221  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: WON 2000+ LTC on Fortunejack - is Fj broke ? on: June 17, 2018, 08:27:22 PM
I don't think that they will try to steal your coins. It is just standard operating procedure. When you increase your deposit by 3x, naturally it raises a few eyebrows. They will allow the withdrawal only after confirming that you haven't done any cheating or hacking.

I agree there is a standard procedure to check user's bets before releasing funds especially if we are talking about big amount but the standard procedure should be clear. At least give the user an approximate time on how long the process will be done. Based on what we have seen (as posted by Lutpin), they took up to 4 months to process big withdrawal. Is that a standard time? I believe it can be done much more faster,  a month is even too long time for such verification process.
Seeing OP got an email response of withdraws being possible in small batches maybe he needs to lower amount to be processed other than withdrawing everything, but that should not be the issue as they do not have it in their T&Cs and seeing the times others have waited for large withdraws to process I wouldnt go big with such a service provider but just as others have said lets wait for Monday as its a world cup weekend
222  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why did my tokens get sent out of my wallet on: June 17, 2018, 02:57:38 PM
I had 5 BREEZECOIN tokens and they got randomly sent out to some contract, I did not send them and I am worried someone had access to my account. It might be normal but I am pretty concerened
This is not by any chance normal !!

When funds are sent out from a wallet you hold the key to and likely the only person that knows it and finds tokens been sent out without you actually sending them out then your wallet has been compromised and the next step is to stop any future coins from going to this wallet asap!
223  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoins price is falling. on: June 17, 2018, 02:18:47 PM
Bitcoins price is greatly decreasing right now would it affect the price of other coins if this continuous?
Maybe we ignoring the fact that the crypto market isn't getting any new money to accommodate the growth

As I understand this, money just keeps circulating around bitcoin and new & old altcoins with out a fresh source of fiat to see this growth through and wih more alt coming in money will just be changing hands unless we get a new bag of funds.
224  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA WORLD CUP 2018? on: June 15, 2018, 08:32:57 PM
Talk about sport entertainment! Ronaldo rose to the occasion and wrote the records books by being the first player to score a hattrick against Spain and this puts him in the race for the golden boot and mounts more pressure on other top players like messi,  kane,  neymar and others....hope we see more electrifying like the spain-portugal game
225  Economy / Speculation / Re: what would happen to bitcoin in near future? on: June 15, 2018, 11:26:59 AM
some says soon it will go up again, some says it will take years to recover.

What do you think and why?
As far as I know all predictions stand as speculative because the crypto market is unpredictable

But what will influence the price is how our regulators handle the crypto chapter as any bad need will see a drop in price and any good news will push prices up again and hopefully see btc fully recover.
226  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency courses, thoughts? on: June 15, 2018, 08:06:23 AM
I came up to this recently https://www.coursera.org/learn/cryptocurrency
Has anyone tried enrolling in a cryptocurrency related course?
I think been a person who learns on the job I think such courses are for people who are completely new to the world of crypto

And maybe some government personnel mandated to come up with ways of regulating cryptos....

Anyone who has completed one, either online or offline one. Any thoughts on taking one?
11 weeks only! I will introduce a few friends to this, hope they will take up this challenge: )
227  Economy / Gambling / Re: Sportsbet.io best ever bitcoin bookie + proofs on: June 14, 2018, 08:03:52 AM
OP has some big cashouts but all this happened from the beginning of (2017) last year to its mid year and no latest transactions to show how much of a sportsbet supporter he/she claims....FYI along the way they had a case to answer https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1863248.msg18527694#msg18527694 which remains unresolved and bad for business which does not make it the best bookie out there if they can not solve such an issue Roll Eyes
228  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: bitcoin back to $500 is likeley on: June 13, 2018, 08:10:30 PM
It looks like bitcoin will have a very strong dip and be back under 1k.  My prediction is telling me it will fall to around the 500 dollar range within a month.
Even if some money leaks out of the crypto market this is impossible!

If we talking in terms of numbers and we do the math bitcoin still has a huge community that would prey on low prices such that they will not allow it to sink this low and am wondering on which spaceship you on if the destination is the moon or the ware house Roll Eyes
229  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitcoin virtual cards needed to withdraw paypal funds on: June 13, 2018, 08:36:16 AM
Unfortunately most bitcoin visa cards no longer work and the popular ways of withdrawing funds using payment processors such as payoner nolonger work because of new paypal money regulations

But with some crypto banks already underway we can hope for the best and maybe withdraws will soon be possible through their services
230  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I have around 8000 BTC,but my country are too small cap to cash out on: June 12, 2018, 08:57:02 PM
Congratulations but wonder why you waited this long when you would have cashed out when btc was at its highest peak....

