Если бы люди хотели стабильности, они бы положили под подушку деньги, ну или в крайнем случае пошли бы в банк! На биржу люди приходят за риском, за который хорошо и платят. Чем выше риск тем больше прибыль (ну или убыток, кому как повезет). Но кто не рискует тот не пьет шампанское с омарами)  Крипта это та еще лотерея, то биржу взломают, то просто курс решит на дно упасть. а недвижимость стоит себе, и только дорожает. В крипте можно много потерять, а можно получить много. Прибыль конечно в этой сфере очень высокая, но риски тоже не малые. Одним везет, другим не очень. И биржи взламывают и кошельки. Единственный выход много денег не хранить на одном кошельке, чтобы в случае чего много и не украли. Тоже самое с ICO. Люди вкладывают в разные проекты, девирсифицируя риски. Но недвижимость штука надежная. Но опять же в ICO можно не много вложить, а если покупать недвижимость, то это уже дорого. Если только офисами выкупать, и то это очень дорого даже один офис в офисном здании. |

А когда расскажите, что было на конференциях? Оказывается кроме Минска еще и Мюнхен был. Вообще конференции - это интересно. В России криптовалюты еще не урегулированы, а конференции тоже проходят. Если конференции не проводить, так вообще криптовалюты никогда урегулированы не будут. А так может хоть власти поймут, что не замечать их нельзя и начнут регулировать. Всем же лучше будет, если будет порядок и станет все понятно. |

А здесь прибыль все-таки выше, чем в банке, особенно европейском. Да у нас обычно ставки в банках ниже, чем реальная инфляция. Квартиру могут ограбить, счет в банке могут заморозить, банк может рухнуть, а страховка не покроет всей суммы. В принципе опасно все. Только каждый человек для себя определяет соотношение риска и прибыли. |
