I think that idea of own exchange is very grate. It will be very simple to sell the tokens if you want. |

Investment in property or real estate always be the good sector for investors. The price always increases every year and there is no way that the price decreases. I believe if this project managed in a good way and the marketing team works really hard, its gonna be the best project among other.

Despite of Genesis previous experience at real estate market they need to negotiate a lot of new contracts. |

If the commercial property located in the center of the city in a good place it will be very profitable and it will be a lot of rentals. |

If the commercial property located in the center of the city in a good place it will be very profitable and it will be a lot of rentals. Everythink depends from the location. If the real estate far from the center it hard to find rentals. But in some living districts where there are a lot of people the commercial estate may be very profitable. |

The Europe is very stable and there are no problems with property and the rental. Other markets may be more profitable but more ricky. |

China is too far from European business vision. It's hard to there for foreigners May be they invite a specialist from China to make business with China real estate. I think this is the best way to have business in China. But this is just an idea. First time they will buy commercial real estate in EU. Becouse they have experience in working with real estate in EU and a team from EU. |
