hi there,

would be really cool if I could buy monero nodes from you while paying with monero.

I know there are workarounds like xmr.to, but that's not exactly the same feeling, as buying directly.

you could also set up a xmr donation adress for your great service Wink
223  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Looking for a "justdice" BTC casino on: July 14, 2015, 11:41:02 AM
Justdice doesnt accept BTC anymore?

Is their a similar casino that allows investing as well as betting?
Sorry for the noob question, there are just so many dice sites and casino now I got tired of looking through each one. If someone was nice enough to help me it would be appreciated

where have you been the last 1.5 years? your acc is from dec 2013.

anyway, check out dicesites.com to get an idea where to go.  Wink

Surely your chances of making a single new friend every two months for the next three years is greater than 1%, right?

I won't sell ... magic beans to new friends.

you have magic beans from master korin?  Shocked
225  Economy / Securities / Re: What you guys call "an investment in a gambling website" on: July 14, 2015, 08:41:48 AM
wrong board imo  Wink

but to answer your question: it's not a real investment since people are not buying shares of the site in question.

it's more "bankrolling", people pool their crpytos into the sites bankroll and get profit/losses according to their % of the bankroll, if a player loses/wins.

you can check dicesites.com from NicoNL to get an idea of the feature and the respective performance of each site.

generally spoken, while this form of "investment" can be profitable it is extremly risky and therefor not recommended.
226  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero Speculation on: July 14, 2015, 08:33:35 AM
maybe a nice faucet could help with a little growth/promotion. afaik there's going to launch one rather soon, hopefully before the 8.8.

I prefer this thread as making money and helping others to make money also is more my way.

I'm truly interested in your definition of money.
For me money is starting to be anything else than fiat...

What do you mean by money? Wealth in general (just holding the cheapest coins possible to sell them high later)?
Or fiat?

I know, it's probably me, but I really get confused about people talking about making money on this website.

you can safely ignore TC without missing anything  Smiley he's like our retarded mascot. almost always been here but no one is taking him seriously.
231  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: cryptotipz scammed on Just-Dice on: July 13, 2015, 05:26:44 AM
justice has been served, at least a little, which is very nice to see  Smiley

if you can't decide what to do with the leftover clams, what about some kind of promo/prize? the way I understand it, it was investor money KD won with his scam money, and those investors would surely agree to some additional traffic to get it back.

233  Local / Deutsch (German) / Re: Lieferando: "Zu wenig Kunden würden Bitcoin nutzen" on: July 11, 2015, 11:10:23 AM
2 Jahre später... mir schreiben sie nun:

Quote

this whole dadice thing is pretty weird, no matter from which perspective you're looking at it, it's a fail. but for some reason the operators refuse to let it die already.

they failed as a scam, since no real whale or big investor will choose their site.

and they also failed as a "legit" business, since their reputation is burned and they're not making any profit while wasting money on their marketing.

so, what is this thing?  Huh

Who knows. Maybe a hope if they keep going people will believe they aren't a scam and start throwing money at it. Who really knows what these guys are up to. They are seriously incompetent at Math, writing websites and running a business. So maybe its a high school project? Huh

sounds plausible to me. Cheesy

but seriously, they already spent over 60btc on their sig campaign alone (https://blockchain.info/de/address/13tcm29K3N39uSsiDRLN9aQwLdvA9zFWJv) while only making  43btc profit on site (stats.dadice.com). and that profit probably also includes a substantial amount of faucet btc they already owned before. there is no way this is turning into something profitable.

are they some kind of honeypot? like the us gov going after american gamblers?   Grin

ps: I sell tinfoil for xmr, pm me  Wink

I think it would be a good idea to have a GUI Wallet ready when BTC enters the next bullmarket. This would clear the entry barrierers in the right moment  Smiley

there is already more than one GUI wallet out there. I hope your campaign manager doesnt pay you for such spam.
