I have taken notes from reading the forums posts and updated the question list for my talk with Nick in 2 days time. I will really harp hard on the constantly changing WP, revenue streams, profit share etc.

Its really great to see such an active community for PayPie. It is really going to be a game change. Think of how Quicken changed the accounting industry --- PPP will do the same!

Thanks man, please ask them about partnerships developed at the Expo. It's important the these are made public before the ICO. For a lot of people that's a great sign of the seriousness of the project.
2222  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] Relest - first real estate rental AUCTION platform, September 18 on: September 12, 2017, 06:41:22 PM

There's plenty of trashing places going on in airbnb...

Will relest help solve any problems between landlords and tenants? Are there any extra layers of protection for either party?

That's actually a good point. I don't think I've seen anything about this in the whitepaper. I'm guessing the customers would pay an insurance fee ahead of time, which would be returned to them after the stay. Or both the landlord and the customer have a rating system a la Uber.
2223  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] EventChain SmartTickets - Stopping Excessive Ticket Fees on: September 12, 2017, 06:29:16 PM
The EventChain  has great potential. can be a great investment opportunity, and if they succeed, you can benefit from cheaper and more equitable airfares

What do you mean by airfares? For commercial airflight?
I seriously doubt that EventChain will be operating in airflight industry. They are mainly focusing at concert exhibition.

You gotta start somewhere. Plane tickets do sound far fetched though. There's already a large establishment presence on that market, so not anytime soon. It's better to focus on a niche at first and expand from there.
2224  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] EventChain SmartTickets - Stopping Excessive Ticket Fees on: September 12, 2017, 12:54:39 PM
The website is in trouble? or its just me.

"503 Service Temporarily Unavailable"

When i tried to enter, i get the same error. After that it worked properly. Now i checked, still the same issue.

Something wrong with the hosting i guess.
It's working again for me. Maybe they got DDoS attacks.

just checked and it's working fine. restart your browser and try again. should be fine.
2225  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] Relest - first real estate rental AUCTION platform, September 18 on: September 12, 2017, 12:52:44 PM
You can, without getting up from the chair, rent real estate anywhere? If you do not inspect in kind, but only look at 3D. And pay tokens. Well, I mean, is it probably possible?

that's basically it. you use the tokens to rent property for you or someone else. the AirBnb of crypto.
2226  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🌟🌟🚀 [ANN][ICO] PAYPIE 🌟🌟🚀 World’s First Blockchain Accounting Platform on: September 12, 2017, 12:50:44 PM
Paypie Team had been very busy at the event. There was a lot of interest in the blockchain accounting and how we will be using it to solve real life business problems. Everyone was very excited to see this coming.

Great news guys! I hope that you will meet some big whale who will invest in paypie as an institutional investor?
realy great news, show us some more photos, and contact a lot of whales investors...
I dont think whales investors are good for any ico as they dump when they see good price.More investors is better than few whales

Well you can see it that way. On the other hand big investors can also bring a huge amount of money into the project which helps to develop it faster and better.
why not both?long term investors and also some big whales they all will help project growth...

the ICO is public so anyone can join. just because there are large investors doesn't mean that will adversely affect token value going forward.
2227  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] REAL [ICO] Invest in Real Estate, Earn Ether [AUGUST TOKEN SALE] on: September 12, 2017, 12:48:28 PM
I dont need to buy anythin with the tokens right? Will they b exchanged for coins soon or they remain just tokens? I only have like 26. What i do  with m im askin basicly.

what you do is actually hold the tokens until the moon in value. the tokens can also be used on the real platform.
2228  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] VIBEHub | Crypto Based Virtual Reality Marketplaces & Hubs on: September 12, 2017, 12:46:22 PM
It's Really great to findout this project that supports A-Reality and V-Reality , I wanted to Be a part of the Pre-Ico but it turns to be ended.
I'll Be Following this thread.
I0m following this thread too because this project has really no competitors, only saw game projects around AR/VR. This instead a real use case if you think about the combination VR/AR+blockchain

The real life applications ventures are definitely going to be successful in the long run and Vibehub has everything to be a successful in augmented reality and virtual reality sector. Most of the other AR/VR ventures in blockchain right now is just related to games so vibehub will get huge support.

I haven't seen other projects in this spac, but it's encouraging that vibehub si not stopping at games and incorporates other uses as well. the bigger the market the better.
2229  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] VIBEHub | Crypto Based Virtual Reality Marketplaces & Hubs on: September 12, 2017, 05:45:37 AM
I know that you're amining to music marketplace for now, just brainstorming here Tongue. What do you think of some kind of "engineering" marketplace, I mean, for example, I'm an architecht of the company xyz, we're building a skyscraper. I want other opinions of my work , it will be possible to buy these "opinions" from architechts all over the world by letting theme watch inside the skyscraper via VR ?

that's actually not a bad idea, though I think it's a niche market. still if vibehub managed to bring several niches under it's umbrella , it has a serious change at success.
2230  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] REAL [ICO] Invest in Real Estate, Earn Ether [AUGUST TOKEN SALE] on: September 12, 2017, 05:43:31 AM
A project similar to the atlant project. Real estate projects have not been successful yet. Hope is different for you. Wish you success for ico period.
yes, u are right. but Real project is the first Real Estate Release. so, the first started will be good to take investor about project property..  Cheesy Cheesy Grin

which ones haven't been successful? I mean, it takes years for this kind of project to take off. real estate is not like other markets. it's a slow burn but a safer investment.
2231  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🌟🌟🚀 [ANN][ICO] PAYPIE 🌟🌟🚀 World’s First Blockchain Accounting Platform on: September 12, 2017, 05:42:04 AM
That service reminds me when I watched "The big short" where financial banks pay rating agencies to give AAA ratings to their scammy financial products. Just don't poison this thread please Grin

I remember that too, but in that case there was no real competition there. Only 3 companies on the market? pfft. That's why I love the alternative systems being developed, like paypie.
2232  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] Relest - first real estate rental AUCTION platform, September 18 on: September 12, 2017, 05:39:41 AM

It will be like airbnb with auction. My opinion it won't be a good idea in short term and don't thing relest team is aiming for it. But in long term, who knows.

