my dashboard, owner is not responding to support mail or pm on here. When I try to log in I'm sent to the Doge pool page, rather weird.

Here you go guys! The new Windows QT client , it now instantly syncs up without a conf file. Also has new checkpoints so there won't be any confusion.

Is that any different. Help says it is 0.8.6.0-beta, same as last release you uploaded?
226  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [PRE-ANN][QBC] Québecoin - X11 - DGW - Launching tomorrow at 8:00 EST TIME! on: April 19, 2014, 01:29:59 PM
Anyone has any idea about why the windows wallet does not sync?

I've added the nodes to the québecoin.conf file and still no luck

Adding the nodes manually from the debug console worked for me, and since then starting with two identical config files (with and without the accent) seems to sync ok.  No idea which of the two config files is being used.  Anyone know of the equivalent of lsof for windows?

I had it working adding the nodes manually, but I'm sure it's not using the conf files because I've tried to start with the -server option and it says I need to set up a rpcuser/pass that is already configured in both files, with and without accent.. so I'm lost

Same problem here, I got it to sync but have same error when I try -server option Huh

PRECISELY.

Obviously needs to have pools established so solo miners don't get a look in  Roll Eyes

Vast majority on Windows and no windows wallet does not bode well. I hope it's not going to be like Maxcoin launch.
230  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Bitcoin acceptance - write to your energy co. on: April 17, 2014, 02:22:37 PM
With electricity costing so much and being the actual force that creates bitcoin through mining why not write to your electricity supplier and suggest they accept bitcoin as payment.
Any supplier who decided to accept bitcoin would no doubt garner many new customers, especially miners as they would be able to bypass exchanges with their earnings.

It's starting to look like the maxcoin launch, as others have said why launch when most of the country are asleep and no working wallet, the site download link says "Installation instructions are included in the Zip file below" but there is no example config file, no nodes listed so wallet won't sync.
I was very interested in this coin being in the UK myself but after hanging around till 1:30 am last night I think i'll forget it.

Just wondering if anyone knows why the difficulty quoted on blockexplorer, which incidentally is same as shown in pools stats, is different to what is shown in my solo miner ie at time of writing solo mining on groestl using config.

sgminer --gpu-platform 0 -k myriadcoin-groestl -o  http://localhost:10889 -u user -p password -I 12 -g 2 -w 64 --gpu-engine 1160 --gpu-memclock 1000

As can be seen miner reports diff as 221 but block explorer (http://myriad.theblockexplorer.com/) quotes diff 316.15271549?

u sure you weren't mining qubit in your conf ? Smiley

Spot on Foodies, I forgot to change my config. Roll Eyes Thank you.

I found a very useful video tutorial on solo mining here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r-dF8X2_aJI , hope it helps someone.

Great guide thank you.
Using Sapphire R9 270X I'm managing a steady 147 Mh/s with gpu temp at 64C and still able to browse and play web based card games without any lag.

cgminer --skein -o stratum+tcp://*pool:port* -u ** -p ** --no-submit-stale -I 10 -g 2 -w 64 --gpu-engine 1100 --gpu-memclock 1000 --thread-concurrency 8192

238  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / New ransomware CryptoDefense on: April 04, 2014, 12:33:22 PM
This new ransomware is not good news for Bitcoin as it specifically asks for payment in Btc via Tor browser which could obviously give people the impression that Bitcoin is linked to criminals.

Can someone give an idiots guide as to how it is possible to fake shares on a pool, I'm not into the technical stuff and don't want to be wasting electric if I'm not getting my fair shares. Smiley
240  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [MYR] Myriad - Multi Algo - SHA or Scrypt or Qubit or Skein or Groestl on: April 01, 2014, 09:34:58 PM
Anyone with spare Skein Power, have a look @

https://myrskein.suprnova.cc

Currently testing the code and looking for first Block, should work fine though Smiley
Naturally no fees, payouts every minute etc.

Its cool to see that Myriad finally goes up again, I did not believe it at first :-)

I'll give you a try, mined with you on Max, god luck.

Thanks, we're just trying to figure out if the code is correct, as there are lots of buggy implementations, we simply wrote our own.. But yet have to find a block to make sure it is working.

At least it should not take too long as diff with Skein is relatively low (at least now.. Smiley)

Others are also invited to join the test, its free, no fees at all at the moment.

Don't know why but I'm getting loads of "accepteds" of 0/0 and 1/1 whereas I was getting much higher numbers on other pools. Any ideas?