Anyway thats water under tge bridge,I would suggest investing in some assets...say find someone from your home country that can sell you a house or something of great value for some of your btc....or you could take it slow and buy some stuff from online stores buy selling some of your btc for giftcards but be on the look out for scammers.
231  Other / Off-topic / Re: Similarities between cryptocurrency world and the real world on: June 12, 2018, 08:15:30 PM
I agree with planetzebes, these are not the best of examples but if I relate to OPs examples you spoke of graduates getting experience to be ready for the real world but I think this is the complete opposite for cryptocurrencied as they get experience on the job and unlike getting better with time like a graduate, cryptos can go either way...either become better or become worse.

In cryptocurrency and on this forum, most signatute bounty campaigns requires participants to get to a certain rank, some surprisingly full rank and above.
This is simply to deter users from posting spam and also the signature space is more appealing for high ranked users than lower ranks which have limited styling styles and colors.
232  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Beware of Binance!! on: June 10, 2018, 06:07:43 PM
For a second I thought this was a new bug but seems this problem of sms not been received was solved

maybe OP can now lock the thread to avoid necro posting!
233  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will alts crash again ? on: June 10, 2018, 08:47:17 AM
Will altcoins crash again ?
This will depend on the type of altcoins and what they have to offer to us, as altcoins with problem solving products and services are the coins we shall soon be seeing on the market and the rest will crash out.

And not forgetting bitcoins performance will determine whether altcoins crash or soar
234  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Why up to 80% bounty campaign extend the deadline? on: June 09, 2018, 02:24:51 PM
Hi there! I participating in several bounty campaign. In 4 out of 5 campaign deadline was extended. In one be extend for a month, in another - for 2, in a third - for an indefinite period. Say please, this is normal
I would say its normal because the project has to put into consideration the money needed to develop the project and account for price volatility, if they over look this the product will never see daylight.

or it is attribute of scam?
Thank!
I think scam projects would never want to extend their time line as people might figure out whats going on so its not an attribute of a scam
235  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Best exchange to get fiat? on: June 07, 2018, 10:11:51 PM
Hello everyone,

Do please share your experiences on best way to withdraw the money from the exchange nowadays?

Cheers!
Coinbase and localbitcoins are my best options from the list provided because I have never been scammed when exchanging crypto to fiat and with LBC improving its KYC checks I think it will reduce the frequency of people getting scammed.

But the best should be meeting a trader inperson and of course in a public place to avoid any harm or unexpected drama.
236  Economy / Speculation / Re: People will sell Bitcoins ?? on: June 07, 2018, 04:06:16 PM
I think if the whales will begin to pour bitcoin then ordinary people will begin to sell this will serve as a sharp reduction in price up to 4000 $, but may reverse the development of events
I do not think bitcoin is going anylower than 6000 dollars because crypto investments are growing organically once again and not the manipulated prices we saw which say bitcoin drop more than 10000 dollars within a week....and even if whales pour in their bitcoins this could iginite more trades which could positively affect the price unlike the anticipated dip.

But you know what...whatever happens with bitcoin in the future is anybodies guess Huh
237  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What currencies do you gamble with? on: June 07, 2018, 07:24:40 AM
IMO The best coins at the moment we can use for gambling is Ethereum because confirmation is fast but I would have preferred to use bitshares as transactions are instant which makes it a good choice but the problem is few sites accept this coin which is unfortunate for us, hope the bitshares team can market this coin more to grow their userbase.
Voted for bitcoin and dogecoin.

Come guys, it's year of the DOGe.  Grin

I really like to gamble with bitcoin as if I'll gamble with other alts, I still need to sell them and convert it to bitcoin. With dogecoin, I like it because of the quick and very low fee.

Doge few people talk of this coin and am afraid this cryptocurrency will die a slow death soon
238  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Invest in ETH or ETC? on: June 07, 2018, 05:27:11 AM
Etc is a break away coin from eth which means etherclassic will remain in the shadows of Ethereum

So I will pick eth anyday because it has a better coin price and bigger community supporting it than etc.
Etc is just fork coin, it cant be like ethereum anytime, so I dont recommend to buy this fork coins, they are like fake. I buy ethereum always and believe to team much.
I agree and forked coins rarely surpass the maincoin in value and popularity which makes it obvious which coin to support
239  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you believe John McAfee is right about Bitcoin hitting $500,000 in 3 years? on: June 06, 2018, 08:54:52 PM
So here, what we really want to understand is the probability of bitcoin reaching $500,000. The market cap will have to be $8 trillion dollar for bitcoin to hit that landmark. So do you think there is  a little probability for that??? Wink
We are getting so many predictions such that no one is taking these guys seriously of where bitcoin is going

and the probability of Bitcoin hitting $500,000 in 3 years is very low because volatility is still high unless this drops and institutional investors actively invest in crypto raising the market cap and btc price simultaneously
240  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: decentralized exchanges are safe? on: June 06, 2018, 06:32:45 PM
Are they safe, If decentralized exchanges are good then why ppl are using centralized exchanges?
I have used Etherdelta, forkdelta, idex and I have never heard anyone lose their crytpo coins from using these decentralized exchanges

which is enough evidence that these are safe as compared to centralised exchanges.