With this auction system, the landlord will get more profit but the tenant wont feel disadvantaged.
So if i think as a landlord i would prefer Relest.

Yeah, I'm also planning to list my property on the relest when it's live.

I live in a different city on rent so, I hope some day I'll be able to rent my accommodation via relest.

I'm thinking the same way. If it's an auction the landlord will get the maximum amount that customers are willing to pay and the customers get to make clear choices without haggling or negotiating. A lot of people hate that.
2233  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] EventChain SmartTickets - Stopping Excessive Ticket Fees on: September 12, 2017, 05:36:57 AM
am very much happy about this project..i have had issues going for event due to high price of ticket and also dedliverytime...this project need to cut all those waiting time and also get us closer and bring us freedom to going for events
Yes, the ticket information (private key) will be sent through the internet, and then you can print it if you want.
But dont forget that you should keep it safe, it will be bad if the private key is stolen.
some kind of printing should be an option. When I go to a rock show where the floor seats Are removed and i know it's going to get rowdy,  i like to leave my phone in the car.

I'm sure printing of the tickets won't be a problem. In my country you still need printed ones at the entrance scanners.
2234  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] EventChain SmartTickets - Stopping Excessive Ticket Fees on: September 11, 2017, 06:56:32 PM
@dev-team: Do you have a bugtracker or similar for submitting errors or feature requests while testing your alpha demo?

when they opened this up for testing I don't think they meant actual to goodness testing. just sayin'
2235  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] Relest - first real estate rental AUCTION platform, September 18 on: September 11, 2017, 06:55:24 PM
What I think an other interesting area of application for Relest could be the renting of holiday houses. The renting periods wouldn't be that long and therefore the risk for the landlord wouldn't be that high.

In a region where a lot of tourists are looking for accommodation tenants can get their desired holiday house and landlords can get the maximum rent.

A lot of landlords want to lease their apartments for a long time, 1 year plus because this way they have, normaly, not much to do. At least every landlord I talked to said this to me.

Beside this, this would be in concurrence with AirBNB and I am also not sure if the auction system would be that interesting for such an option.

even if the landlords want to lease for a long time, you can still have an auction for a desirable property. if not the price can drop to entice potential customers.
2236  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🌟🌟🚀 [ANN][ICO] PAYPIE 🌟🌟🚀 World’s First Blockchain Accounting Platform on: September 11, 2017, 06:53:16 PM
Yes, I checked and I don't think it's from the team.

There is a lot of scams going on right now.

can we get an admin to delete this please? we shouldn't allow scams to operate here.
2237  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] REAL [ICO] Invest in Real Estate, Earn Ether [AUGUST TOKEN SALE] on: September 11, 2017, 06:51:28 PM
what is experience level of team to manage property in those particular area?

Are there gonna be memebers of the team who manage the property or they gonna outsource someone? Can they cope with so many houses, appartments, etc in so many locations?

I think there's obviously going to be people managing on site and contractors/intermediaries. It's not unusual. people with a lot of properties do this all the time.
2238  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] VIBEHub | Crypto Based Virtual Reality Marketplaces & Hubs on: September 11, 2017, 06:47:54 PM
This project sounds interesting - is there a marketing plan/budget for it?

Yes we go into more detail on this subject in our whitepaper http://vibehub.io/VibeHubWhitepaper2017.pdf

The biggest marketing tool we want to implement is having a mainstream artist play a show using holoportation technology in our Augmented reality room. This is how VibeHub is going to become mainstream and cryptocurrency as a whole will have more eyes on it  Smiley

nice. do you have an ETA on that? would love to see and share.
2239  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] Relest - first real estate rental AUCTION platform, September 18 on: September 11, 2017, 11:06:58 AM
Another real estate project. It looks solid anyway. The funniest part is releasing the token to the exchanges so early. That might affect the development but is a clever move in order to attract crypto investors, used to fast pacing operations.
As far as i know, Relest isnt a same kind of real estate project with the other real estate projects.
The others are focusing on investment, but relest is more about renting.

Yes Relest is unique. You can't really compare the idea of making an auction platform for renting real estate to the other real estate projects I know.

that's why I think it's much more interesting than the other real estate projects. I don't think there are currently other blockchain projects focusing on the rental market. that's good for early adopters.
2240  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] EventChain SmartTickets - Stopping Excessive Ticket Fees on: September 11, 2017, 11:04:53 AM
I do not know if it is a problem worldwide, but in my country there is a growing wave of alternative ticket markets that move millions in various segments, shows, football and etc, are the so-called "singers". With the inclusion and possibility of sale in the crypto, this alternative market would be undone, due to the greater control over the tickets and greater accessibility, without abuses of exorbitant rates, or it could be a way to integrate certain sellers to the legality, of some form. I hope for the project, I see a differential and a lot of future for him.

it depends on how the adapt to it. maybe this alternative ticket market can make their own platforms to sell tickets.

Why making a platform for every ticket market if you can unit them under one market system like EventChain? Would be more convenient for the users, because they can buy all the different ticket types at one place.

because that would create a monopoly. you need multiple platforms to foster competition. also, it's pretty unlikely to have one platform covering the globe.
